embodiment 3 of the present application provides an automobile B-pillar outer trim panel, fig. 8 is a schematic structural view of a fastening member 30' of the automobile B-pillar outer trim panel provided in embodiment 3 of the present application, fig. 9 is a schematic structural view of a trim panel flange of the automobile B-pillar outer trim panel provided in embodiment 3 of the present application, and referring to fig. 3, the automobile B-pillar outer trim panel provided in embodiment 3 is different from the automobile B-pillar outer trim panel provided in embodiment 1 only in that: three third limiting bulges 306 are integrally arranged at the front end 302 ' of the fastener 30 ', two fourth limiting bulges 307 are integrally arranged at the rear end 303 ' of the fastener 30 ', correspondingly, three third openings (not shown) which can be in clamping fit with the third limiting bulges 306 are arranged at the front end 2031 ' of the slotted hole of the mounting groove 202 ', two fourth openings which can be in clamping fit with the fourth limiting bulges 307 are arranged at the rear end 2033 ' of the slotted hole of the mounting groove 202 ', when the mounting device is mounted, the third limiting bulges 306 and the fourth limiting bulges 307 are respectively clamped in the third openings and the fourth openings, so that the mounting groove 202 ' is clamped with the fastener 30 ', and the fastener 30 ' can deform after being extruded by external force; other structures of the B-pillar outer trim panel of the vehicle provided in embodiment 3 are substantially the same as those of the B-pillar outer trim panel of the vehicle provided in embodiment 1, and details are not described herein in this embodiment.
Example 4:
embodiment 4 of the present application provides a vehicle, and an automotive B-pillar exterior panel of the vehicle adopts the automotive B-pillar exterior panel provided in embodiment 1, embodiment 2, or embodiment 3 above.

Claims (10)

1. An automobile B-pillar outer trim panel, comprising:
an exterior panel body (10);
the trim panel flanging (20) is arranged on the trim panel body (10), a first riveting hole (201) and two mounting grooves (202) are formed in the trim panel flanging (20), deformable fasteners (30) are mounted in the two mounting grooves (202), a second riveting hole (301) is formed in the middle of each fastener (30), a first riveting piece (40) is inserted into the first riveting hole (201), a second riveting piece (50) is inserted into the second riveting hole (301), and the trim panel flanging (20) is riveted with a vehicle door metal plate (60) through the first riveting piece (40) and the second riveting piece (50).
2. The automobile B-pillar outer trim panel according to claim 1, wherein a slot (203) penetrating through the trim panel flange (20) is formed in the middle of the mounting groove (202), and the fastener (30) is clamped with the slot (203).

The automobile B-pillar outer trim according to claim 2, wherein the slot (203) comprises a front slot end (2031) and a rear slot end (2032), the front slot end (2031) is provided with a plurality of first limit protrusions (2033), the rear slot end (2032) is provided with a plurality of second limit protrusions (2034), the fastener (30) comprises a front fastener end (302) and a rear fastener end (303), the front fastener end (302) is provided with a plurality of first openings (3021), the first openings (3021) are snap-fitted with the first limit protrusions (2033), the rear fastener end (303) is provided with a plurality of second openings (3031), and the second openings (3031) are snap-fitted with the second limit protrusions (2034).

The automobile B-pillar outer trim panel according to claim 3, wherein the mounting groove (202) comprises a first groove (204) and a second groove (205), the first groove (204) and the second groove (205) are respectively positioned at two ends of a slotted hole (203), the first groove (204), the slotted hole (203) and the second groove (205) are enclosed to form a shape like a Chinese character 'ji', the shape of the fastener (30) is matched with the shape of the mounting groove (202), the fastener (30) further comprises a left fastener end (304) and a right fastener end (305), the left fastener end (304) is arranged in the first groove (204), and the right fastener end (305) is arranged in the second groove (205).
5. The automobile B-pillar outer fascia according to claim 3, wherein the fastener (30) has a size smaller than that of the mounting groove (202).
6. The automobile B-pillar outer fascia according to claim 3, wherein the first stopper protrusion (2033) and the second stopper protrusion (2034) are each integrally formed with the outer fascia flange (20).
7. The automobile B-pillar outer fascia according to claim 3, wherein the first stopper protrusion (2033) and the second stopper protrusion (2034) are each inclined toward the center of the slot (203).

The automobile B-pillar outer trim panel according to claim 1, wherein one end of the outer trim panel body (10) away from the trim panel flanging (20) is bent towards the door sheet metal (60) to form a bent portion (101), the bent portion (101) is buckled with the door sheet metal (60), and a gap is formed between the inner side of the bent portion (101) and the edge of the door sheet metal (60).
9. The automobile B-pillar outer fascia according to claim 1, wherein the fastener (30) is a metal plate having a shape of a Chinese character 'ji', and the first rivet (40) and the second rivet (50) are both rivets.
