As shown in fig. 5 and 6, according to some embodiments of the present invention, the water tank 20 includes a housing assembly, an inner container, and a thermal insulation filling foam material disposed therebetween, and a water temperature sensor 24 arranged at the position of the heat-preservation filling foaming material, wherein the inner container comprises an upper end enclosure, an inner container barrel body, a lower end enclosure and an inner coil pipe 25, the inner container barrel body is welded by using a flat plate edge rolling to form a cylindrical barrel body, the inner container can use a hot galvanized plate as the inner container barrel body, the corrosion-resistant requirement is met through an enamel process, the water tank is matched with an electronic magnesium rod for use, the upper end socket and the lower end socket are formed by stretching and forming through a die and are welded with the inner container barrel body in a matching mode, the upper end socket is provided with pipe joints such as a first joint 203 of a water inlet pipe and a first joint 204 of a hot water pipe, the lower end socket is provided with supporting bottom feet, the inner coil pipe 25 is of a spiral structure and is compactly arranged at the bottom of the water tank 20 through heat exchange between circulating water and domestic water and the hydraulic module unit 10.
The shell assembly of the water tank 20 comprises a bottom cover 21, a barrel body 22 and a top cover 23, wherein the bottom cover 21 and the barrel body 22 are assembled together in a buckling mode, the top cover 23 is buckled to the top of the barrel body 22 through sealing elements such as a sealing ring, and the top cover 23 and the barrel body 22 are connected through a screw fixing mode, so that the requirement of accurate positioning is met. The water tank 20 is fixed to the chassis of the hot water tank supply apparatus 100 by four fixing metal plates at the bottom of the bottom cover 21. The chassis of the hot water supply tank device 100 is fixed on a wooden frame through bolts, so that transfer in the transportation process of the whole machine is facilitated, and the wooden frame is detached after the hot water supply tank device 100 reaches a specified installation place. The water tank 20 is placed on the chassis and fixed with the chassis through the bottom feet around the water tank 20, so that the water tank 20 is prevented from shaking in the hot water supply tank device 100, and the water tank 20 can be effectively supported after being filled with water.
It should be noted that, the above embodiment is only to the structure related to the improvement point of the present invention in the hydraulic module unit 10, and does not represent that the hydraulic module unit 10 only includes the above structure, for example, the hydraulic module unit 10 further includes a flowmeter 122 disposed on the water outlet pipe 121 at the top of the electric auxiliary heater 12, a pressure relief valve 123 disposed at the top of the electric auxiliary heater 12, and a safety valve and a filter disposed on the pipeline, the flowmeter 122 detects the water flow rate, the pressure of the circulating water in the safety valve protection system, and avoids the excessive water pressure from damaging the pipeline system, the pressure relief valve 123 is used for relieving the pressure in the electric auxiliary heater 12, and the filter is used for filtering and cleaning the impurities in the system.
Further, the water outlet pipe 121 of the electric auxiliary heater 12 is disposed at a position close to the top of the electric auxiliary heater 12, the electric auxiliary heating element in the electric auxiliary heater 12 is disposed in the accommodating shell and electrically connected to the main control board 31 of the hydraulic module unit 10, the top of the electric auxiliary heating element is not higher than the water outlet pipe 121, the flow meter 122 is disposed on the water outlet pipe 121 and electrically connected to the main control board 31, and the main control board 31 controls the on/off of the electric auxiliary heating element according to the flow information monitored by the flow meter 122, so as to reduce the occurrence of dry burning phenomenon in the electric auxiliary heater 12.
Further, the heat exchanger 11 includes a refrigerant pipe communicated with the heat pump system 200 and a heat exchange pipeline communicated with the electric auxiliary heater 12 and the water tank 20, the second heat exchanger 11 of the heat pump system 200 is communicated with the refrigerant pipe, the refrigerant pipe extends from the top of the heat exchanger 11 and extends from the bottom of the heat exchanger 11, and the refrigerant pipe is distributed on the heat exchanger 11 in an up-in-down-out manner. The heat exchange pipes in the heat exchanger 11 are distributed in a manner of entering from bottom to top in the heat exchanger 11, so that the heat exchange efficiency between the refrigerant pipe and the heat exchange pipes is improved, specifically, a high-temperature and high-pressure gaseous refrigerant generated by the heat pump system 200 enters the heat exchanger 11 through the refrigerant pipe, and after heat exchange in the heat exchanger 11, a liquid refrigerant is generated and flows out from the bottom of the heat exchanger 11.
Specifically, the heat exchanger 11 is a plate heat exchanger, the heat exchanger 11 includes a housing and a plurality of heat exchanger fins arranged in the housing, the refrigerant pipe and the heat exchange pipeline pass through the plurality of heat exchanger fins and are communicated in the housing, the refrigerant pipe extends from the top of the heat exchanger 11, the refrigerant pipe extends from the bottom of the heat exchanger 11 after passing through the plurality of heat exchanger fins, and the refrigerant pipe and the heat exchange pipeline of the heat exchanger 11 perform heat exchange through the plurality of heat exchanger fins in the heat exchanger 11.
As shown in fig. 8, a second aspect of the present invention provides a heat pump heating apparatus, the heat pump heating apparatus includes a heat pump system 200 and a hot water supply tank apparatus 100 according to the first aspect of the present invention, the hot water supply tank apparatus 100 is communicated with the heat pump system 200 through a refrigerant inlet pipe 112 and a refrigerant return pipe 111.
The heat pump system 200 includes a compressor, a four-way valve, a first heat exchanger, a throttling device and a second heat exchanger, the first heat exchanger and the second heat exchanger are both set to be heat exchange tube structures, and the heat pump system 200 supplies heat to the hydraulic module unit 10 and the water tank 20 through the second heat exchanger. Further, the four-way valve is controlled by a main control board 31 in the electronic control box 30, a control instruction is arranged in the main control board 31, and the main control board 31 realizes that the compressor supplies heat or refrigerates for the hydraulic module unit 10 by controlling a switch path of the four-way valve, so that the purpose of freely switching between refrigeration and heating is achieved. Further, a touch screen is disposed on the display control panel 140 of the hot water supply tank device 100, and a user can select a desired control instruction through the touch screen.

Claims (12)

1. A hot water supply tank apparatus, characterized by comprising:
the water receiving device comprises a box body, wherein a water receiving tray is arranged in the box body, the space in the box body is divided into an upper accommodating space and a lower accommodating space, and a pipe joint assembly is arranged above the water receiving tray;
the hydraulic module unit is arranged in the box body and positioned in the upper accommodating space, and a hydraulic pipe assembly of the hydraulic module unit is butted with the pipe joint assembly;
the water tank, the water tank set up in the box and be located accommodation space down, water tank pipe assembly on the water tank extends in the pipe joint subassembly with the hydraulic pipe subassembly intercommunication.

The hot water tank installation as claimed in claim 1, wherein the hydro-module group comprises a heat exchanger and an electric auxiliary heater in communication, the hydraulic pipe assembly comprises an outlet pipe of the electric auxiliary heater and a return pipe of the heat exchanger, and the tank pipe assembly comprises a heat supply inlet pipe and a heat supply return pipe in communication with the heat exchange pipes in the tank.
3. The hot water supply tank apparatus of claim 2, wherein the hydro-module block includes a three-way valve provided on the heat supply inlet pipe, and the hydro-module block further includes a drain pipe communicated with the heat supply inlet pipe through the three-way valve.
4. The hot water supply tank device according to claim 3, wherein a drain pipe joint communicating with the drain pipe, and a refrigerant inlet pipe joint and a refrigerant return pipe joint communicating with the heat exchanger are provided at a top of the tank body.
5. The hot water supply tank device according to claim 2, wherein the hydro-module unit further comprises an expansion tank and a water pump disposed in the upper receiving space, and both the expansion tank and the water pump are disposed on the water return pipe of the heat exchanger, and the hydro-module unit further comprises a water replenishing pipe communicated with the water return pipe through the expansion tank.
6. The hot water supply tank device according to any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the tank body comprises a frame and a tank plate which is arranged on an outer wall of the frame and enables one side of the tank body to form a tank opening, the tank body comprises a tank door for opening and closing the tank opening, and a display control board of the hot water supply tank device is arranged on the tank door.
7. The hot water tank apparatus of claim 6, wherein the water-receiving tray is disposed on the frame, and wherein the frame has a support beam disposed on a periphery of the water-receiving tray and supporting the water-receiving tray.
8. The hot water supply tank device of claim 6, wherein the hydro module unit further comprises an electric control box which is reversibly disposed on the tank body and located in the upper receiving space, and a turning direction of the electric control box is opposite to a rotating direction of the tank door.
9. The hot water supply tank apparatus of claim 1, further comprising an inlet pipe extending into the water usage of the tank and a hot water pipe extending from the water usage of the tank, the pipe joint assembly further comprising a first joint of the inlet pipe communicating with the inlet pipe and a first joint of the hot water pipe communicating with the hot water pipe.
10. The hot water tank apparatus according to claim 9, wherein a second joint of the inlet pipe corresponding to the first joint of the inlet pipe and a second joint of the hot water pipe corresponding to the first joint of the hot water pipe are provided at a top of the tank body.
11. The hot water tank apparatus of claim 2, wherein the water tank comprises an outer housing assembly and an inner housing assembly, the outer housing assembly comprising a bottom cover, a tub body, a top cover, the tub body being fastened to the bottom cover, the top cover being fastened to a top of the tub body by a sealing member, the heat exchange tubes being inner coils disposed within the tub body.
12. A heat pump heating apparatus, characterized by comprising:
a heat pump system;
the hot water supply tank device according to any one of claims 1 to 11, which communicates with the heat pump system through a refrigerant inlet pipe and a refrigerant return pipe.
