In one embodiment, the securing mechanism 30 is magnetically attached to the shaft arms of at least two shaft assemblies. The fixing mechanism 30 includes magnetic members (not shown) respectively disposed on the first shaft arm 222 and the second shaft arm 242. When the head 20 is in the folded state, the first shaft arm 222 and the second shaft arm 242 are located on the same side of the handle 10, and the first shaft arm 222 and the second shaft arm 242 are magnetically locked together by a magnetic member, so as to better maintain the folded state. Specifically, the magnetic member includes a magnet and a material that can be attracted by the magnet. In one example, the magnetic members of the first and second arms 222, 242 are both magnets, such that when the distance between the first and second arms 222, 242 reaches a certain threshold, the magnets on the first and second arms 222, 242 attract each other, thereby locking the first and second arms 222, 242. In another example, one of the magnetic members of the first and second arms 222 and 242 is a magnet, and the other of the magnetic members of the first and second arms 222 and 242 is a material that can be attracted by the magnet, such that when the distance between the first and second arms 222 and 242 reaches a certain threshold, the magnet on the first and second arms 222 and 242 attracts the material that can be attracted by the magnet, thereby locking the first and second arms 222 and 242.
In another embodiment, the securing mechanism 30 fixedly connects the shaft arms of at least two shaft assemblies by way of an interference fit. The securing mechanism 30 includes a projection (not shown) and a recess (not shown), one of the projection and the recess being disposed on the first shaft arm 222 and the other of the projection and the recess being disposed on the second shaft arm 242. The size of the bump is slightly larger than that of the groove, so that the bump can be well fixed in the groove. In this way, when the head 20 is in the folded state, the first axial arm 222 and the second axial arm 242 are located on the same side of the handle 10, and the first axial arm 222 and the second axial arm 242 are locked to each other by interference fit, so as to better maintain the folded state.
In yet another embodiment, the securing mechanism 30 fixedly attaches the shaft arms of at least two shaft assemblies by bonding. The fixing mechanism 30 includes a hook and loop fastener (not shown) including a hook surface and a loop surface, one of the hook surface and the loop surface is disposed on the first shaft arm 222, and the other of the hook surface and the loop surface is disposed on the second shaft arm 242. The hook surface has a barb, and the rough surface has fibers, and the barb can be bonded with the fibers, so that when the holder 20 is in the folded state, the first shaft arm 222 and the second shaft arm 242 are located on the same side of the handle 10, and the first shaft arm 222 and the second shaft arm 242 are mutually locked together by bonding, thereby better maintaining the folded state.
It should be noted that in other embodiments, the first shaft arm and the second shaft arm can be automatically locked together by the torsion of the motor, so that the handheld tripod head is kept in the folded state. Similarly, when the handheld cloud platform switches among folding state, intermediate state and expansion state, can switch by hand, also can realize switching through motor drive.
When the head 20 is in the folded state, the opening direction of the second sub-arm 2224 is opposite to the opening direction of the second sub-arm 242. Referring to fig. 1, it can be understood that, when the cradle head 20 is in the folded state, the unfolding refers to switching the cradle head 20 from the folded state to the intermediate state, and since the first axial arm 222 and the second axial arm 242 are locked together by the fixing mechanism 30, if the cradle head 20 is switched from the folded state to the intermediate state, a force needs to be applied to unlock the fixing mechanism 30, so that the first axial arm 222 and the second axial arm 242 are separated, and the cradle head 20 can be switched from the folded state to the intermediate state. In one example, when the second sub-arm 2224 is rotated clockwise with respect to the second sub-arm 242 along the axis B of the second motor rotation shaft, or when the second sub-arm 242 is rotated counterclockwise with respect to the second sub-arm 2224 along the axis B of the second motor rotation shaft, the fixing mechanism 30 can be unlocked and the pan/tilt head 20 can be switched from the folded state to the intermediate state.
When the pan/tilt head 20 is in the neutral state, the opening direction of the second sub-arm 2224 and the opening direction of the second shaft arm 242 are the same. Referring to fig. 2, it can be understood that, when the pan/tilt head 20 is in the intermediate state, the opening refers to switching the pan/tilt head 20 from the intermediate state to the extended state, and since the first shaft arm 222 and the second shaft arm 242 are respectively located on two opposite sides of the handle 10, if the pan/tilt head 20 is to be switched from the intermediate state to the extended state, a force needs to be applied to rotate the second sub-arm 2224 counterclockwise relative to the rotating shaft assembly 2226, so that the second sub-arm 2224 drives the second shaft arm 242 to rotate in the same direction through the second motor 244, and the pan/tilt head 20 can be switched from the intermediate state to the extended state.
In another embodiment, the third assembly 26 includes a third motor 262 and the load link 40, the third motor 262 connecting the second shaft arm 242 and the load link 40. That is, the handheld tripod head 100 includes the handle 10, the first shaft arm 222, the first motor 224, the second shaft arm 242, the second motor 244, the third motor 262, the fixing mechanism 30, and the load link 40. The load linkage 40 is connected to a third motor 262. When the cradle head 20 is in the folded state and the intermediate state, the first axial arm 222 is folded, the load connector 40 is at least partially located in the accommodating groove 12, the accommodating groove 12 can limit the load connector 40 to rotate along the circumferential direction of the handle 10, and when the cradle head 20 is in the unfolded state, the first axial arm 222 is unfolded, and the load connector 40 is located outside the accommodating groove 12. Specifically, the load coupling 40 may include a magnetic member or a clamp member. The load connector 40 mounts the load 200 on the handheld tripod head 100 through a magnetic member or a clamping member. The handheld cloud deck 100 further meets the operation requirements of various scenes by adjusting the position and the orientation of the load 200. The load 200 may be one of an imaging device, a mobile terminal, a sensor, and the like. The imaging device may be a video camera, a camera, an ultrasonic imaging device, an infrared imaging device, an imaging lens, or other image acquisition device. The mobile terminal can be a mobile phone, a tablet computer and the like. The sensor may be an attitude sensor, such as an angle sensor, an acceleration sensor, or the like. It is understood that the imaging device may also be some mobile terminal, for example, the imaging device is a mobile phone, a tablet computer, etc. with video and photo recording functions. Of course, it can also be said that the mobile terminal can also be some imaging device. In the embodiment shown in fig. 6, the load 200 is a mobile phone, the first motor 224 is a yaw motor, the second motor 244 is a pitch motor, the third motor 262 is a roll motor, the first motor 224 can control the attitude of the mobile phone in the yaw direction, the second motor 244 can control the attitude of the mobile phone in the pitch direction, and the third motor 262 can control the attitude of the mobile phone in the roll direction, so that the handheld cradle head 100 can realize three-axis stability augmentation and attitude control for the mobile phone, and the mobile phone can be kept in a better attitude.
In another embodiment, the third assembly 26 includes a third motor 262 and a camera element (not shown) coupled to the second arm 242. That is, the handheld tripod head 100 includes the handle 10, the first shaft arm 222, the first motor 224, the second shaft arm 242, the second motor 244, the third motor 262, the fixing mechanism 30, and the photographing element. The photographing element is connected to the third motor 262. When the pan/tilt head 20 is in the folded state and the intermediate state, the first axial arm 222 is folded, the shooting element is at least partially located in the accommodating groove 12, the accommodating groove 12 can limit the shooting element to rotate along the circumferential direction of the handle 10, and when the pan/tilt head 20 is in the unfolded state, the first axial arm 222 is unfolded, and the shooting element is located outside the accommodating groove 12. In particular, the photographing element may be a camera.
In another embodiment, the third assembly 26 includes a load coupling 40, the load coupling 40 being coupled to the second axle arm 242. That is, the handheld tripod head 100 includes a handle 10, a first axial arm 222, a first motor 224, a second axial arm 242, a second motor 244, a fixing mechanism 30, and a load connection member 40. The second shaft arm 242 connects the second motor 244 and the load link 40. When the cradle head 20 is in the folded state and the intermediate state, the first axial arm 222 is folded, the load connector 40 is at least partially located in the accommodating groove 12, the accommodating groove 12 can limit the load connector 40 to rotate along the circumferential direction of the handle 10, and when the cradle head 20 is in the unfolded state, the first axial arm 222 is unfolded, and the load connector 40 is located outside the accommodating groove 12. Specifically, the load coupling 40 may include a magnetic member or a clamp member.
In another embodiment, the third assembly 26 includes a camera element that is coupled to the second arm 242. That is, the handheld tripod head 100 includes the handle 10, the first shaft arm 222, the first motor 224, the second shaft arm 242, the second motor 244, the fixing mechanism 30, and the photographing element. The second shaft arm 242 connects the second motor 244 and the photographing element. When the pan/tilt head 20 is in the folded state and the intermediate state, the first axial arm 222 is folded, the shooting element is at least partially located in the accommodating groove 12, the accommodating groove 12 can limit the shooting element to rotate along the circumferential direction of the handle 10, and when the pan/tilt head 20 is in the unfolded state, the first axial arm 222 is unfolded, and the shooting element is located outside the accommodating groove 12. In particular, the photographing element may be a camera.
To sum up, handheld cloud platform 100 of this application embodiment, when fold condition, the motor of two at least axle subassemblies is piled up from top to bottom along collinear Z for handheld cloud platform 100 occupies fewly in space when fold condition, easily accomodates and transports, has promoted user experience.
In some embodiments, handheld tripod head 100 includes a handle 10 and a tripod head 20. A pan/tilt head 20 is attached to the top of the handle 10. The head 20 comprises at least two shaft assemblies. At least two shaft assemblies are rotatably connected. The shaft assembly includes a motor. The motors of the at least two shaft assemblies comprise motor shafts. The pan/tilt head 20 is switchable between a folded state and an unfolded state. When the folding state is adopted, the axes of the motor rotating shafts of at least two shaft assemblies are parallel to each other.
Specifically, the handheld tripod head 100 of the present embodiment is substantially the same as the handheld tripod head of the above embodiments, and the difference is that when the handheld tripod head 100 of the present embodiment is in the folded state, the motors of the at least two shaft assemblies may not be stacked up and down along the same straight line, and the axes of the motor rotating shafts of the at least two shaft assemblies are kept parallel to each other. It can be understood that, when the handheld cloud deck 100 of the embodiment of the present application is in the folded state, the projections of the motors of the at least two shaft assemblies on the horizontal plane may be partially overlapped or not overlapped.
It should be noted that the remaining structures of the handheld pan/tilt head 100 according to the embodiment of the present application are the same as those of the handheld pan/tilt head according to the above-mentioned embodiment, and are not described herein for avoiding redundancy.
To sum up, handheld cloud platform 100 of this application embodiment, when fold condition, the axis of the motor shaft of two at least axle subassemblies is parallel to each other for handheld cloud platform 100 occupies fewly in space when fold condition, easily accomodates and transports, has promoted user experience.
In some embodiments, handheld tripod head 100 includes a handle 10 and a tripod head 20. A pan/tilt head 20 is attached to the top of the handle 10. The head 20 comprises at least two shaft assemblies. At least two shaft assemblies are rotatably connected. The axle subassembly includes the motor and connects the axle arm of motor, and cloud platform 20 can switch between fold condition and expansion state, and when cloud platform 20 was in fold condition, the axle arm of two at least axle subassemblies was located the same one side of handle and mutual locking together.
So, when fold condition, the armshaft of two at least axle subassemblies lies in the handle with one side and the mutual locking together for handheld cloud platform occupies fewly in space when fold condition, easily accomodates and transports, has promoted user experience. It is understood that in this embodiment, the motors of at least two shaft assemblies may or may not be stacked on top of each other along the same line, such as being staggered or partially stacked, and not limited thereto.
In some embodiments, the folding structure of the present application is not limited to be applied to the handheld tripod head 100. The folding structure includes a support part 10 and a rotation part 20. The rotating part 20 is connected to the support part 10. The rotating portion 20 includes at least two shaft assemblies. At least two shaft assemblies are rotatably connected. The shaft assembly includes a motor. The motors of the at least two shaft assemblies include motor shafts. The rotating portion 20 can be switched between a folded state and an unfolded state. When the folding state is adopted, the axes of the motor rotating shafts of at least two shaft assemblies are parallel to each other. The support portion 10 is a support structure for supporting the rotating portion 20, such as a handle, a bracket, or a base. The rotating unit 20 is a rotatable structure such as a pan/tilt head and a motor unit.
So, when fold condition, the axis of the motor shaft of two at least axle subassemblies is parallel to each other for beta structure space occupies fewly when fold condition, easily accomodates and transports, has promoted user experience.
In some embodiments, the folding structure includes a support part 10 and a rotation part 20. The rotating part 20 is connected to the support part 10. The rotating portion 20 includes at least two shaft assemblies. At least two shaft assemblies are rotatably connected. The shaft assembly includes a motor. The rotating part can be switched between a folded state and an unfolded state, when the rotating part is in the folded state, the motors of the at least two shaft assemblies are stacked up and down along the same straight line, and when the rotating part is in the unfolded state, the motors of the at least two shaft assemblies are separately arranged.
So, when fold condition, the motor of two at least axle subassemblies piles up from top to bottom along same straight line for beta structure space occupies fewly when fold condition, easily accomodates and transports, has promoted user experience.
In some embodiments, the folding structure includes a support part 10 and a rotation part 20. The rotating part 20 is connected to the support part 10. The rotating portion 20 includes at least two shaft assemblies. At least two shaft assemblies are rotatably connected. The shaft assembly includes a motor and a shaft arm connected to the motor. The rotating portion 20 can be switched between a folded state and an unfolded state. When the rotating part 20 is in the folded state, the shaft arms of at least two shaft assemblies are located on the same side of the support part 10 and are locked to each other.
So, when fold condition, the armlet of two at least axle subassemblies lies in the same one side of supporting part 10 and locks each other together for folded structure occupies fewly in space when fold condition, easily accomodates and transports, has promoted user experience.

Claims (15)

1. A handheld pan and tilt head, comprising:
a handle is arranged on the front end of the handle,
the cloud platform connects the top of handle, the cloud platform includes:
at least two axle subassemblies, at least two axle subassemblies are rotated and are connected, the axle subassembly includes the motor and connects the beam arm of motor, the cloud platform can switch between fold condition and expansion state the cloud platform is in during fold condition, the beam arm of at least two axle subassemblies is located same one side and the interlocking of handle is in the same place.
2. A handheld cloud platform according to claim 1, wherein said cloud platform is capable of being in an intermediate state, said cloud platform being capable of being switched among said folded state, said intermediate state and said unfolded state, and when said cloud platform is in said intermediate state, said at least two shaft assembly shaft arms are respectively located on two opposite sides of said handle.
3. A hand-held head according to claim 2, wherein said at least two shaft assemblies comprise:
a first shaft assembly including a first shaft arm and a first motor that are foldable and unfoldable;
a second shaft assembly including a second shaft arm and a second motor; and
a third component which is used for connecting the first component,
the first motor is arranged at the top of the handle, the first shaft arm is connected with the first motor and the second motor, the second shaft arm is connected with the second motor and the third component,
the storage tank has been seted up to the side of handle the cloud platform is in fold condition with during the intermediate state, the first axis arm is folding, the third subassembly is at least partially located the storage tank the cloud platform is in during the expansion state, the first axis arm is expanded, the third subassembly is located outside the storage tank.
4. A handheld tripod head according to claim 3, wherein said receptacle is capable of restricting circumferential rotation of said third member along said handle when said tripod head is in said collapsed state and said intermediate state.
5. A handheld holder according to claim 3, wherein at least one of the first and second motors is rotated to cause the first and second shaft arms to be switched between being located on the same side of the handle and being located on opposite sides of the handle.
6. A handheld head according to claim 3, wherein said first axial arm comprises a second sub-arm connected to said second motor, the opening direction of said second sub-arm and the opening direction of said second axial arm being the same when said head is in said intermediate condition; when the holder is in the folded state, the opening direction of the second sub-arm is opposite to the opening direction of the second sub-arm.
7. A handheld head according to claim 3, wherein when the head is in the intermediate condition, the first arm is rotated not less than 90 degrees about the first motor axis to restrict the second arm from opening.
8. A handheld head according to claim 3, wherein said third assembly comprises at least one of:
a third motor;
a load connection;
and a shooting element.
9. A handset according to claim 8, wherein the load coupling comprises a magnetic or clamping member.
10. A handheld head according to claim 8, wherein the third assembly comprises a third motor and load connection, the third motor connecting the second arm and the load connection.
11. A handheld head according to claim 8, wherein said third assembly comprises a third motor and a camera element, said third motor connecting said second arm and said camera element.
12. A handheld tripod head according to claim 1, wherein the motors of said at least two shaft assemblies are stacked one above the other along a common line in said collapsed state and are spaced apart in said expanded state.
13. A handheld head according to claim 12, wherein the motors of the at least two shaft assemblies comprise shafts, the axes of the motor shafts of the at least two shaft assemblies being parallel to each other in the folded position.
14. A handheld head according to claim 13, wherein in said collapsed position the axes of the motor shafts of said at least two shaft assemblies are coincident with said common line.
15. A folding structure, comprising:
a supporting part which comprises a handle, a bracket and a base,
a rotating portion connected to the supporting portion, the rotating portion including:
at least two axle subassemblies, two at least axle subassemblies are rotated and are connected, the axle subassembly includes the motor and connects the axle arm of motor, the portion of rotating can switch between fold condition and expansion state the portion of rotating is in during fold condition, the axle arm of two at least axle subassemblies is located the supporting part with one side and interlocking together.
