The specific meaning of the above terms in the present invention can be understood in specific cases to those skilled in the art.
The child lock protection device 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, a child lock protection device 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: the seat member 10, the locking member 20, the trigger member 30 and the resistance increasing member 50.
The locking member 20 is provided on the seat member 10, and the locking member 20 is always kept in the locking position, that is, the locking member 20 is in the locking position in a natural state, so as to function as a locking member.
The trigger 30 is telescopically arranged on the seat member 10, the trigger 30 moves to link the locking member 20, when the trigger 30 is triggered, the trigger 30 retracts into the seat member 10 and drives the locking member 20 to move towards the unlocking position, wherein when the trigger 30 is released, the trigger 30 extends out of the seat member 10 and the locking member 20 resets. That is, when the trigger 30 is triggered, the locking member 20 is driven to move from the locking position to the unlocking position, the locked member 80 is released, and when the trigger 30 loses the acting force and is not triggered, the locking member 20 can return to the locking position from the unlocking position, and the locked member 80 is locked again.
The resistance increasing member 50 is connected to or stopped against the lock member 20, and the resistance increasing member 50 may apply a resistance force to the lock member 20 opposite to a direction in which the lock member 20 moves to the unlock position. Certain resistance is applied to the locking member 20 through the resistance increasing member 50, so that the triggering member 30 can drive the locking member 20 to move to the unlocking position only when being subjected to larger acting force, and the triggering of light force or smaller force cannot cause the triggering member 30 to move, so that the false triggering caused by children can be effectively avoided.
According to the utility model discloses children's lock protection device 100 is provided with locking piece 20, trigger 30 and resistance-increasing piece 50. And the locking piece 20 is always kept at the locking position, the trigger piece 30 moves to link the locking piece 20, the locking piece 20 is driven to move towards the unlocking position when the trigger piece 30 is triggered, and the locking piece 20 resets when the trigger piece 30 is released, so that the automatic resetting and locking function is realized. And through setting up resistance increasing piece 50 and connecting locking piece 20, resistance increasing piece 50 can apply the opposite direction's resistance to locking piece 20 that moves to the unblock position with locking piece 20, under the prerequisite that possesses the child lock function, can also improve the holistic security of child lock protection device 100 for only trigger 30 under the triggering of great effort just can unblock locking piece 20, can effectively avoid children to trigger the condition emergence of unblock by mistake.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the resistance increasing member 50 may be an elastic member, which is disposed on the seat member 10 and stops against the locking member 20, so that the locking member 20 is always kept in the locking position. It can be understood that the elastic force generated by the elastic member not only can apply a resistance force to the locking member 20 opposite to the unlocking direction, but also can keep the locking member 20 at the locking position, tightly lock the locked member 80, and ensure that the locking action of the locking member 20 is stable and reliable.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 1 and 3, the elastic member is compressed in the initial state to push the locking member 20 to the locking position, thereby locking the locked member 80. When the trigger 30 is triggered, the locking member 20 moves from the locking position to the unlocking position, at the moment, the elastic member continues to be compressed, the elastic acting force of the elastic member enables the locking member 20 and the trigger 30 to be blocked from moving, and the trigger 30 needs to apply a larger acting force when driving the locking member 20 to move, so that the difficulty of triggering and unlocking is increased, and therefore children are not easy to trigger the locking member 20 to unlock.
In another embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 4, the resistance increasing member 50 may be a weight member, and the weight member is disposed on the locking member 20 to keep the locking member 20 at the locking position.
It can be understood that, as shown in fig. 4, the locking member 20 may be disposed on the seat member 10 in a manner of being capable of moving up and down, and under the action of gravity, the locking member 20 extends downward out of the seat member 10 in a natural state, so as to lock the locked member 80, the triggering member 30 may be linked with the locking member 20 through a shifting block, when the triggering member 30 is triggered, the shifting block rotates, so as to drive the locking member 20 to move up to the unlocking position against its own gravity, so as to unlock the locked member 80; when the trigger 30 loses its force and is not triggered, the locking member 20 returns to the locked position under gravity, locking the locked member 80. In this scheme, the weight can increase the weight of locking piece 20, and then increases trigger 30 and drives locking piece 20 and move up required effort, increases the degree of difficulty that trigger 30 unblock locking piece 20, can make children be difficult to trigger locking piece 20 unblock equally.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 2, when the resistance increasing element 50 is an elastic element, the locking element 20 is horizontally movably disposed on the seat body 10, and the triggering element 30 is vertically movably disposed on the seat body 10; wherein, when the trigger 30 is triggered, the trigger 30 can move downwards and drive the locking member 20 to move towards the unlocking position.
That is, as shown in fig. 2, the locking member 20 can move in the horizontal direction from the locking position to the unlocking position, and the trigger 30 can move up and down when being triggered, for example, when the trigger 30 is pressed down, the trigger 30 moves down and drives the locking member 20 to move toward the unlocking position at the other end in the horizontal direction, so as to unlock the locked member 80. By adopting the mode that the locking piece 20 horizontally moves on the seat piece 10 to be locked or unlocked and the trigger piece 30 moves up and down on the seat piece 10 to trigger, the whole structure is simple, and the locking device is convenient to arrange on equipment needing locking and opening of the door.
In other embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 2, the child lock protection device 100 may include a connecting member 60, one end of the connecting member 60 may be pivotally connected to the locking member 20 and the other end may be pivotally connected to the triggering member 30. That is, the trigger 30 and the locking member 20 are linked by the link 60, for example, the link 60 may be a link, and when the trigger 30 moves downwards, the lower end of the link 60 rotates relative to the trigger 30, so as to drive the locking member 20 to move horizontally from the locking position to the unlocking position. In this way, the power transmission between the trigger member 30 and the locking member 20 is stable and reliable, and the structure is simple.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 2, the locking member 20 may be provided with a groove 201, and one end of the connecting member 60 is located in the groove 201. The groove 201 can provide the installation space of the connecting piece 60, the connecting piece 60 is partially installed in the groove 201, the distance between the locking piece 20 and the trigger piece 30 in the vertical direction is favorably reduced, the size of the whole device in the vertical direction can be smaller, the internal structure of the chicken is more compact, and the size miniaturization of the child lock protection device 100 is favorably realized.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 2, a first pin hole 601 may be formed in a lower end of the connecting element 60, the lower end of the connecting element 60 is disposed in the groove 201, a first fitting hole 2011 is formed in the groove 201, and a first pin 701 is inserted into the first pin hole 601 and the first fitting hole 2011 to connect the connecting element 60 and the locking element 20. The upper end of the connecting piece 60 is provided with a second pin hole 602, the lower end of the trigger 30 is provided with a second matching hole 301, and the connecting piece 60 and the trigger 30 are connected by a second pin 702 penetrating the second pin hole 602 and the second matching hole 301.
In another embodiment of the present invention, one side of the locking member 20 may be provided with a driving inclined plane, and the distance between the driving inclined plane and the other side of the locking member 20 is gradually reduced along the direction moving toward the locking position, and the triggering member 30 is supported on the driving inclined plane to drive the locking member 20 to move. When the trigger 30 is triggered, the trigger 30 moves into the seat body 10, and the bottom end of the trigger 30 presses the driving inclined plane, so that the locking member 20 moves to the unlocking position, and the locking member 20 is separated from being locked to realize unlocking.
For example, the lock member 20 moves in the horizontal direction from the locked position to the unlocked position, in which the lock member 20 is in the locked position at the leftmost side and the lock member 20 is in the unlocked position at the rightmost side, and the right end of the driving slope is higher than the left end; the trigger 30 moves in the up-down direction to trigger the lock member 20 to unlock, and the bottom of the trigger 30 stops against the right end of the driving slope at the initial position. When the trigger 30 is triggered to move downwards, the bottom of the trigger 30 presses the driving inclined surface and moves along the driving inclined surface, so that the locking member 20 moves rightwards, and the locking member 20 reaches the unlocking position to unlock the locked member 80.
Optionally, as shown in fig. 2, the trigger 30 may be cylindrical, and the top of the trigger 30 is provided with a rounded corner, so that the hand may be prevented from being hurt by the diaphragm, and the aesthetic property may be enhanced. Of course, the above is merely an example, and the trigger 30 may have other shapes, such as a prism shape, and is not limited thereto.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 2, the elastic member may be a spring, and the locking member 20 is provided with a positioning pillar 202, and the spring is sleeved on the positioning pillar 202. Through setting up reference column 202 installation spring, it is simple and convenient, be favorable to the maintenance or the change in elastic component later stage.
In another embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the child lock protection device 100 further includes a buffer member 40, the buffer member 40 is disposed on the seat member 10, the buffer member 40 is connected to or stopped against the locking member 20, and the buffer member 40 returns to the locking position after a predetermined time when the locking member 20 is reset. It can be understood that the buffering member 40 can apply a blocking force to the locking member 20 by means of connection or abutment, so as to prolong the time for the locking member 20 to return to the locking position from the unlocking position, the prolonged time is the preset time, and since the locking member 20 can return to the locking position after the preset time, the locked member 80 can be conveniently opened or closed before being locked. Moreover, the user does not need to continuously press the trigger 30, and only needs to trigger the trigger 30 to drive the locking piece 20 to move to the unlocking position and then release the locking piece, so that the labor can be saved, and the operation is convenient and simple.
Alternatively, the buffering member 40 may be a damper, and the damper may provide a damping force for the locking member 20, and a piston rod of the damper abuts against the locking member 20, so that the locking member 20 is gradually reset, and the resetting process is more stable. For example, when the resistance increasing member 50 is an elastic member, after the triggering member 30 loses triggering, under the elastic force of the elastic member, the elastic force applied to the locking member 20 in the process of moving to the locking position gradually decreases, the moving speed gradually decreases, and the damper makes the tendency of deceleration of the locking member 20 more obvious and smoother by providing the damping force.
Alternatively, the buffering member 40 may be an elastic member, such as a spring, and the elastic resistance generated by the buffering member 40 when the locking member 20 moves to the locking position can be generated by compressing the buffering member 40, so that the deceleration tendency of the locking member 20 is obvious and smooth. Moreover, the buffer member 40 is provided as a spring, which is simple and cost-effective.
In still another embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, 2 and 5, the seat member 10 may include a fixing frame 110 and a side cover plate 120.
As shown in FIG. 2, the fixing frame 110 has a receiving slot 1101, a first slot 1102 and a second slot 1103, the first slot 1102 and the second slot 1103 are connected to the receiving slot 1101, that is, the fixing frame 110 forms a box structure, and the receiving slot 1101 can receive various components. The locking piece 20 is arranged in the accommodating groove 1101 and partially penetrates through the first notch 1102, and the locking piece 20 can move in the accommodating groove 1101 through the first notch 1102. The trigger 30 is disposed through the second notch 1103, and the trigger 30 can be moved in the accommodating groove 1101 through the second notch 1103. The resistance increasing member 50 and the buffer member 40 are disposed in the receiving groove 1101. The side cover plate 120 is disposed on the fixing frame 110 to close the receiving groove 1101.
It can be understood that, by arranging the seat member 10 to include the fixing frame 110 and the side cover plate 120, the fixing frame 110 may be a box structure, and has a receiving groove 1101 therein, and can receive the component, and the locking member 20, the triggering member 30, the resistance increasing member 50 and the buffer member 40 are arranged in the receiving groove 1101, so as to protect the components and prolong the service life.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 2, the receiving groove 1101 may include a first receiving groove 101, a second receiving groove 102, and a third receiving groove 103. The first notch 1102 and the second notch 1103 are arranged on the first containing groove 101, and the locking piece 20 and the trigger piece 30 are arranged in the first containing groove 101; the second containing groove 102 is arranged side by side and communicated with the first containing groove 101, the buffer piece 40 is arranged in the second containing groove 102, and the locking piece 20 partially extends into the second containing groove 102; the third containing groove 103 is communicated with the first containing groove 101 and the second containing groove 102, and the resistance increasing piece 50 is arranged in the third containing groove 103.
That is, as shown in fig. 1, by disposing the locking member 20 and the triggering member 30 in the first accommodating groove 101, the buffering member 40 in the second accommodating groove 102, and the resistance-increasing member 50 in the third accommodating groove 103, different components can be respectively disposed in different accommodating grooves, so as to avoid misassembly of the components during installation. The first accommodating groove 101, the second accommodating groove 102 and the third accommodating groove 103 can be used for installing different components respectively, and can also provide a guiding effect for the movement of each component, so that the movement reliability of each component is improved.
In a specific example, as shown in fig. 2, the first receiving groove 101 may be disposed at the left side of the fixing frame 110, the first notch 1102 is disposed at the left end of the fixing frame 110, and the second notch 1103 is disposed at the top of the fixing frame 110. The second accommodating groove 102 is arranged below the first accommodating groove 101, and the right end of the second accommodating groove 102 is communicated with the right end of the first accommodating groove 101. The third accommodating groove 103 is arranged on the right side of the fixed frame 110, and the left end of the third accommodating groove 103 is communicated with the first accommodating groove 101 and the second accommodating groove 102.
In some examples, as shown in fig. 2, the side cover 120 is provided with a protrusion 1201, the protrusion 1201 is fitted on the second notch 1103, the trigger 30 is conveniently installed through the second notch 1103, and the protrusion 1201 is fitted on the second notch 1103 and can stop against the trigger 30, so as to ensure that the trigger 30 is stable and reliable on the seat member 10 without shaking.
