After the folding, the two first lower hole side plates 11 and the first lower hole bottom plate 12 are enclosed to form a first groove; the two second lower hole side plates 16 and the second lower hole bottom plate 17 are enclosed to form a third groove; the middle bottom middle hole plate 14 is recessed compared to the two bottom top lower plates 10 to form a second recess.
The forming method of the outer box blank comprises the steps of respectively turning up the rear side plate 23 and the front side plate 25 by 90 degrees along the crease lines between the rear side plate and the bottom plate 24 to keep the rear side plate and the front side plate perpendicular to a paper surface; the four inner insertion plates 28 are respectively folded upwards by 90 degrees along the crease lines to be vertical to the rear side plate 23 or the front side plate 25; the two outer side plates 29 are respectively folded upwards by 90 degrees along the crease lines between the two outer side plates and the bottom plate 24 and are kept vertical to the paper surface; the two inner side plates 30 are folded upwards by 180 degrees along the crease lines to be overlapped with the outer side plates 29, the inner insert plate 28 is positioned in the gap between the inner side plates 30 and the outer side plates 29, and the inserting tongues 31 are inserted into the inserting holes 32 for fixing; the two side plates 27 are turned upwards by 90 degrees along the crease lines, and then the top plate 22 is turned upwards by 90 degrees along the crease lines between the top plate and the rear side plate 23 so as to be positioned right above the bottom plate 24 while the side plates 27 are positioned at the inner side of the inner side plate 30; the front cover plate 21 is folded upward by 90 ° along the folding line between the front cover plate and the top plate 22 to be positioned outside the front side plate 25, and then the two insert plates 26 are respectively folded upward along the folding line and inserted into the gap between the outer side plate 29 and the inner insert plate 28.
