As shown in fig. 5, in one embodiment, the edges of three adjacent sides of the cover plate 111 are provided with reverse-folded portions 113, each reverse-folded portion 113 is reversely bent and forms a gap with the cover plate 111, and the outer edge of the base support 120 is inserted into the gap and is attached to the cover plate 111.
When the edge profile of the cover plate 111 is rectangular, the inflected parts 113 are usually disposed on three adjacent sides of the cover plate 111, which are parallel to the cover plate 111 and have a certain gap with the cover plate 111, and the base 120 is inserted into the gap from the side where the inflected parts 113 are not disposed, so as to implement the plugging.
A second embodiment of the fruit packaging carrier structure disclosed herein is described in detail below with reference to fig. 6.
As shown in fig. 6, the present embodiment mainly includes a fruit packing box 500 and a box supporting member 600. The fruit packing box 500 is a packing structure for directly wrapping fruits, and the fruits are directly placed in the fruit packing box 500. The cartridge support 600 is used to support and carry a plurality of fruit packing boxes 500 containing fruits so as to facilitate the orderly stacking and mass transportation of the fruit packing boxes 500 containing fruits through the cartridge support 600.
The fruit packing box 500 has at least one fruit receptacle for directly receiving fruit. And at least one side edge of the fruit packing box 500 is a plate-shaped insertion edge (not shown) through which it is inserted to the box supporter 600.
The cartridge support 600 may be a paperboard including a bottom plate and a folded portion connected to the bottom plate. The base plate is generally flat and has a generally rectangular cross-section. The rolling parts are positioned at two ends of the same side of the bottom plate and are turned inwards in opposite directions. The bottom plate is usually provided with two folding portions, and the two folding portions are both positioned on one plate-shaped surface of the bottom plate and are both folded from outside to inside.
The rolling and folding part comprises an inserting part with one end connected with the bottom plate and a turning and folding part connected with the other end of the inserting part. One of the folded portions includes the insertion part 621 and a folded portion (not shown in fig. 6) connecting the insertion part 621, and the other folded portion includes the insertion part 631 and a folded portion 635 connecting the insertion part 631.
The insertion part is provided with a plurality of insertion slots which run through the insertion part and are matched with the insertion edges of the fruit packaging boxes 500 in size and shape, so that the fruit packaging boxes 500 can be inserted simultaneously. Wherein, the inserting portion 621 is provided with an inserting slot 624, and the inserting portion 631 is provided with an inserting slot 634. The slot 624 and the slot 634 are generally disposed in the same plane to allow insertion of the flat plate-like mating edge.
The turnover part extends to the supporting cavity between the insertion part and the bottom plate and is used as a constraint structure for the movement of the insertion part. Wherein the folded part of the plugging part 621 extends into the supporting cavity (not shown in fig. 6), and the folded part 635 of the plugging part 631 extends into the supporting cavity 650. The supporting cavity is a cavity communicated with the outside and is formed by a certain distance between the bottom plate and the inserting part. The turnover part guarantees the connection stability between the fruit packing box and the box supporting piece through the movement of the constraint insertion part, and the structural stability of the box supporting piece is enhanced.
The shape of the lower edge of the fruit receptacle adjacent the spigot edge is adapted to the shape formed by the outer surfaces of the tops of spigot 621 and 631.
The inserting part comprises a top inserting plate and a side inserting plate which are both flat-plate-shaped and are provided with slots, a bending angle is arranged between the top inserting plate and the side inserting plate, one end of the top inserting plate is connected with the bottom plate, the other end of the top inserting plate is connected with one end of the side inserting plate, and the other end of the side inserting plate is connected with the bending part.
The book of bottom plate both ends is folded the portion and is included two book portions: first book folded portion and second book folded portion, grafting portion 621 belongs to first book folded portion, and grafting portion 631 belongs to second book folded portion. The difference between this embodiment and the first embodiment of the fruit packing bearing structure is mainly that the top plug board 622 of the first folding portion has a first inclination angle with the bottom board, the top plug board 632 of the second folding portion has a second inclination angle with the bottom board, and the first inclination angle is greater than the second inclination angle.
Moreover, the top plug board 622 of the first folding portion and the top plug board 632 of the second folding portion form a top included angle, and the position of the fruit container 518 is matched with the top included angle.
In particular, fig. 6 shows a fruit cavity 518, which is a fruit cavity near the insertion edge. Both the inserting part 621 and the inserting part 631 are flat plates, and the heights of the inserting part 621 and the inserting part 631 are different, so that the outer surface surfaces of the tops of the two inserting parts 621,631 are formed into a folded surface which is recessed downwards, at this time, the lower edge of the fruit containing cavity 518 is also a flat surface, and a gap or a fitting contact is reserved between the lower edge of the fruit containing cavity 518 inserted into the slot 624 and the slot 634 and the outer surface (folded surface) of the tops of the inserting part 621 and the inserting part 631, as shown in fig. 6, the fruit containing cavity 518 is set to have a certain inclination on the plane of the outer cover 510, and is matched with the edge profile of the fruit containing cavity 518, so that one side of the fruit containing cavity 518 which is long in length and small in radian or even has no radian (is a straight line) is close to or is fitted to the top inserting plate 632, and one side of the fruit containing cavity 518 which is short in length.
In the embodiment, the box supporting piece with the plurality of inserting grooves is arranged to insert the plurality of fruit packaging boxes, so that the ordered stacking and batch transportation of the fruits are realized, and the picking, placing and placing operations of the fruit packaging boxes are facilitated; meanwhile, the turnover structure is arranged, and the slot is arranged on the turnover structure, so that the connection stability between the fruit packaging box and the box supporting piece is ensured, and the structural stability of the box supporting piece is enhanced; in addition, the shape of the fruit containing cavity is matched by setting the angle between the top insertion plate and the bottom plate, so that the gravity center of the fruit packing box is further reduced, and the connection stability between the fruit packing box and the box supporting piece is enhanced.
In one embodiment, the side plug plates of the two end folding parts of the bottom plate are in contact with each other. This can further avoid the grafting portion to collapse downwards, has strengthened box support piece's structural stability and has improved the connection steadiness between fruit packing carton and the box support piece.
As shown in fig. 6, in one embodiment, two ends of the bottom plate extend outward in the same direction to form flanges, and the insertion portion of the folding portion is connected with the corresponding flange. The flanges are generally rectangular flat and may be arranged perpendicular to the base plate. The plug part 631 is connected to the flange 612, the flange of the plug part 621 not being shown in the figure.
Through setting up the turn-ups, can improve box support piece 600's structural strength and improve the stability of being connected between fruit packing carton and the box support piece to under the terminal butt of turn-ups portion in the inboard condition of turn-ups, can further avoid grafting portion to sink downwards.
In one embodiment, the folded portion is flat and attached to the bottom panel, and a tip of the folded portion abuts against an inner side of the cuff. The turnover part extends to and turns over the butt of inside wall of the edge, and plays a supporting role in the turnover direction to the insertion part, so that the insertion part is prevented from collapsing downwards, the structural stability of the box supporting piece is enhanced, and the connection stability between the fruit packaging box and the box supporting piece is improved.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 6, the box support 600 further comprises a side gusset connected to the bottom panel, the side gusset extending from the end of the bottom panel to the side of the bottom panel where the folded portion is located and connected to the cuff to form a containment structure. The two ends of the bottom plate are respectively provided with a side wall part 660 and a side wall part 670, and the side wall part 660 and the side wall part 670 are detachably connected with the flanges at the two ends of the bottom plate. Since the flanges on the two sides of the bottom plate are different in height in this embodiment, the height of the side wall portion is set to be lower than the flange 612 connected to the inserting portion 631 and flush with the flange connected to the inserting portion 621.
The connection relation is established through the book portion that sets up the side bounding wall messenger bottom plate both sides, has shared the atress of book portion to can avoid the structural deformation to damage jointly through another side book portion when one side book portion atress, bear fruit packing carton better and tolerate rocking of fruit packing carton.
In one embodiment, the fruit packing box 500 includes an outer cover 510 defining fruit wells and a base inserted into the outer cover 510.
The outer cover 510 can be made of transparent plastic, the bottom support (not shown in fig. 6) is made of flat thin paper boards, in the aspect of fruit packaging and transportation, the outer cover 510 is equivalent to an upper support of fruits, the bottom support is equivalent to a lower support of the fruits, most surfaces of the fruits are covered by the fruit containing cavity 518, and the bottom support is inserted into the outer cover 510 to complete the full coverage of the fruits, so that the fruit containing mode is realized. In addition, the positions on the bottom support corresponding to one or more fruit containing cavities can be provided with vent holes.
The cork base can be quickly pulled out of and inserted into the outer cover in an inserting mode, and fruits can be conveniently loaded into and taken out of the cork base.
In one embodiment, the housing 510 includes a cover plate 511 having a flat outer edge, the cover plate 511 has a protrusion 512 forming at least one fruit container, a plurality of inflections extend outward from a plurality of edges of the cover plate 511, and the outer edge of the base is inserted into the inflections.
The protrusions 512 protrude from the cover plate 511. the cover plate 511 in fig. 6 has two protrusions 512 that are connected to each other, and the two protrusions 512 cooperate with the bottom plate to form a fruit container 518 capable of containing a plurality of fruits.
Bear the gravity of collet and restraint collet and can only move in the direction that does not set up the inflection portion through inflection portion and just can break away from the dustcoat, when putting the direction that does not set up the inflection portion of dustcoat up, can effectively avoid the collet to break away from the dustcoat under the unexpected condition for the fruit can not drop.
In one embodiment, the edges of three adjacent sides of the cover plate 511 are provided with reverse-folded portions, each reverse-folded portion is reversely bent and forms a gap with the cover plate 511, and the outer edge of the bottom support is inserted into the gap and is attached to the cover plate 511.
When the edge profile of the cover plate 511 is rectangular, the inflected parts are usually disposed on three adjacent edges of the cover plate 511, which are parallel to the cover plate 511 and have a certain gap with the cover plate 511, and the bottom support is inserted into the gap from the edge where the inflected part is not disposed, so as to implement the plugging.
The specific structures of the components such as the fruit packaging box, the bottom plate, the turned-over edge, the side wall part and the like in this embodiment can refer to the structural arrangement described in the first embodiment of the fruit packaging bearing structure, and are not repeated one by one.
The fruit loading and displaying box disclosed in the present application is described in detail with reference to fig. 7 to 8.
As shown in fig. 7-8, the present embodiment mainly comprises an outer box 900 and at least one fruit packing bearing structure.
The outer case 900 includes a case body 910 and a case cover 920 covering the case body 910. Specifically, the case 910 may be provided in a rectangular parallelepiped shape, and the height of the front barrier 911 may be set lower than that of the rear barrier 912. In addition, the box 910 is typically made of cardboard. The fruit loading and displaying box can also be used as a PDQ (Products Display quick Display) structure transfer box.
The fruit packing bearing structure includes a fruit packing box and a box support member, and the fruit packing bearing structure is placed in the box body 910. Where the box volume is arranged to be small and able to accommodate only one fruit pack carrying structure, the laterally located components of the box supports may be arranged to be in abutting contact with the inner side walls of the box 910 to provide a displacement restraint to the fruit pack carrying structure. When the box volume is set to be large and can accommodate a plurality of fruit packing bearing structures, the box supports are set to be in linear arrangement, and the components located at the outer side of the box supports located at the outermost side can be set to be in contact with the inner side wall of the box 910 in a fitting manner, so as to form the constraint on the displacement of the fruit packing bearing structures.
The cartridge support member may be the cartridge support member 200 of the first embodiment, that is, the top outer surfaces of the connectors of the two folded portions of the cartridge support member 200 are flush with each other and are formed in a flat shape; the box supporting member may also be only the box supporting member 600 in the second embodiment, that is, the top outer surfaces of the two plug connectors of the rolling and folding part in the box supporting member 600 have an included angle, the inclination angle between the top outer surface of one plug connector and the bottom plate is larger than that between the top outer surface of the other plug connector and the bottom plate, and the formed shape is a folding surface; when a plurality of cartridge supports are provided, the cartridge supports of the first and second embodiments described above may be included.
The case 910 shown in fig. 8 includes both one cartridge support 200 and one cartridge support 600, and the case 910 can accommodate three cartridge supports, the cartridge support in the middle position not shown, exposing only the bottom panel 914 of the case 910. Wherein, only one fruit packing box 100 with separated fruit containing cavities is inserted on the box supporting member 200, only one fruit packing box 500 with communicated fruit containing cavities is inserted on the box supporting member 600, and the rest fruit packing boxes 200 and 500 are not shown.
The slots provided on each of the tray supports may be arranged to be spaced evenly from one end of the bottom plate 210 to the other end thereof, so as to improve the appearance of the fruit packing tray.
A box supporting piece with a plurality of inserting grooves is arranged in the box body to insert a plurality of fruit packaging boxes, so that ordered stacking, batch transportation and high-quality display of fruits are realized, and the picking and placing operation of the fruit packaging boxes is facilitated; meanwhile, the turnover structure is arranged, and the slot is arranged on the turnover structure, so that the connection stability between the fruit packaging box and the box supporting piece is ensured, and the structural stability of the box supporting piece is enhanced.
In one embodiment, the cover 920 is integral with the housing 910 and rotatably covers the housing 910, and the front and side edges of the cover 920 partially extend into the cavity of the housing 910 in the closed state. As shown in fig. 7, the case cover 920 may include a top cover 921, a front edge 922 and a side edge 923, wherein a gap 924 for communicating the cavity in the case body 910 with the outside is provided between the front edge 922 and the side edge 923, and is used for air circulation. When the housing is in the closed state, the front edge 922 is provided such that the outer wall thereof comes into contact with the inner wall of the front fender 911 of the housing 910, and the side edge 923 is provided such that the outer wall thereof comes into contact with the inner wall of the side fender 913 of the housing 910.
In one embodiment, the outer case 900 further includes at least one divider interposed between adjacent case supports within the case 910. As shown in fig. 8, two partitions are provided in the case, wherein the partition 931 separates the case holder 200 from other components in the chamber of the case 910, and the partition 932 separates the case holder 600 from other components in the chamber of the case 910.

Claims (10)
1. A fruit packing bearing structure is characterized by comprising a fruit packing box and a box supporting piece;
the fruit packing box is provided with at least one fruit containing cavity, and at least one side edge of the fruit packing box is a plate-shaped inserting edge;
the box supporting piece comprises a bottom plate and a folding part connected with the bottom plate, the folding part is positioned at two ends of the same side of the bottom plate and is oppositely turned inwards, the folding part comprises an inserting part with one end connected with the bottom plate and a turning part connected with the other end of the inserting part, the inserting part is provided with a plurality of through inserting grooves matched with inserting edges of the fruit packaging box, and the turning part extends into a supporting cavity between the inserting part and the bottom plate; wherein,
the shape of the lower edge of the fruit containing cavity close to the inserting edge is matched with the shape formed by the outer surface of the top of the inserting part.
2. The fruit packaging bearing structure of claim 1 wherein the insertion portion comprises a top insertion plate and a side insertion plate both having a flat plate shape and both having the insertion slot, the top insertion plate and the side insertion plate have a bent angle therebetween, one end of the top insertion plate is connected to the bottom plate, the other end of the top insertion plate is connected to one end of the side insertion plate, and the other end of the side insertion plate is connected to the folded portion.
3. The fruit packaging carrier structure of claim 2 wherein the tucked portions at each end of the bottom panel include a first tucked portion having a first angle of inclination with respect to the bottom panel and a second tucked portion having a second angle of inclination with respect to the bottom panel, the first angle of inclination being greater than the second angle of inclination; and,
the top plugboard of the first folding part and the top plugboard of the second folding part form a top included angle, and the position of the fruit containing cavity is matched with the top included angle.
4. A fruit packing carrier structure as claimed in claim 2 or claim 3 wherein the side pinboard of the bottom panel at the two end folds are in abutting contact.
5. The fruit packing bearing structure of any one of claims 1-3 wherein said bottom panel has flanges extending outwardly from opposite ends thereof in the same direction, said flanges being connected to respective ones of said flanges by means of mating portions of said flanges.
6. The fruit packaging carrier structure of claim 5 wherein the flap is flat and abuts the bottom panel and the end of the flap abuts the inside of the cuff.
7. The fruit packaging carrier structure of claim 5 wherein the box support further comprises a gusset portion connected to the bottom panel, the gusset portion extending from the end of the bottom panel to the side of the bottom panel where the rolled portion is located and connecting with the flange to form a containment structure.
8. A fruit packing load bearing structure as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the fruit packing box includes an outer cover provided with the at least one fruit cavity and a base plate inserted into the outer cover.
9. A fruit loading and displaying box is characterized by comprising:
at least one fruit packaging carrier structure according to any one of claims 1 to 8, and
the outer box comprises a box body and a box cover correspondingly covered with the box body; wherein,
the fruit package bearing structure is placed in the box body.
10. The fruit loading and display bin of claim 9 wherein the outer bin further comprises: at least one partition plate sandwiched between adjacent ones of the cartridge supports within the case.
