In the experimental test of the friction force generated by the pneumatic brake device, the friction resistance generated by braking is measured to be about 80N, when the bearing mass of the hydrostatic pressure workbench is 700kg, and the feeding speed is 1000mm/min, the braking time needs 0.15 second, and the braking distance is 1.2 mm.

the clamping pieces (6) of the two groups of clamping components are oppositely arranged, and the clamping ends of the two clamping pieces (6) are oppositely arranged and used for clamping the brake pad (7);
the strutting part comprises an electric control driving part and a strutting part; the electric control driving piece drives the opening piece to act, the opening piece acts on the opening ends, arranged oppositely, of the two clamping pieces (6), and the opening angle trend of the opening ends, arranged oppositely, of the clamping pieces (6) is opened or closed by combining the rotating action of the clamping pieces (6) around the rotating point.
