The urine leakage prevention irrigation urinary catheter as claimed in claim 3, wherein the balloon III (14) has a smaller diameter after filling with water than the balloon IV (15); the diameter of the balloon I (11) after being filled with water is smaller than that of the balloon II (12) after being filled with water.

The urine leakage prevention irrigation urinary catheter according to claim 4, wherein the maximum capacity of the pressure balloon (1) is 40ml, the maximum diameter of the balloon IV (15) is 3cm, and the maximum diameter of the balloon III (14) is 2 cm; the maximum capacity of the urine leakage prevention balloon (4) is 20ml, the maximum diameter of the balloon II (12) is 2cm, and the maximum diameter of the balloon I (11) is 1 cm.
6. The urine leakage prevention irrigation urinary catheter according to claim 5, wherein the distance between the pressure balloon (1) and the urine leakage prevention balloon (4) is 3-5 cm.
7. The urine leakage prevention urinary catheter according to claim 1, wherein the side holes (2) are provided with 2-4 holes, which are distributed on the same side at equal intervals, and the centers of the side holes (2) are located on the same straight line.
