a base plate (410) comprising a first clamping portion (411) and a first connecting portion (412), the first connecting portion (412) being provided with a movable groove (4121);
the clamping plate (420) is movably connected with the bottom plate (410) and comprises a second clamping part (421) and two second connecting parts (422) arranged at one end of the second clamping part (421), and a mounting groove (423) is formed between the two second connecting parts (422); and
the opening and closing piece (430) is movably connected with the bottom plate (410) and comprises an opening and closing part (431) and a driving part (432), the driving part (432) penetrates through the mounting groove (423) to be accommodated in the movable groove (4121), and the opening and closing piece (430) is used for driving the second clamping part (421) to be close to or far away from the first clamping part (411).

The clamping assembly (400) according to claim 1, wherein the driving portion (432) comprises a connecting portion (4322) and a driving abutting portion (4323), an abutting groove (4222) is formed on one side of the two second connecting portions (422) close to the bottom plate (410), and when the opening and closing portion (431) is lifted, the driving abutting portion (4323) abuts against the abutting groove (4222) so that the second clamping portion (421) is far away from the first clamping portion (411).

The clamping assembly (400) of claim 3, wherein a locking portion (4223) is further disposed on a side of the two second connecting portions (422) close to the bottom plate (410), and when the opening and closing portion (431) is closed, the locking portion (4223) is received in the movable groove (4121) and abuts against the driving abutting portion (4323) to lock the clamping plate (420).

The clamping assembly (400) of claim 3, wherein the width of the connecting portion (4322) is less than or equal to the width between two of the second connecting portions (422), and the width of the driving abutment (4323) is greater than the width between two of the second connecting portions (422).

The clamping assembly (400) of claim 3, wherein said connecting portion (4322) has a width equal to the width between two of said second connecting portions (422), and said driving abutment (4323) has a width equal to the sum of the width between two of said second connecting portions (422) and the thickness of two of said second connecting portions (422).

The clip assembly (400) of claim 1, wherein a side of the first clip portion (411) adjacent to the second clip portion (421) is provided with a plurality of first teeth (4111), a side of the second clip portion (421) adjacent to the first clip portion (411) is provided with a plurality of second teeth (4211), and the first teeth (4111) are offset from the second teeth (4211).
8. The clamping assembly (400) of claim 1, wherein an opening and closing gap (440) is provided between the opening and closing portion (431) and the base plate (410).
9. A health-protective article (10), comprising:
a cover body (100) provided with a ventilation window (110);
a breathable pad (200) located inside the cover (100);
a case (300) connected to the cover (100) and forming an accommodation space between the airing pad (200) and the case (300);
a disinfection sustained-release agent contained in the containing space (370); and
the clamping assembly (400) of any of claims 1 to 8, being secured to a side of the housing (300) remote from the cover (100).
10. The health-protective article (10) as claimed in claim 9, wherein the area of said ventilation window (110) is at least 30% of the surface area of said cover (100).
