The following detailed description of the preferred embodiments of the invention, however, the invention is capable of other embodiments in addition to those detailed.
First embodiment
The utility model provides a container. The container may be a side-opening door container. Referring to fig. 1 to 5, the container includes a container body 110. The case 110 includes a bottom frame 120, end walls, side walls 130, and a top wall. The chassis 120, end walls, side walls 130, and top wall form a generally rectangular parallelepiped structure. The four corners of the case 110 each have a corner post 170. Four corners of the top wall each have a corner fitting. The four corners of the bottom chassis 120 each have a bottom corner piece 150.
The underframe 120 includes bottom side beams, bottom side rails 123, bottom end beams, bottom cross beams 124, and middle bottom cross beams 125. The bottom side rails and bottom side rails 123 are substantially parallel. The bottom end beams, bottom cross beam 124, and middle bottom cross beam 125 are substantially parallel. The bottom side beams and bottom end beams are connected to form an enclosed structure. The bottom side members include a first bottom side member 121 and a second bottom side member 122. The bottom longitudinal member 123 is one. The first bottom side member 121 is located on a first side of the bottom chassis 120. The second bottom side rail 122 is located on a second side of the chassis 120 opposite the first side. The bottom side member 123 is located between the first bottom side member 121 and the second bottom side member 122. As shown in fig. 4, the length of the bottom side member 123 is smaller than that of the bottom side member in the longitudinal direction of the underframe 120. The shape of the cross section of the bottom side member 123 (the cross section is perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the chassis 120) is substantially the same as the shape of the cross section of the first bottom side member 121 (the cross section is perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the chassis 120). The bottom cross member 124 extends in the width direction of the underframe 120 and connects the bottom side members. Thereby increasing the strength of the chassis 120.
As shown in fig. 4, the middle floor cross member 125 extends in the width direction of the base frame 120. The partial middle bottom cross member 125 has one end connected to the bottom side member 123 and the other end connected to the bottom side member. One end of a partial middle bottom cross member 125 is connected to the first bottom side member 121 and the other end is connected to the second bottom side member 122, and this middle bottom cross member 125 is also connected to an end of the bottom side member 123. The middle bottom rail 125 may be made of C-section steel. The height of the middle bottom rail 125 is greater than the height of the bottom rail 124. The lower surface of the middle bottom cross member 125 is located above the lower surface of the bottom side member, below the lower surface of the bottom cross member 124, and above the lower surface of the bottom side member 123 in the height direction of the underframe 120.
Referring to fig. 3 and 4, the sidewall 130 is located on the second side of the box 110. The lower end of the side wall 130 is connected to the second bottom side member 122. The corner post 170, the first bottom side rail 121, and the top side rail at the first side of the case 110 constitute the side opening 111. The side opening 111 extends from one end of the case 110 to the other end along the length direction of the chassis 120.
The case 110 further includes a side door 140. The side door 140 may be pivotally connected to a corner post 170 located at a first side of the case 110 to rotate between an open position to open the side opening 111 and a closed position to close the side opening 111.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 1, 3 and 4, the side door 140 includes a plurality of first side doors and a plurality of second side doors. A plurality of first side doors are pivotally connected end to end. The end of the first side door remote from the other first side doors is pivotally connected to one corner post 170 of the tank 110. A plurality of second side doors are pivotally connected end to end. The end of the first second side door remote from the other second side doors is pivotally connected to another corner post 170 of the tank 110. In this way, the first side door and the second side door are configured as folding doors. The container is constructed with a single-sided full-open door. The first and second side doors may completely open and close the side openings 111 of the case 110. Thereby facilitating loading and unloading of cargo through the side opening 111.
As shown in fig. 3, in the width direction of the underframe 120, the distance between the substantially middle position of the bottom side member 123 and the substantially middle position of the first bottom side member 121 is a first distance D1, and the distance between the substantially middle position of the bottom side member 123 and the substantially middle position of the second bottom side member 122 is a second distance D2. D1 > D2. Thus, the degree of eccentricity of the side door 140 toward the side of the box body 110 to which the side door 140 is attached can be reduced as much as possible, and the risk of transporting a container can be reduced. In addition, the bottom longitudinal beams 123 may also increase the strength of the underframe 120, and thus the strength of the container.
For a single-sided fully-opened container, D1 > D2 can reduce the degree of eccentricity of the side door 140-side of the cabinet 110 to which the side door 140 is mounted.
Preferably, the chassis 120 may also include a gooseneck tunnel 180. Therefore, the container is convenient to carry.
Preferably, the size of the housing 110 is configured to be the size of a 40 foot international standard container as specified by the international ORGANIZATION FOR STANDARDIZATION (ISO). And D1 > D2 can reduce the degree of eccentricity of the 40 foot container mounting the side door 140 toward the side of the side door 140. The 40 foot container may be configured as a single-sided fully open door container.
Preferably, the side door 140 is made of a lightweight material (e.g., aluminum alloy). This reduces the weight of the side door 140, and further reduces the eccentricity of the side door 140 toward the side of the case 110 in which the side door 140 is mounted.
Preferably, referring to fig. 4 and 5, the box body 110 further includes a supporting device 160. The support device 160 may be configured as a pad. The backing plate is a plurality of. A partial pad plate is attached to a bottom surface of the first bottom side member 121. Another portion of the pad plate is attached to the bottom surface of the second bottom side member 122. The lower surface of the shim plate and the lower surface of the bottom corner piece 150 are substantially flush. A third distance D3 is provided between approximately the middle of the tie plate and approximately the middle of one of the corner fittings 150 along the length of the chassis 120. The third distance D3 is the distance between the bottom corners 150 of a 20 foot iso container along the length of its container body.
It should be noted that some of the frames for transporting containers are provided with corner support portions and intermediate support portions. The distance between the corner supports was 40 feet. The 40 foot distance is the distance between the bottom corners of a 40 foot iso container along the length of its container body. The distance between the intermediate support and the corner support is the aforementioned third distance D3. The intermediate support is movably disposed.
When the container is transported, the corner fittings are supported by the corner fitting support parts, and the intermediate support parts are moved to the lower side of the base plate and abut against the base plate. Such that the intermediate support supports the shim plate. Thus, the center support portion supports the first bottom side member 121 through a portion of the floor panel, reducing the bending of the first bottom side member 121 of the container for transporting cargo. The center support portion supports the second bottom side member 122 by another portion of the pad plate, reducing the bending of the second bottom side member 122 of the container for transporting goods.
Preferably, the container further comprises a door lock. The door lock can be an existing container door lock. Which comprises a lock base and a lock rod extending in the vertical direction. The end of the lock rod is provided with a lock head matched with the lock seat. The locking bar has a handle extending radially outwardly therefrom. The lock lever is rotatably provided on the side door 140. The latch base is fixedly connected to the top and first bottom side members 121.

In the second embodiment, referring to fig. 6 to 9, the bottom frame 220 does not include a supporting device. The bottom chassis 220 further includes a support portion 260. The support portion 260 forms a load transfer region. The support portion 260 is configured as a support plate. The support plate is attached to the lower surface of the middle base beam 225. The lower surface of the support plate is located below the lower surfaces of the bottom side members (the first bottom side member 221 and the second bottom side member 222) in the height direction of the chassis. In this way, the longitudinal beams of the vehicle transporting the container may abut to the lower surface of the support plate to support the chassis 220. The lower surface of the support plate is located above the lower surface of the bottom corner fitting in the height direction of the bottom frame.
Other configurations of the second embodiment are substantially the same as those of the first embodiment, and are not described herein again.
