The food material storage bucket cleaning apparatus of claim 1, wherein the water spray assembly, the air knife assembly and the drying assembly are respectively disposed at the second, third and fourth stations, and the frame is further provided with a driving assembly for synchronously driving the water spray assembly, the air knife assembly and the drying assembly.

The apparatus as claimed in claim 2, wherein the driving assembly includes two retractors and an expansion bracket installed at an upper end of the frame, wherein an upper end of the expansion bracket is connected to output ends of the two retractors, and the water spraying assembly, the air knife assembly and the drying assembly are respectively connected to a lower end of the expansion bracket.
