Detailed Description
Embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. The following examples are only for illustrating the technical solutions of the present invention more clearly, and therefore are only examples, and the protection scope of the present invention is not limited thereby.
It is to be noted that unless otherwise specified, technical or scientific terms used herein shall have the ordinary meaning as understood by those skilled in the art to which the present invention belongs.
Example 1
Referring to fig. 1 to 4, the present embodiment provides a ventilator, a breathing mask of the ventilator comprising: the mask comprises a mask body 10 and a head band 20 connected with the mask body 10, wherein the mask body 10 is provided with an air inlet 11 and an air outlet; the air inlet 11 is provided with a first one-way valve 111, the first one-way valve 111 is communicated in one way from outside to inside, the air outlet is provided with a second one-way valve 121, and the second one-way valve 121 is communicated in one way from inside to outside; the side of the cover body 10 facing the inside is provided with a nose plug 30, and the nose plug 30 is provided with a vent hole and is connected with the air inlet 11.
When the mask is used, the mask body 10 covers the nose and the mouth of a patient, the nose plug 30 is placed in the nasal cavity of the patient, air is intermittently supplied to the nasal cavity of the patient through the air inlet 11, and air exhaled by the patient is discharged into the mask through the mouth and is discharged through the air outlet. Because air inlet 11 and gas vent all are equipped with the check valve, gaseous for one-way flow: the air inlet, the nasal cavity, the lung, the mouth, the cover body and the outside can avoid the crossing of air supply and exhaled air and prevent the re-inhalation of waste air, thereby ensuring the health of patients.
The external surface of the nasal prong 30 is provided with a plurality of sealing ring tabs 33 that are in interference fit with the inner wall of the nasal cavity when the nasal prong 30 is placed therein. The sealing ring 33 abuts against the inner wall of the nasal cavity to prevent the reverse flow of gas in the nasal cavity during exhalation, resulting in the inhalation of waste gas during the next inhalation. When the nasal plug 30 is inserted inward, the sealing ring 33 is pressed into a tapered shape toward the inside of the nasal cavity, thereby preventing the nasal plug 30 from falling out.
The nasal plug 30 includes a nasal tube 31 and an elastic sealing portion wrapped outside the nasal tube 31, and the elastic sealing portion is an air bag in this embodiment, and may also be made of an elastic material such as silica gel. The elastic sealing part is compressible, so that nasal cavities with different sizes can be matched conveniently, the nasal tube 31 is arranged in the nasal plug 30, and the air vent in the nasal plug is prevented from being compressed, so that the air vent diameter is reduced, and the air suction is influenced.
The inner side of the mask body 10 is also provided with a nose clip 34, and two nose plugs 30 are respectively arranged on two support legs of the nose clip 34. The nose clip 34 is used for clipping on the nasal septum, and when in operation, the two nasal plugs 30 are respectively arranged into one nostril and are fixed by the nose clip 34.
The mask body 10 is provided with a cushion 40 at the end adjacent the face, the cushion 40 in this embodiment being an air cushion. The user cushion 40 rests against the face of the user and serves to prevent air from entering the mask through the gap between the mask and the face during inhalation.
Example 2
Referring to fig. 5 to 7, the breathing mask of the present embodiment further has a structure that the cushion is provided with an inflation hole 41, and the inflation hole 41 is provided with a third one-way valve 43 for one-way conduction from outside to inside. When the air pressure in the air cushion is insufficient, the air cushion can be inflated through the inflation holes 41.
In this embodiment, the air cushion is also provided with air vents 42. The air outlet 42 is provided with an air valve and is normally closed, and the air charging hole 41 is connected with an air inlet pipeline. When the front exhaust air cushion is used and air supply is started, air is blown into the air cushion due to the fact that the air supply pressure is larger than the air pressure in the air cushion, the thickness of the air cushion is increased, and the face mask is made to be attached to the face. In the using process, when the head band 20 is loosened, the air pressure in the air cushion is reduced, the air cushion is automatically inflated to increase the thickness, and the head band 20 is tightened. After use, the air cushion is emptied through the air exhaust hole 42, and is convenient to store and use next time.
