The rolling brush mechanism 100 includes a housing 10, a rolling brush assembly 20, and a rolling brush cover assembly 30, wherein the rolling brush cover assembly 30 is openably and closably disposed on the housing 10, a rolling brush cavity 40 is defined between the rolling brush cover assembly 30 and the housing 10, and the rolling brush assembly 20 is disposed in the rolling brush cavity 40 to install and protect the rolling brush assembly 20 through the rolling brush cavity 40.
Specifically, the rolling brush cover assembly 30 includes a rolling brush cover 32, a pressing cover 34 and a scraping bar 36, the rolling brush cover 32 is openably and closably covered on the casing 10, a rolling brush cavity 40 is formed between the rolling brush cover 32 and the casing 10, and the rolling brush assembly 20 is accommodated in the rolling brush cavity 40. The rolling brush cover 32 is opened with a dust suction port 33 communicating with the rolling brush chamber 40, and the rolling brush assembly 20 in the rolling brush chamber 40 can clean the floor through the dust suction port 33. The pressing cover 34 covers the side of the rolling brush cover 32 opposite to the shell 10, the root of the scraping strip 36 is pressed between the pressing cover 34 and the rolling brush cover 32, so that the scraping strip 36 is pressed and fixed on the rolling brush cover 32 through the pressing cover 34, and the scraping strip 36 is used for gathering garbage on the ground to the dust suction opening 33, and is convenient to clean.
The roll brush cover 32 is configured to extend in a first direction, the roll brush mechanism 100 further includes a latch assembly 50, the latch assembly 50 includes a latch 52, the latch 52 is movably disposed in the first direction with respect to the roll brush cover 32, and the latch 52 can be latched to and disengaged from the housing 10; when the buckle 52 is buckled with the shell 10, the rolling brush cover component 30 is closed, and the rolling brush cover 32 covers the outer side of the rolling brush component 20 in the shell 10 so as to protect the rolling brush component 20; when the latch 52 is separated from the housing 10, the brush roll cover assembly 30 is opened, and the brush roll assembly 20 in the housing 10 can be disassembled, cleaned and replaced.
The latch assembly 50 further includes an elastic member 54, the elastic member 54 is abutted between the latch 52 and the roller brush cover 32, and the elastic member 54 provides the latch 52 with an elastic force for moving the latch 52 in a direction for latching with the housing 10. That is, the elastic member 54 is abutted between the brush cover 32 and the latch 52, and the latch 52 is slid by the elastic member 54 to be latched with the casing 10, so that the brush cover assembly 30 is latched and fixed to the casing 10. When the roller brush cover assembly 30 needs to be opened, only an external force needs to be applied to the latch 52, so that the latch 52 can overcome the elastic force and move in the direction of unlocking the housing 10.
The elastic member 54 is an elastic arm 55, and the elastic arm 55 is disposed on any one of the latch 52 and the brush roll cover 32. Thus, the elastic arm 55 is directly arranged on the buckle 52 or the rolling brush cover 32, the elastic arm 55 is utilized to provide the reset elastic force for the buckle 52, the rolling brush cover 32 and the buckle 52 are assembled together in the assembling process, the elastic arm 55 is abutted between the rolling brush cover 32 and the buckle 52, the elastic piece 54 does not need to be assembled separately when the buckle 52 is assembled, the assembling process is simplified, and the assembling efficiency is improved. It is understood that in other embodiments, the elastic member 54 may be a spring, which is not limited herein.
Further, the number of the catches 52 is two, and the elastic arms 55 abut between the fitting end 53 of one of the two adjacent catches 52 facing the other and the brush cover 32, so that the elastic arms 55 are provided on the sides of the two catches 52 facing each other, and the two catches 52 can move away from each other by the respective abutting elastic arms 55.
Specifically, the elastic arm 55 is provided on the roll brush cover 32, and the elastic arm 55 is integrally formed with the roll brush cover 32. Like this, with elastic arm 55 and round brush lid 32 integrated into one piece, with elastic arm 55 shaping in the position department that needs in advance, only need in the assembling process with buckle 52 butt to elastic arm 55 can, the assembly is simple. Meanwhile, each buckle 52 is provided with two opposite assembling ends 53 in the first direction, so that the buckle 52 can be commonly used at each elastic arm 55, the universality of the buckle 52 is improved, and the production cost is reduced. It will be appreciated that in other embodiments, the resilient arms 55 may be integrally formed with the latches 52, but that the left and right latches 52 are not universal, but may also simplify assembly.
Alternatively, the elastic arm 55 is configured as an arc-shaped elastic arm 55, and the arc-shaped elastic arm 55 can be elastically deformed by changing the curvature of the arc-shaped arm when being abutted by an external force, and can provide an elastic restoring force for the buckle 52. Still alternatively, the elastic arm 55 includes a first sub-arm 551 and a second sub-arm 552 arranged in the first direction and connected to each other; one of the first sub-arm 551 and the second sub-arm 552 is disposed to be bent toward the housing 10, and the other of the first sub-arm 551 and the second sub-arm 552 is disposed to be bent away from the housing 10, so that the range of the bending deformation of the elastic arm 55 is larger and the elasticity of the elastic arm 55 is better.
Specifically, in the present embodiment, the buckle 52 includes a body 521 and a buckling portion 523, the body 521 is movably disposed on the rolling brush cover 32, the buckling portion 523 is disposed on a side of the body 521 facing the housing 10 and extends out of the rolling brush cover 32, and in a direction in which the housing 10 points to the rolling brush cover 32, the buckling portion 523 is in limit buckling with the housing 10. In this way, the engaging portion 523 is provided on the latch 52, and the engaging portion 523 is engaged with the housing 10 in a limited manner in a direction in which the housing 10 is directed to the brush cover 32, so that the engaging portion 523 is engaged with the housing 10 and is not separated in a direction in which the housing 10 is directed to the brush cover 32, thereby fixedly covering the brush cover 32 on the housing 10. Moreover, two opposite sides of the body 521 along the first direction are respectively configured as two assembling ends 53, the elastic arm 55 can be abutted by the body 521, and the two opposite sides of the body 521 can be matched with the elastic arm 55, so that the universality of the buckle 52 is improved. Specifically, the body 521 has a center line perpendicular to the first direction, and the body 521 is symmetrically disposed with respect to the center line. In this way, the two mounting portions 527 on the two sides of the body 521 are symmetrical to each other, and have the same structure, and the elastic arm 55 can abut against any one of the two mounting portions 527, so that the buckle 52 can be used universally.
Further, the buckle 52 further includes two lugs 525, two lugs 525 are respectively disposed at two opposite ends of the body 521 along the first direction, and both the lugs 525 are movably disposed in the roller brush cover assembly 30 along the first direction, so that the body 521 is guided to move in the first direction by the two lugs 525.
Optionally, in the rolling brush cover assembly 30, the pressing cover 34 is covered on a side of the rolling brush cover 32 facing away from the housing 10, the pressing cover 34 and the rolling brush cover 32 enclose a receiving cavity 35, and the body 521 and the two lugs 525 are movably disposed in the receiving cavity 35 along a first direction; the buckling part 523 extends out of the accommodating cavity 35, and a gap 524 is reserved between the buckling part 523 and the rolling brush cover assembly 30 along a second direction intersecting with the first direction. Thus, the body 521 and the two lugs 525 are allowed to move back and forth in the first direction by the accommodating cavity 35 in the roller brush cover assembly 30, and the lugs 525 are clamped between the gland 34 and the roller brush cover 32, so that the lugs 525 are limited. Meanwhile, the buckling part 523 extends out of the accommodating cavity 35, when the buckling part 523 moves to be buckled with the housing 10, at least part of the housing 10 is limited in the gap 524 between the buckling part 523 and the rolling brush cover 32, so as to realize the buckling of the rolling brush cover assembly 30 and the housing 10.
Specifically, the rolling brush cover 32 includes a cover 321 and a guide rail 323, the pressing cover 34 is covered on the cover 321, the pressing cover 34 and the cover 321 enclose to form an accommodating cavity 35, the guide rail 323 is disposed on a surface of the cover 321 facing the pressing cover 34 and located in the accommodating cavity 35, and the lug 525 is movably disposed between the guide rail 323 and the pressing cover 34 along the first direction. Thus, providing the guide rails 323 on the brush cover 32 allows the lugs 525 to be movably disposed along the guide rails 323 to support the lugs 525 through the guide rails 323 while preventing the lugs 525 from falling off the brush cover 32 by pressing the press cover 34 against the lugs 525.
Specifically, the guide rail 323 includes a first sub-guide 324 and a second sub-guide 325, the first sub-guide 324 and the second sub-guide 325 are disposed at an interval in a third direction perpendicular to the first direction and the second direction, a movable groove 326 is formed between the first sub-guide 324 and the second sub-guide 325, one end of the elastic arm 55 is fixed in the movable groove 326, and the other end of the elastic arm 55 abuts against the body 521 of the buckle 52 and is disposed in the movable groove 326 in a retractable manner along the first direction. Thus, the guide rails 323 guide the sliding of the lugs 525, and the movable grooves 326 formed in the guide rails 323 accommodate the elastic arms 55, so that the elastic arms 55 are accommodated between the lugs 525 and the guide rails 323, thereby improving space efficiency.
More specifically, the cover 321 is provided with a baffle 327 connected between the first sub-rail 324 and the second sub-rail 325, one end of the elastic arm 55 is connected to the baffle 327, and the other end of the elastic arm 55 abuts against the body 521 of the buckle 52, so that the elastic arm 55 is assembled.
Optionally, the buckle 52 further includes a buckle stand 528, the buckle stand 528 is disposed at an end of the body 521 opposite to the buckle portion 523, a through hole 341 communicating with the accommodating cavity 35 is formed in the pressing cover 34, and the buckle extends into the through hole 341 and is movably disposed in the through hole 341 along the first direction. Thus, the gripping tab 528 may be exposed through the through-hole 341 outside the gland 34, and an operator may contact the gripping tab 528 and apply an operating force to the gripping tab 528 to unlock the catch 52.
Based on the same concept, in an embodiment of the present invention, there is further provided the above rolling brush mechanism 100. The rolling brush mechanism 100 includes a housing 10, a rolling brush cover 32 and a buckle assembly 50, wherein the rolling brush cover 32 is openably and closably covered on the housing 10, a rolling brush cavity 40 is formed between the rolling brush cover 32 and the housing 10, and the rolling brush assembly 20 is accommodated in the rolling brush cavity 40. The roll brush cover 32 is configured to extend in a first direction, the latch assembly 50 includes a latch 52, the latch 52 is movably disposed in the first direction with respect to the roll brush cover 32, and the latch 52 can be latched to and separated from the housing 10; when the buckle 52 is buckled with the shell 10, the rolling brush cover component 30 is closed, and the rolling brush cover 32 covers the outer side of the rolling brush component 20 in the shell 10 so as to protect the rolling brush component 20; when the latch 52 is separated from the housing 10, the brush roll cover assembly 30 is opened, and the brush roll assembly 20 in the housing 10 can be disassembled, cleaned and replaced.
The latch assembly 50 further includes an elastic member 54, the elastic member 54 is abutted between the latch 52 and the roller brush cover 32, and the elastic member 54 provides the latch 52 with an elastic force for moving the latch 52 in a direction for latching with the housing 10. That is, the elastic member 54 is abutted between the roller cover assembly 30 and the latch 52, and the latch 52 can slide to be latched with the housing 10 by the elastic member 54, so that the roller cover assembly 30 is latched and fixed to the housing 10. When the roller brush cover assembly 30 needs to be opened, only an external force needs to be applied to the latch 52, so that the latch 52 can overcome the elastic force and move in the direction of unlocking the housing 10.
In some embodiments, the rolling brush mechanism 100 includes at least two sets of snap members 50, the at least two sets of snap members 50 are spaced apart from each other along the first direction and arranged on the rolling brush cover assembly 30, and the elastic member 54 is abutted between each of the snap members 52 and the rolling brush cover assembly 30. Specifically, each of the clips 52 has two opposite fitting ends 53 along the first direction, and in two adjacent sets of the clip assemblies 50, the elastic member 54 abuts between the fitting end 53 of one of the two clips 52 facing the other and the roller cover assembly 30. That is, the elastic member 54 is disposed between the assembling end 53 of the two adjacent clips 52 facing each other and the brush cover assembly 30, so that the two adjacent clips 52 can move in the direction away from each other by the elastic member 54 abutting against each other to be respectively clipped with the housing 10. When the rolling brush cover assembly 30 needs to be opened, an operator only needs to put a thumb and a forefinger on the two adjacent buckles 52 and pinch the two buckles 52 towards the mutually approaching direction, so that the two buckles 52 can be separated from the shell 10 to open the rolling brush cover assembly 30.
Also, each of the catches 52 has two fitting ends 53, and for example, in fig. 5, the elastic member 54 may be fitted to the fitting end 53 at the right end of the left catch 52, and the elastic member 54 may also be fitted to the fitting end 53 at the left end of the right catch 52. Therefore, the assembling ends 53 are arranged on both sides of the buckle 52, so that the same buckle 52 can be arranged on any one of the two opposite sides of the elastic part 54 along the first direction, a plurality of buckles 52 can be exchanged and used, a plurality of buckles 52 with different structures do not need to be produced, and the production cost is saved.
The technical features of the embodiments described above may be arbitrarily combined, and for the sake of brevity, all possible combinations of the technical features in the embodiments described above are not described, but should be considered as being within the scope of the present specification as long as there is no contradiction between the combinations of the technical features.

Claims (14)

1. A rolling brush mechanism, characterized in that, the rolling brush mechanism includes:
a housing;
the rolling brush cover assembly is arranged on the shell in an openable and closable manner, and a rolling brush cavity is formed by the rolling brush cover assembly and the shell in an enclosed manner;
the at least two groups of buckle assemblies are arranged on the rolling brush cover assembly at intervals along the first direction; each group of the buckle assemblies comprises a buckle and an elastic piece, the buckle is movably arranged relative to the rolling brush cover assembly along the first direction, and the buckle can be buckled with and separated from the shell;
wherein each said clip has two opposite mounting ends along said first direction; in two adjacent groups of buckle assemblies, the elastic piece is abutted between the assembling end of one side of the two buckles facing to the other side and the rolling brush cover assembly, and the elastic piece provides elastic force for the buckles to drive the buckles to move to be buckled with the shell.
2. The rolling brush mechanism of claim 1, wherein the rolling brush mechanism comprises two sets of the snap assemblies, and two of the snaps of the two sets of the snap assemblies move in a direction to approach or move away from each other.
3. The rolling brush mechanism according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the buckle comprises a body and a buckling part, the body is movably arranged on the rolling brush cover component, and the buckling part is arranged on one side of the body facing the shell;
and the buckling part is buckled with the shell in a limiting way in the direction of pointing the shell to the rolling brush cover.
4. The roller brush mechanism of claim 3, wherein the catch further comprises two lugs, and two lugs are respectively disposed at opposite ends of the body along the first direction, and both lugs are movably disposed in the roller brush cover assembly along the first direction.
5. The roller brush mechanism of claim 4, wherein the buckle further comprises two mounting portions, two mounting portions are respectively disposed at two opposite ends of the body along the first direction, the mounting portions are connected with the lug and/or the body, the mounting portions are configured as the assembling ends, and the elastic member abuts between the mounting portions and the roller brush cover assembly.
6. The roller brush mechanism of claim 5, wherein the body has a centerline perpendicular to the first direction, and the two mounting portions are symmetrically disposed with respect to the centerline.
7. The rolling brush mechanism of claim 4, wherein a receiving cavity is formed inside the rolling brush cover assembly, and the body and the two lugs are movably disposed in the receiving cavity along the first direction.
8. The roller brush mechanism of claim 7, wherein the buckling portion extends out of the accommodating cavity along a second direction intersecting the first direction, and a gap is reserved between the buckling portion and the roller brush cover assembly.
9. The roller brush mechanism of claim 8, wherein the roller brush cover assembly comprises a roller brush cover and a pressing cover, the roller brush cover is openably and closably covered on the housing, the pressing cover is arranged on a side of the roller brush cover opposite to the housing, and the pressing cover and the roller brush cover enclose to form the accommodating cavity.
10. The rolling brush mechanism according to claim 9, wherein the rolling brush cover includes a cover body and a guide rail, the gland cover is disposed on the cover body, the gland and the cover body enclose the receiving cavity, the guide rail is disposed on a surface of the cover body facing the gland and located in the receiving cavity, and the lug is movably disposed between the guide rail and the gland along the first direction.

The rolling brush mechanism according to claim 10, wherein the guide rail includes a first sub-guide rail and a second sub-guide rail, the first sub-guide rail and the second sub-guide rail are spaced apart from each other along a third direction perpendicular to the first direction and the second direction, a movable groove is formed between the first sub-guide rail and the second sub-guide rail, and the elastic member is located in the movable groove and abuts between the buckle and the cover.

The rolling brush mechanism according to claim 11, wherein the buckle further comprises a handle platform, the handle platform is disposed at an end of the body opposite to the buckling portion, the pressing cover is provided with a through hole communicated with the accommodating cavity, and the handle platform extends into the through hole and is movably disposed in the through hole along the first direction.
13. The rolling brush mechanism of claim 9, wherein the rolling brush cap assembly further comprises a wiper strip, a root of the wiper strip being clamped between the rolling brush cap and the gland.
14. A sweeping robot comprising a roller brush mechanism as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 13.
