Wherein, one side of the auxiliary handle 10 is used for connecting with the cooker body, for example, the cooker body or the cover body, and the other side of the auxiliary handle 10 is provided with a mounting cavity 120 for connecting with the handle 20; the connecting piece 30 is arranged in the mounting cavity 120 and is used for connecting the auxiliary handle 10 and the handle 20; the handle 20 is arranged on one side of the auxiliary handle 10, and the handle 20 is provided with a handle main body 21 and a clamping piece 22 fixedly connected with the handle main body 21; wherein, the connecting member 30 is used for buckling the clamping member 22 in the mounting cavity 120.
The cooking utensil handle, the auxiliary handle 10, provided by the embodiment of the application also has the function of a handle, and is different from a connecting seat (namely, a handle seat) which only plays a connecting role in the prior art. The sub-handle 10 may be made of a heat insulating material such as rubber or resin, and attached to the cooker body by fastening members such as bolts through the bolt holes 124, thereby being able to be used independently as a handle. According to the utility model discloses an embodiment, through set up installation cavity 120 in vice handle 10, through connect joint spare 22 on handle main part 21, when joint spare 22 was installed in installation cavity 120, joint spare 22 passed through connecting piece 30 detachably buckle and is in installation cavity 120, realize dismantling of vice handle 10 and handle 20 and be connected, have with vice handle 10 elongated function. When the auxiliary handle 10 is used, the auxiliary handle 10 can be used independently or the handle 20 is connected to the auxiliary handle 10 for use according to different personal use habits or use requirements, when transportation is needed, the auxiliary handle 10 and the handle 20 are detached, the packaging cost is reduced, and when the lengthened handle is not needed, the auxiliary handle 10 can also be used as a handle and does not influence the original use function of the auxiliary handle 10.
In order to facilitate the connection between the auxiliary handle 10 and the handle 20, the shape of the mounting cavity 120 in the auxiliary handle 10 may be changed to facilitate the connection or the disconnection of the clamping member 22 on the handle 20 in the auxiliary handle 20, and fig. 2 shows a schematic cross-sectional structure of an auxiliary handle according to an embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 2, in some embodiments, mounting cavity 120 includes: a first mounting hole 121 and a clip insertion groove 122. The first mounting hole 121 is disposed on the upper surface of the auxiliary handle 10 and extends downward into the auxiliary handle 10, the clip slot 122 extends inward into the auxiliary handle 10 from one end of the auxiliary handle 10 and communicates with the first mounting hole 121, and the clip 22 is clipped in the clip slot 122 through the connecting member 30 when the clip 22 enters the clip slot 122. In the embodiment of the present application, the width of the card slot 122 is greater than the width of the card 22, for example, the width of the card slot 122 is greater than the width of the card 22 by 0.2mm, so as to ensure that the card 22 can smoothly enter the card slot 122 and has good stability. The shape of the clip slot 122 matches the shape of the clip 22.
As shown in fig. 1 to 5, the connection member 30 includes: a button 310 and a spring 320. The button 310 is arranged in the first mounting hole 121, and the upper end of the button 310 can be exposed out of the first mounting hole 121, so that a user can conveniently perform pressing operation, and the lower end of the button 310 is located in the clamping piece slot 122; the spring 320 is arranged in the clip slot 122, is positioned at the bottom of the button 310, is connected with the bottom of the button 310, and applies elastic force towards the first mounting hole 121 to the button 310; the clamping member 22 is provided with a limiting hole 221 and an opening 222 communicated with the limiting hole, the width of the opening 222 is smaller than the diameter of the limiting hole 221, and the clamping member 22 can enable the button 310 to be clamped in the limiting hole 221 through the opening 222. Through setting up button 310 to the district's section including the diameter variation in size, can realize the smooth joint and the stable block of joint spare 22 with button 310 for plug easy operation, and connect stably and be difficult for droing.
In the embodiment of the present application, the button 310 is made of a material with poor thermal conductivity, such as: the button 310 is made of ABS plastic. The connection mode of the spring 320 and the bottom of the button 310 can be specifically set according to actual conditions. The spring 320 may be against the bottom of the button 310. For example, an accommodating space may be formed at the bottom of the button 310, and when the button 310 enters the first mounting hole 121, since a gap is formed between the inner end of the button 310 and the bottom wall of the clip slot 122, the spring 320 may enter from the clip slot 122 and fall into the accommodating space at the bottom of the button 310 to abut against the bottom of the button 310. Of course, the spring 320 may also be sleeved on the bottom end of the button 310. Continuing to bear the above example, the bottom of button 310 has first section and the second section of being connected with the first section in proper order, the diameter of spring 320 is greater than the diameter that the diameter of first section is less than the diameter of second section, and the diameter of spring 320 is greater than the diameter of second mounting hole, when button 310 gets into first mounting hole 121, because at this moment form the clearance between the medial extremity of button 310 and the diapire of joint spare slot 122, spring 320 can get into from joint spare slot 122, the first section is located to the cover, the first section is used for spacing spring 320 in joint spare slot 122, wherein, the spring offsets with the lower extreme of second section, be used for applying the elasticity towards first mounting hole 121 to button 310. Continuing with the above example, in the case where the second mounting hole is not provided, in the present application, when the first mounting hole 121 and the clip insertion groove 122 are divided into two halves along the length direction of the sub-handle 10, the button 310 may be first placed in the mounting cavity 120, then the spring 320 may be placed in the accommodating space of the button 310, and then the two halves of the sub-handle 10 may be butt-joined.

The diameter of the limiting section 313 is larger than that of the first mounting hole 121, so that the limiting section 313 clamps the limiting hole 221 in the clamping piece slot 122 to achieve connection between the connecting piece 30 and the clamping piece 22, and the mounting of the handle 20 and the auxiliary handle 10 is completed, similarly, when disassembly is needed, the operating section 311 is pressed, the spring 320 is in a compressed state, the limiting hole 221 gradually breaks away from the limiting section 313 to enter the abdicating section 312, because the diameter of the abdicating section 312 is smaller than the width of the opening 222 of the clamping piece 22, the width of the opening 222 of the clamping piece 22 is smaller than that of the limiting hole 221, that is, the diameter of the abdicating section 312 is also smaller than that of the limiting hole 221, the limiting hole 221 breaks away from the limiting section 313 to enter the abdicating section 312 under the pressure of the spring 320, and the clamping piece 22 is pulled out in the opposite direction of entering the clamping piece slot 122, and disassembly can be completed.
In some embodiments, the mounting cavity 120 further includes a second mounting hole 123 (shown in fig. 2) extending upward from the lower surface of the sub-shank 10 to communicate with the clip insertion groove 122 at a position corresponding to the first mounting hole 121 up and down, the second mounting hole 123 having a diameter larger than that of the stopper section 313 and smaller than that of the spring 320. The diameter of the limiting section 313 is larger than that of the first mounting hole 121 and smaller than that of the second mounting hole 123, so that the button 310 can be inserted into the mounting cavity 120 from the lower portion of the second mounting hole 123, the limiting section 313 is clamped in the clamping piece slot 122, the button 310 is prevented from being separated from the first mounting hole 121, and because the diameter of the second mounting hole 123 is smaller than that of the spring 320, after the mounting is achieved, the button 310 cannot be separated from the second mounting hole 123.
In some embodiments, the button 310 further comprises a protrusion 314 at the lower end of the position-limiting section 313, as shown in fig. 4, the diameter of the protrusion 314 is smaller than that of the position-limiting section 313, as shown in fig. 5, and the protrusion 314 can be inserted into the spring 320. In the embodiment of the present application, the diameter of the position-limiting section 313 is greater than the diameter of the protruding pillar 314 and greater than the diameter of the spring 320, so that when the spring 320 is compressed between the button 310 and the bottom wall of the card slot 122, since the diameter of the spring is greater than the diameter of the protruding pillar 314 and the diameter of the spring 320 is less than the diameter of the position-limiting section 313, the protruding pillar 314 is inserted into the spring 320, thereby limiting the spring 320.
In some embodiments, the sub-handle 10 is made of a plastic material and has bolt holes 124 (shown in fig. 2), through which fasteners (bolt-nut assemblies) can pass to connect the sub-handle 10 with the cooker body, the handle body 21 is made of a plastic material, and the clip 22 is made of a hardware material and is injection-molded integrally with the handle body 21. In the embodiment of the present application, the bolt hole 124 and the clip slot 122 are oppositely disposed on two sides of the auxiliary handle, the auxiliary handle 10 is fixed to the cooker body by a fastener through the bolt hole 124 with a bolt, the clip 22 of the handle body 21 is connected to the connecting member 30 through the clip 22 slot, and the connection between the auxiliary handle 10 and the handle 20 is completed.
In some embodiments, the diameter of the relief section 312 is smaller than the width of the opening 222, and the diameter of the relief section 312 is smaller than the diameter of the limiting hole 221. The yielding section 312 can enter the limiting hole 221, so that the limiting hole 221 can gradually enter the limiting section 313 connected with the yielding section 312 to realize clamping.
In some embodiments, the diameter of the abdicating section 312 is smaller than the diameter of the operating section 311, the diameter of the operating section is matched with the diameter of the first mounting hole, so that the operating section 311 of the button can move up and down in the first mounting hole when being pressed, the shaking is avoided, when the spring 320 is in a reset state, at least part of the region of the operating section 311 extends out of the auxiliary handle 10, and when the button needs to be detached, the operating section 311 is pressed down, so that the detaching is finished, and the detaching is convenient.
Fig. 6 shows a disassembled structure diagram of the cooker handle of the embodiment of the application. According to the embodiment of the present invention, the cross-section of the clip insertion groove 122 may be rectangular, or may be other cross-sectional shapes. As shown in fig. 6, in some embodiments, the clip insertion groove 122 may have a T-shaped cross section. When the cross-section of the clip slot is T-shaped, the spring 320 enters the clip slot 122 from the lower portion, and the clip 22 enters the clip slot 122 from the upper portion. Since the diameter of the spring 320 is smaller than the width of the clip insertion groove 122, if the clip insertion groove 122 has a rectangular section, it may be inconvenient to align the center hole of the spring 320 with the lower end of the button 310 when the spring 320 is put in. Therefore, when the spring 320 enters the clip slot 122 through the lower narrow end of the T-shaped slot and is located at the lower narrow end of the clip slot 122, it is more easily aligned with the lower end of the button 310 and is more stable in position limitation, and is less likely to move in the clip slot 122.
In addition, the outer end of the sub stem 10 corresponding to the clip slot 122 has a bent portion matching with the end shape of the handle 20, when the clip 22 enters the clip slot 122 and the clip is realized by the button 310 and the spring 320, the outside of the handle 20 matches with the outside of the sub stem 10, increasing the installation stability of the handle 20 and the sub stem 10.
