the control device comprises an operation panel and a mainboard which are electrically connected, the operation panel is used for receiving an operation instruction and sending a control instruction to the mainboard, and the mainboard is electrically connected with the weight sensors respectively and is used for receiving the weight information and sending the weight information to the operation panel;
the dough mixing machine further comprises a heating device arranged in the base, the heating device is used for providing heat for the dough barrel, and the main board is electrically connected with the heating device and used for controlling the heating device to be opened and closed.

The dough mixer as claimed in claim 1, wherein a supporting plate is provided in the base, four notches are provided on the periphery of the supporting plate, the number of the supporting legs is four, the four supporting legs are correspondingly provided at the four notches, and the bottom ends of the supporting legs extend out of the base to form supporting ends.

The dough mixer as claimed in claim 2, wherein the heating device comprises a heating plate and a heating wire embedded on the heating plate, and the heating plate is disposed near the top surface of the base so that the heating wire can transfer heat to the base in a thermal radiation manner and conduct the heat to a dough barrel disposed on the base.

The dough mixer as claimed in claim 3, wherein the heating device further comprises a thermistor connected in series to a circuit in which the heating wire is located, and the main board is electrically connected to the thermistor to control a resistance value of the thermistor, thereby adjusting a heating value of the heating wire.

The dough mixer according to claim 1, further comprising a driving device disposed in the base and a cooking appliance disposed in the dough barrel and in transmission connection with the driving device, wherein the cooking appliance can be driven by the driving device to rotate; wherein the content of the first and second substances,
the cooking appliance comprises a dough kneading knife and a stirrer which can be replaced and used.
6. The dough mixer as claimed in claim 5, wherein the driving device comprises a motor assembly fixedly arranged in the base, and the control device is electrically connected with the motor assembly to control the motor assembly to rotate intermittently or continuously.

The dough mixer as claimed in claim 6, wherein the motor assembly comprises a worm gear and worm gear box and an output shaft which are connected, the output shaft extends into the dough barrel, and the dough kneading knife and the stirrer are detachably connected to the output shaft so as to enable the dough kneading knife to rotate intermittently or the stirrer to rotate continuously under the driving of the output shaft.
8. The dough mixer of claim 1, wherein the operating panel includes a display screen and a control knob electrically connected to the control device, the control device further configured to send display information to the display screen.
9. The dough mixer of claim 1, wherein the control device further comprises a memory disposed on the main board, the memory configured to store a plurality of function menus containing parameter information related to food materials and operation steps.
