Detailed Description
In order to make the above objects, features and advantages of the present invention more comprehensible, embodiments of the present invention are described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. In the following description, numerous specific details are set forth in order to provide a thorough understanding of the present invention. The present invention may, however, be embodied in many different forms and should not be construed as limited to the embodiments set forth herein, as those skilled in the art will be able to make similar modifications without departing from the spirit and scope of the present invention.
Referring to fig. 1 to 4, an embodiment of the invention provides a lock structure, including: first lock body 10, second lock body 20, first locking bolt 30, second locking bolt 40, and keeper 50. The second lock 20 is fixed on the bolt 50, the first lock 10 and the bolt 50 are spaced from each other in a first direction, and the bolt 50 can move in a second direction relative to the first lock 10. One end of first lock bolt 30 is movably disposed in first lock body 10, one end of second lock bolt 40 is movably disposed in second lock body 20, and door bolt 50 has a locked state and an unlocked state.
Specifically, referring to fig. 1, in the locked state, the first lock body 10 is in limit fit with the second lock body 20, one end of the first lock tongue 30 away from the first lock body 10 abuts against one end of the second lock tongue 40 away from the second lock body 20, and the first lock tongue 30 blocks the second lock tongue 40 to limit the movement of the door bolt 50.
Specifically, referring to fig. 2 to 4, in the unlocked state, first bolt 30 moves relative to first lock body 10 and/or second bolt 40 moves relative to second lock body 20, and first bolt 30 is separated from second bolt 40, so that first bolt 30 releases the blocking of second bolt 40 to release the restriction of door bolt 50.
In this embodiment, in the above-mentioned lock structure, the first lock body 10 and the bolt 50 are relatively disposed at an interval in a first direction, the second lock body 20 is fixedly disposed on the bolt 50, the bolt 50 can move along a second direction relative to the first lock body 10, one end of the first bolt 30 is movably disposed in the first lock body 10, and one end of the second bolt 40 is movably disposed in the second lock body 20. When the lock structure is in a locked state, because the first lock body 10 is in limit fit with the second lock body 20, the first bolt 30 abuts against one side of the second bolt 40, and thus, the first bolt 30 limits the movement of the bolt 50 by blocking the second bolt 40. When the lockset structure is unlocked, after a password or a key is inserted, first bolt 30 moves relative to first lock body 10 and is inserted into first lock body 10 and/or second bolt 40 moves relative to second lock body 20 and is inserted into second lock body 20, so that first bolt 30 and second bolt 40 can be kept separated, first bolt 30 is not in contact with second bolt 40 any more, first bolt 30 releases the blocking of second bolt 40 and then releases the restriction on bolt 50, and thus, bolt 50 can be moved to unlock the lockset. It is thus clear that in the tool to lock structure of this application, open any lock homoenergetic and open whole tool to lock to when having improved the tool to lock of opening convenience, when having avoided only one lock, the condition that can't open through normal mode when the lock damages or the key is lost.
It should be noted that the specific directions of the first direction and the second direction are not particularly limited, and it is only necessary to ensure that the first direction and the second direction are different directions. For example, the first direction is a vertical direction and the second direction is a horizontal direction. For another example, the second direction may be a vertical direction and the first direction may be a horizontal direction.
Further, the first direction and the second direction are arranged perpendicular to each other.
Specifically, in the present embodiment, the first direction refers to a vertical direction, which is a direction extending along the central axis of the first lock body 10 and/or the second lock body 20, and the second direction refers to a horizontal direction, which is perpendicular to the central axis direction of the first lock body 10 and/or the second lock body 20.
It should be noted that "first lock bolt 30 moves relative to first lock body 10 and/or second lock bolt 40 moves relative to second lock body 20" includes three embodiments, that is, first lock bolt 30 moves relative to first lock body 10, or second lock bolt 40 moves relative to second lock body 20, or first lock bolt 30 moves relative to first lock body 10 while second lock bolt 40 moves relative to second lock body 20.
Optionally, the first lock body 10, the second lock body 20, the first bolt 30, the second bolt 40, and the bolt 50 are made of zinc alloy.

Specifically, in the present application, when the lock maintains the locked state, one end of the bolt 50, which is far away from the first lock body 10 and the second lock body 20, is inserted into the door frame, and one side of the first bolt 30, which is close to the second bolt 40, abuts against one side of the second bolt 40, which is close to the first bolt 30, so that the bolt 50 is immovable after being inserted into the door frame, thereby ensuring that the lock is in the locked state.
Specifically, the first lock body 10 and the second lock body 20 are arranged in a staggered manner from each other in the second direction, and the first lock body 10 is located in front of the second lock body 20 as viewed from the unlocking movement direction of the bolt 50 in the second direction; the first latch body 10 is disposed at the left side of the second latch body 20 as viewed from the first direction. Thus, the right side of first locking bolt 30 abuts against the left side of second locking bolt 40 to block second locking bolt 40 from moving to the left and driving bolt 50 to move.
Referring to fig. 2 to 4, in an embodiment, based on the above embodiments, when the door bolt 50 is in the unlocked state, the distance that the first bolt 30 moves relative to the first lock body 10 and/or the distance that the second bolt 40 moves relative to the second lock body 20 is greater than or equal to the distance that the first bolt 30 abuts against the second bolt 40.
It should be noted that "the distance that first lock tongue 30 moves relative to first lock body 10 and/or the distance that second lock tongue 40 moves relative to second lock body 20 is greater than or equal to the distance that first lock tongue 30 and second lock tongue 40 abut" includes three embodiments that the distance that first lock tongue 30 moves relative to first lock body 10 is greater than or equal to the distance that first lock tongue 30 and second lock tongue 40 abut, or the distance that second lock tongue 40 moves relative to second lock body 20 is greater than or equal to the distance that first lock tongue 30 and second lock tongue 40 abut, or the sum of the distance that first lock tongue 30 moves relative to first lock body 10 and the distance that second lock tongue 40 moves relative to second lock body 20 is greater than or equal to the distance that first lock tongue 30 and second lock tongue 40 abut.
Specifically, referring to fig. 1 and fig. 2, when the second lock tongue 40 moves towards the second lock body 20 and the moving distance is greater than or equal to the contact distance between the first lock tongue 30 and the second lock tongue 40, the first lock tongue 30 is separated from the second lock tongue 40, the first lock tongue 30 no longer limits the movement of the second lock body 20, so that the movement limit of the door bolt 50 is released, the door bolt 50 can move leftwards along the horizontal direction, and one end of the door bolt 50 away from the first lock body 10 and the second lock body 20 is separated from the door frame, so that the lock is in the unlocked state.
Specifically, referring to fig. 1 and 3, when first bolt 30 moves towards first lock body 10 and the distance of movement is greater than or equal to the distance of abutment between first bolt 30 and second bolt 40, first bolt 30 is separated from second bolt 40, first bolt 30 also no longer limits movement of second lock body 20, so that the movement limit of bolt 50 is released, bolt 50 can move leftwards along the horizontal direction, and the end of bolt 50 away from first lock body 10 and second lock body 20 is disengaged from the door frame to make the lock in the unlocked state.
Specifically, referring to fig. 1 and 4, when first bolt 30 moves towards first lock body 10 and second bolt 40 moves towards second lock body 20, and the moving distance of first bolt 30 and the moving distance of second bolt 40 are greater than or equal to the distance at which first bolt 30 and second bolt 40 abut, first bolt 30 and second bolt 40 will be separated, first bolt 30 will not restrict second lock body 20 from moving, so that the restriction on movement of bolt 50 is removed, bolt 50 can move leftward in the horizontal direction, and the end of bolt 50 away from first lock body 10 and second lock body 20 is separated from the door frame, so that the lock is in the unlocked state.
Referring to fig. 1 to 4, on the basis of the above embodiments, in an embodiment, the lock structure further includes a mounting plate 60. The first lock body 10 is fixed on the mounting plate 60, the bolt 50 is movably connected with the mounting plate 60, and the bolt 50 can move along the second direction relative to the mounting plate 60.
Alternatively, the mounting plate 60 may be a matching component of the lock structure, and forms a complete set of lock structure with the first lock body 10, the second lock body 20, the first bolt 30, the second bolt 40, the bolt 50, and the like.
Alternatively, the mounting plate 60 may also be an environmental element required to mount the latch structure, i.e., a panel to which the latch structure is mounted to either mounting surface. Such as a door panel.
Alternatively, in the lock structure, the first lock body 10 is fixedly connected to the mounting plate 60 by a fastening bolt or screw, and the second lock body 20 is fixedly connected to the bolt 50 by a fastening bolt or screw.
