The upper pins 22 and the lower pins 12 are randomly distributed along a plane perpendicular to the length of the upper pins 22. Each of the upper pins 22 and the lower pins 12 has different lengths, that is, when a card is not inserted, the contact surface of the upper pin 22 and the lower pin 12 may be maintained on the junction surface of the upper pin nest 2 and the lower pin nest 1 or on the upper side of the junction surface, and due to the random distribution of the upper pins 22 and the lower pin 12, when a detection tool detects the upper pins 22 by bypassing the protection wall 23, a plurality of upper pins 22 may be simultaneously pressed, when the upper pins 22 are pressed, the contact surface of the upper pins 22 and the lower pin 12 may be located at the upper side position, the alignment position or the lower side position of the upper pin nest 2 and the lower pin nest 1, and since it is unclear which upper pin 22 is pressed or which upper pins 22 are pressed, effective detection cannot be performed.
An upper cover marble hole 33 corresponding to the upper marble hole 21 one by one is formed in the key slot 31 and on one side far away from the partition plate 32, and when the upper marbles 22 and the lower marbles 12 are aligned one by one, and the upper cover 3 is positioned at the uppermost end, that is, when the upper cover 3 does not move downwards, one end of the upper marbles 22 far away from the lower marbles 12 is not higher than the partition plate 32, so that when the lock cylinder is in a locked state, the upper marbles 22 cannot enter the key slot 31, and the card key 6 can be smoothly inserted.
When the upper lid 3 is moved downward, the upper pins 22 are pressed by the pin springs 13, and part of the upper pins 22 pass through the card key 6 and abut in the upper lid pin holes 33. When the card key 6 is not inserted, all the upper pins 22 abut against the inside of the upper-cover pin hole 33 by the pin spring 13 due to the downward movement of the upper cover 3.
The upper pin hole 21 and the upper pin 22 are respectively provided with a step 211, and the cross-sectional area of one end of the upper pin hole 21 and the upper pin 22 close to the lower pin hole 11 relative to the step 211 is larger, and the cross-sectional area of one end close to the partition plate 32 is smaller.
The step 211 on the upper pin hole 21 is a first step, and the step 211 on the upper pin 22 is a second step. When the lock core is in a locked state, the first step and the second step are in contact and abutted, and at the moment, the upper end of the upper pin 22 protrudes out of the upper pin nest 2 and does not enter the key slot 31. When the card key is not inserted in the use process, when the spring 13 applies pressure to the lower marble, the upper marble 22 is limited by the step 211, so that the upper ends of the upper marbles 22 are kept parallel.
One side of the upper marble nest 2 close to the partition plate 32 is provided with a positioning hole 24, a positioning spring 25 in a compressed state is arranged in the positioning hole 24, a positioning marble 26 is arranged in the positioning hole 24, one end of the positioning marble 26 abuts against the positioning spring 25, and the other end of the positioning marble 26 abuts against the partition plate 32. It should be noted that the upper pin tumbler nest 2 is kept fixed in relative position during actual installation, and here, the positioning spring 25 and the positioning pin 26 are both provided on the upper pin tumbler nest 2, and in addition, this structure may be fixed on the upper pin tumbler nest 2, or may abut against other structures, as long as the structure is provided in which the position is kept relatively stable in the vertical direction, and this is not limited here.
The card key 6 is provided with a protective groove 61 for the protective wall 23 to pass through, a through hole 62 or a blind hole 63 with different depths is arranged on the inner side plane of the protective groove 61 at the position corresponding to the upper marble 22, and the upper marble 22 passes through the through hole 62 and abuts against the blind hole 63 or against the surface of the card key 6.
When the lock is unlocked using the correct card key 6, the card key 6 is inserted into the key insertion slot 31. When the handle shaft 5 is rotated, the eccentric wheel 421 is driven to rotate, the upper cover 3 is driven to move downwards in the rotation process of the eccentric wheel 421, at the moment, a part of the upper marbles 22 pass through the through holes 62 and abut against the inner part of the marble holes 33 of the upper cover, a part of the upper marbles 22 abut against the inner part of the blind holes 63, and a part of the upper marbles 22 abut against the surface of the card key 6, and the contact surfaces of the upper marbles 22 and the lower marbles 12 are both positioned on the joint surface of the upper marble nest 2 and the lower marble nest 1. Then, the eccentric wheel 421 cancels the limit of the lower pin tumbler 1, so that the lower pin tumbler 1 horizontally moves under the action of the action spring 412 to realize unlocking. When the card key 6 is not a matched card key or the card key 6 is not inserted, the handle shaft 5 rotates to drive the eccentric wheel 421 to rotate, the upper cover 3 is driven to move downwards in the rotation process of the eccentric wheel 421, after the upper cover 3 moves downwards, the contact surface of the upper marble 22 and the lower marble 12 is not aligned with the joint surface of the upper marble nest 2 and the lower marble nest 1, and the limitation on the lower marble nest 1 is not cancelled, so that the lower marble nest 1 still cannot move horizontally after the eccentric wheel 421 cancels the limitation on the lower marble nest 1.
It should be noted that the connection relationship between the groove of the lower pin 12 and the latch tongue 71 is the same as that of the prior art, and a lock body to which the above-mentioned key cylinder can be applied is described below, but not limited to the lock body.
The lock body comprises a frame body 7, a lock core arranged on the inner side of the frame body 7, a bolt 71 which can move left and right and extends out of the frame body 7 to lock the door, and a linkage assembly 72 arranged between the bolt 71 and the lower spring nest 1.
The linkage assembly 72 includes a first connecting plate 721 with one end rotatably connected to one end of the latch tongue 71 close to the lower pin tumbler 1, a second connecting plate 722 arranged on the frame 7 and capable of moving left and right, a power plate 723 fixed on the lower pin tumbler 1, and a driving plate 724 fixedly connected to the handle shaft 5.
