1. A grommet comprising an annular main body portion having an opening for fixing the grommet and a closure for closing the opening, the main body portion being provided with first and second attachment means for attaching and detaching screws or bolts.

2. The buckle of claim 1, wherein said first mounting element and/or said second mounting element is laterally disposed on said body portion and said first mounting element and/or said second mounting element has two ends projecting laterally beyond two sides of said body portion.

3. The buckle of claim 2 wherein said first mount comprises a socket wrench.

4. The buckle of claim 3, wherein the second mount comprises a hex wrench.

5. The buckle of claim 4, wherein said first mount or said second mount further comprises a allen wrench.

6. The buckle of claim 5, wherein said first mounting element and said second mounting element are removably and anti-rotatably mounted to said body portion.

7. A grommet according to claim 6, further comprising a closure adapted to close the opening and to be resiliently resettable at least partially removable from the opening.

The grommet according to claim 7, wherein the body portion has a mounting side disposed on one side of the opening and a securing side disposed on the other side of the opening, the mounting end of the closure being connectable to the mounting side while the securing end of the closure is connectable to the securing side.

The grommet according to claim 8, wherein the mounting end of the closure has first and second resiliently deformable legs, the first and second legs being rotatably connected to the mounting side, respectively, and the first and second legs being rotatable relative to two non-coaxial rotational axes, respectively.

10. The buckle of claim 9 wherein said body portion further defines a through bore therethrough.
