In some embodiments, the proximal plate 1 comprises a plurality of locking members 5, and the middle portion and the lower portion of the proximal plate are provided with third through holes for matching and locking with the locking members 5. Through a plurality of locking pieces 5 and the cooperation of third through hole, guarantee to be fixed in on 7 the outside of thighbone near end plate 1 completely, ensure its stable state, and then guarantee that treatment can reach the expectation.
In some embodiments, the locking member 5 may be locked vertically to the proximal plate 1. The perpendicular arrangement between the locking element 5 and the proximal plate 1 is to ensure a more convenient and stable connection.
In some embodiments, the locking element 5 is a screw and the third through hole is a threaded hole.
In some embodiments, two third through holes are provided in the middle of the proximal plate 1, and one third through hole is provided in the lower portion of the proximal plate 1. The number of the third through holes at each position can be adjusted according to actual conditions, and since the support member 3 is arranged on the second through hole at the middle part of the near-end plate 1, in order to further ensure the stability of the device, two third through holes need to be arranged at positions close to the second through hole, and then the third through holes are fixed through screws. The support 3 and the proximal plate 1 are of a 150-160 locking design.
In some embodiments, the support 3 is a support pin structure.
In some embodiments, a reconstruction plate 6 is further included, which is located above the proximal plate 1, for reconstructing the proximal lateral wall of the femur.
In some embodiments, the reconstruction plate 6 is provided with a threaded hole, a screw is inserted into the threaded hole, and the reconstruction plate 6 is fixed to the outer sidewall through the screw. The reconstruction plate 6 is in a special-shaped and shapeable plate-shaped design, is provided with screw holes and can be provided with screws for fixing the outer side wall, and the reconstruction plate can be selected optionally when the outer side wall needs to be reconstructed.
In summary, in the proximal femur extramedullary fixing device provided by this embodiment, hip adduction is not required during the whole operation, after fracture reduction is satisfactory, the femoral head and neck fixing nail is firstly placed in the appropriate position of the femoral neck through percutaneous minimally invasive surgery, then the proximal femur section is exposed through incision, the proximal femur plate is sleeved in, and then the femoral head and neck nail supporting nail and the like are sequentially placed to complete the fixing operation; if the lateral wall fracture exists, the proximal femur lateral wall reconstruction plate can be sleeved to complete the fixation of the lateral wall. Therefore, the device has the advantages of no need of reduction of fracture at the hip adduction position, capability of ensuring the head and neck nail to be proper in position by firstly placing the head and neck nail after reduction of fracture, simpler and more convenient operation, higher freedom degree, less X-ray exposure, reliable fixation and the like, and is suitable for treating various types of intertrochanteric fractures of femur.
The foregoing is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and it should be noted that, for those skilled in the art, a plurality of modifications and replacements can be made without departing from the technical principle of the present invention, and these modifications and replacements should also be regarded as the protection scope of the present invention.
