1. A cover assembly, comprising:
an upper cover;
a first panel mounted on the upper cover; and
a second panel mounted to the upper cover, the second panel being separate from the first panel;
wherein, the first panel and the second panel are at least partially staggered with the corresponding positions of the upper cover and the cooking cavity.
2. The cover assembly of claim 1, wherein the first panel and the second panel are mounted on different sides of the upper cover.
3. The cover assembly of claim 2, wherein the first panel is mounted to a front side of the upper cover.
4. A cover assembly according to claim 2 or 3, wherein said second panel is mounted to the upper side of said upper cover.
5. The cover assembly of claim 4, wherein said second panel is mounted to a front portion of an upper side of said upper cover.
6. The cover assembly of claim 5, further comprising an upper shell mounted to the upper side of the upper cover, the upper shell defining an opening, the second panel being positioned within the opening.
7. The cover assembly of claim 6, wherein said second panel is rectangular and said opening is rectangular, said opening mating with said second panel.

The cover assembly of claim 5, wherein the upper cover has an upper flange protruding upward from the edge of the front side of the upper side wall, the upper flange is folded forward to form an upper folded edge, the lower cover has a lower flange protruding downward from the edge of the front side of the lower side wall, the lower flange is folded forward to form a lower folded edge, and an installation groove is formed among the upper folded edge, the upper flange, the lower flange, and the lower folded edge, and the first panel is installed in the installation groove.
