The utility model provides a lid subassembly 100 for cooking utensil 300.
In an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1 to 3, the cover assembly 100 includes:
an upper cover 10;
a first panel 20 attached to the upper cover 10; and
a second panel 30 mounted to the upper cover 10, the second panel 30 being separated from the first panel 20;
wherein, the first panel 20 and the second panel 30 are at least partially staggered from the position of the upper cover 10 corresponding to the cooking cavity.
When the cooking appliance 300 is used for cooking, the temperature of the cooking cavity is high, so the temperature of the position of the upper cover 10 corresponding to the cooking cavity is also high, if the panel is close to the position of the upper cover 10 corresponding to the cooking cavity, the temperature rise of the panel is high, and if the temperature rise of the panel is to be solved, the distance between the panel and the upper cover 10 needs to be increased or a heat insulation element or a heat dissipation element needs to be arranged between the panel and the upper cover 10, but the thickness of the cover body assembly 100 is increased.
Therefore, according to the technical scheme of the present invention, the first panel 20 and the second panel 30 are at least partially staggered from the corresponding position of the upper cover 10 and the cooking cavity, that is, the first panel 20 and the second panel 30 are far away from the heat source, so that the temperature rise of the panel can be effectively reduced, and the service life of the panel is prolonged; meanwhile, the first panel 20 and the second panel 30 are separately disposed, that is, the first panel 20 and the second panel 30 become independent components, respectively, so that the space on the upper cover 10 can be reasonably used, thereby reducing the thickness of the cover assembly 100.
It should be noted that the panel is at least partially staggered from the position of the upper cover 10 corresponding to the cooking cavity, which means that at least a part of the projection of the panel on the upper cover is not overlapped with the position of the upper cover 10 corresponding to the cooking cavity in the thickness direction of the upper cover 10, and certainly, the projection of the panel on the upper cover may not be overlapped with the position of the upper cover 10 corresponding to the cooking cavity at all.
The panel comprises a circuit board, the service life of the circuit board in a high-temperature environment can be greatly shortened, the temperature rise of the panel is reduced, and meanwhile, the temperature rise of the circuit board is also reduced, so that the service life of the circuit board is prolonged.
The front, back, left, right, up and down directions of the lid assembly 100 are defined, one side of the lid assembly 100 buckled with the cooker body assembly 200 is the front side, one side of the lid assembly 100 hinged with the cooker body assembly 200 is the back side, one side of the lid assembly 100 high in the height direction is the upside, one side low is the downside, the remaining two sides are the left and right sides, the left side is the left side, and the right side is the right side, seen from the back side of the lid assembly 100 to the front side.
The direction from the front side to the rear side of the cover assembly 100 is the length direction, the direction from the left side to the right side of the cover assembly 100 is the width direction, and the direction from the upper side to the lower side of the cover assembly 100 is the height direction.
Specifically, the cover assembly 100 further includes a removable cover plate 50, the removable cover plate 50 is detachably mounted on the lower side of the upper cover 10, an exhaust cavity is formed between the removable cover plate 50 and the lower side of the upper cover 10, an air vent communicated with the exhaust cavity is formed in the removable cover plate 50, the upper side of the upper cover 10 is arched to form an exhaust chamber 60, the exhaust chamber 60 is provided with an air inlet and an air outlet, the air inlet is communicated with the exhaust cavity, and the air outlet is communicated with the external environment.
The cover assembly 100 further includes a sensor 70 mounted on the upper side of the upper cover 10, the upper end of the sensor 70 is connected to other electronic components, such as a data processing element, etc., the lower end of the sensor 70 is a detection end, and is in the shape of a long rod, the upper cover 10 is provided with a through hole, the removable cover 50 is provided with a through hole, and the detection end of the sensor 70 sequentially passes through the through hole and the through hole.
As can be seen from the above two paragraphs, the space occupied by the exhaust chamber 60 and the sensor 70 in the height direction is relatively large, and therefore, the first panel 20 and the second panel 30 need to be arranged away from the sensor 70 and the exhaust chamber 60, that is, the first panel 20 and the second panel 30, the sensor 70 and the exhaust chamber 60 cannot have overlapping portions in the projection of the upper cover 10, which would otherwise result in an increase in the thickness of the cover assembly 100.
Therefore, the first panel 20 and the second panel 30 may be disposed on different sides of the upper cover 10, or may be disposed on the same side of the upper cover 10, so as to meet the requirement of the structural space of the upper cover 10. For example, in general, the sensor 70 is disposed at the center of the upper cover 10, the exhaust chamber 60 is disposed at the rear of the upper cover 10, and the first panel 20 is disposed at the front side of the upper cover 10, and the second panel 30 is disposed at the front of the upper side of the upper cover 10, or when the exhaust chamber 60 is disposed at the left of the upper cover 10, the second panel 30 is disposed at the right of the upper side of the upper cover 10, or when the exhaust chamber 60 is disposed at the rear of the upper cover 10, and both the first panel 20 and the second panel 30 are disposed at the upper side of the upper cover 10, the first panel 20 is disposed at the front of the upper side of the upper cover 10, and the second panel 30 is disposed at the left or right of the upper side of the upper cover 10.
In other embodiments, the cover assembly 100 may further include more panels, such as a third panel, a fourth panel, and the like, and the specific number is set according to requirements, which is not limited too much.
Further, as shown in fig. 1 and 3, the first panel 20 and the second panel 30 are respectively mounted on different sides of the upper cover 10.
