Thus, other examples of the exemplary embodiments may have different values. It should be noted that: like reference numbers and letters refer to like items in the following figures, and thus, once an item is defined in one figure, further discussion thereof is not required in subsequent figures.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, in the present embodiment, the base assembly includes: a chassis 300, a mounting portion 320, and a display panel 360. The base 300 is provided with a mounting slope 310. The fitting part 320 is provided on the installation slope 310, and the fitting part 320 includes a rib 321 protruding upward from the installation slope 310. The display panel 360 is disposed in the mounting portion 320, and at least a portion of the rib 321 is located on a side of the display panel 360 away from the bottom surface of the base 300.
By applying the technical solution of the embodiment, the base 300 is provided with the installation inclined plane 310, the assembling portion 320 is arranged on the installation inclined plane 310, the display panel 360 is installed in the assembling portion 320, the rib 321 is arranged on the installation inclined plane 310 and protrudes from the installation inclined plane 310, and at least a part of the structure of the rib 321 is located above the display panel 360. The rib 321 protrudes from the installation slope 310, so that the rib 321 has a function of stopping the condensed water, and the condensed water can be prevented from directly flowing onto the display panel 360 by the rib 321. When condensate flow to protruding muscle 321 department, through blockking of protruding muscle 321, the condensate water can flow to other places along protruding muscle 321, and then can effectually prevent condensate flow to display panel 360 on. Therefore, the technical scheme of the embodiment effectively solves the problem that the display panel in the related art is easy to be damaged due to water inflow.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, in the present embodiment, the rib 321 is an annular rib. The annular rib can surround display panel 360 completely, and consequently the comdenstion water can flow along protruding muscle 321 completely, and then flows to the bottom of installation inclined plane 310, and simultaneously, the annular rib can also protect display panel 360 effectively, avoids display panel 360's partial lateral wall to expose, prevents that display panel 360 from damaging.
For the annular rib of the present embodiment, the annular rib includes four bar ribs connected in sequence, wherein one bar rib is located on one side of the bottom surface of the display panel 360 away from the base 300. That is, the one rib away from the bottom surface of the base 300 is a part of the rib.
Of course, the ribs are not limited to the above form, and may include three bar-shaped ribs forming an inverted concave structure. Alternatively, the ribs may include only one bar-shaped rib, and in this case, all of the ribs are located on the side of the display panel 360 away from the bottom surface of the base 300.
Meanwhile, the strength of the assembling portion 320 can be improved due to the arrangement of the convex ribs 321, the assembling portion is not prone to deformation, and the assembling accuracy of the display panel 360 can be better guaranteed.
Of course, the display panel may be a touch screen type panel, a button type panel, or a display lamp panel. The base assembly further comprises a mounting plate, and the mounting inclined plane is the upper surface of the mounting plate. The mounting panel carries out fixed connection through joint structure and base, can also certainly be through setting modes such as bonding or integrated into one piece.
The front of the base 300 is lower than the rear of the base 300 so that the upper surface of the base 300 also has a slope structure, and the slope of the upper surface of the base 300 is the same as that of the installation slope. The mounting plate has a portion extending above the base.
In this embodiment, the display panel is towards the user, and the lowest position of the display panel is close to the user, so that the operation of the user is more convenient, and certainly, when the arrangement is reversed, the lowest position of the display panel is far away from the user, in this case, the cooking utensil is usually arranged at a high position, and the user needs to look up to perform the operation.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, in the present embodiment, the rib 321 is connected to the installation inclined surface 310 by a round structure. The rounded corner structure makes no dead angle between the rib 321 and the installation inclined plane 310, which is convenient for the user to clean the base assembly.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, in the present embodiment, the height H of the rib 321 protruding from the installation slope 310 is 5 mm. The height of 5 millimeters can make the effectual of blocking water on the one hand, and on the other hand has reduced the processing degree of difficulty, simultaneously for base subassembly's overall structure is more pleasing to the eye.
Of course, the height is preferably between 3.5 mm and 8 mm. If the thickness is less than 3.5 mm, the effect of blocking the condensed water is affected, so that the condensed water is easily flowed to the display panel. If the height is higher than 8 mm, the height of the rib is large, so that the overall structure is poor in compactness and is not beautiful.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, in the present embodiment, the fitting part 320 includes a fitting recess to which the display panel 360 is mounted, and the base assembly further includes a sealing device 350 disposed between the fitting recess and the display panel 360. The assembly concave part provides installation space for display panel 360, and sealing device 350 can play a sealed role, further prevents that the comdenstion water from entering into display panel 360's inside, prevents that the inside electrical components of display panel 360 from meeting water and leading to the damage.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, in the present embodiment, the edge of the fitting recess is provided with an annular groove 322, and the sealing means 350 is a seal ring provided in the annular groove 322. The annular groove 322 can limit the sealing device 350, prevent the sealing device 350 from moving, and further lead to poor waterproof effect.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, in the present embodiment, the mounting portion 320 further includes a mounting recess for mounting the display panel 360, the mounting recess includes a first recess 323 and a second recess 324 located in the first recess 323, a portion of the display panel 360 is located in the first recess 323, the remaining portion of the display panel 360 is located in the second recess 324, and the second recess 324 is provided with an avoiding hole 3241. The first and second concave portions 323 and 324 can accommodate the display panel 360, so that the installation position of the display panel 360 is more stable. And the escape hole 3241 can be threaded so that the display panel is connected with the control device.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, in the present embodiment, the upper surface of the display panel 360 is flush with the upper surface of the rib 321. The upper surface of display panel 360 and the upper surface parallel and level of protruding muscle 321 can make protruding muscle 321 protect display panel 360's lateral wall effectively, prevent that display panel 360's lateral wall from being collided with, and then leading to damaging, simultaneously, even condensate water flows to display panel 360 on, also can flow to the bottom of installation inclined plane 310 along display panel 360's upper surface.
In the embodiment not shown in the drawings, the upper surface of the display panel may be higher than the upper surface of the rib, so that the condensed water can be effectively prevented from flowing to the upper surface of the display panel, and the condensed water can only flow to the bottom of the installation inclined plane through the side wall of the display panel.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, in the present embodiment, the outer surface of the rib 321 is arc-shaped. The arc is convenient for the user to clean the convex rib, and simultaneously, the arc convex rib makes the overall structure of the base assembly more beautiful.
According to another aspect of the present application, as shown in fig. 3 and 4, there is provided an embodiment of a cooking appliance, including a base assembly as described above. The base assembly can effectively prevent condensed water from entering the display panel 360, and prevent the display panel 360 from being damaged, so that the cooking appliance with the base assembly also has the advantages.
