The adjustable folding chair as claimed in claim 1, wherein: two front foot tubes of the chair main body are hinged with the middle section of the bottom rod, two rear foot tubes of the chair main body are hinged with the tail end of the bottom rod through a rotating piece, the upper ends of the front foot tubes are hinged with the upper ends of the rear foot tubes and supported below two armrest pieces of the chair main body, and the rear ends of the armrest pieces are hinged with the lower end of the backrest rod.
