Therefore, the third edge 201 of the panel 200 is connected with the first edge 103 of the air guide plate 102, so that the panel 200 and the air guide plate 102 are connected to form a whole, the air outlet flow can be better blocked to prevent the air outlet flow from directly blowing to a user, the wind shielding effect is improved, and the comfort level of the user is further improved.
Optionally, the length of the air deflection plate 102 is the same as the length of the panel 200. In this way, the first edge 103 of the air deflector 102 and the third edge 201 of the panel 200 are made to have the same length, and when the panel 200 is at the second position, the panel 200 and the air deflector 102 are connected to form a more fitting whole, thereby further improving the wind shielding effect and further improving the comfort of the user.
Optionally, when the panel 200 is in the second position, a side of the panel 200 is connected to a side of the air deflector 102 by the detachable connection structure 300. Therefore, under the condition that the panel 200 is located at the second position, the panel 200 and the air deflector 102 can be connected through the detachable connection structure 300 to form a whole body for blocking air outlet airflow of the air conditioner, the airflow changes the flow direction, no matter how the air deflection angle of the air deflector 102 changes, the panel 200 can be changed along with the air deflector 102, the air shielding effect of the panel 200 is improved, and the air flow is prevented from directly blowing a user.
Optionally, with the panel 200 in the second position, the third side 201 of the panel 200 is connected to the first side 103 of the air deflection panel 102 by a detachable connection 300. In this way, since the air deflector 102 is arranged in a long strip shape, and the panel 200 is in a rectangular plate-shaped structure, when the panel 200 is at the second position, the third edge 201 of the panel 200 is connected with the first edge 103 of the air deflector 102 through the detachable connection structure 300, so that the whole body formed after connection can cover the outlet air of the air outlet 101 in length, thereby better blocking the outlet air of the air outlet 101 to change the flow direction, further improving the wind shielding effect of the panel 200, and improving the comfort level of a user.
Optionally, the detachable connection structure 300 comprises: a first portion 301 and a second portion 302. The first portion 301 is disposed on one side of the air deflector 102; the second portion 302 is disposed on one side of the panel 200 and can be connected to or separated from the first portion 301. In this way, the first portion 301 is disposed on one side of the air guiding plate 102, and the second portion 302 is disposed on one side of the panel 200 at a position corresponding to the first portion 301, so that when the panel 200 is at the second position, the panel 200 can be detachably connected to the air guiding plate 102 and the panel 200 through the detachable connection of the first portion 301 and the second portion 302, so that the panel 200 can be freely switched to the connection state with the air guiding plate 102, thereby ensuring the wind shielding effect of the panel 200 at the second position and facilitating the position switching of the panel 200.
Optionally, the first portion 301 is disposed on the first side 103 of the air guiding plate 102, and the second portion 302 is disposed on the third side 201 of the panel 200. Thus, when the panel 200 is located at the second position, the first edge 103 of the air deflector 102 and the third edge 201 of the panel 200 can be detachably connected through the first portion 301 and the second portion 302, so that the whole formed after connection can cover the air outlet of the air outlet 101 in length, and therefore the air outlet of the air outlet 101 is better blocked to change the flow direction, the wind shielding effect of the panel 200 is further improved, and the comfort level of a user is improved.
Optionally, the first portion 301 extends along the first edge 103 of the air deflection panel 102 to an intersection of the second edge 104 of the air deflection panel 102 and the first edge 103, and the second portion 302 extends along the third edge 201 of the panel 200 to an intersection of the fourth edge 202 and the third edge 201 of the panel 200. Thus, the length of the first portion 301 is the same as the length of the first side 103 of the air deflector 102, the length of the second portion 302 is the same as the length of the third side 201 of the panel 200, when the air deflector 102 is detachably connected with the panel 200 through the first portion 301 and the second portion 302, the contact area between the first portion 301 and the second portion 302 is increased, the stability when the air deflector 102 is connected with the panel 200 is further improved, the panel 200 can be changed when the air outlet angle of the air deflector 102 is changed, the wind shielding effect of the panel 200 is further improved, and the comfort of a user is improved.
Optionally, one of the first portion 301 and the second portion 302 is a magnetic strip, the other is a magnetic metal strip, or both are magnetic strips. Like this, make and to dismantle connection structure 300 and inhale connection structure for magnetism, adsorb between magnetic stripe and magnetic metal strip or two magnetic stripes and be connected and realize being connected dismantling between aviation baffle 102 and the panel 200, magnetism inhales connection structure and easily obtains, and aviation baffle 102 is connected the back stability through magnetism with panel 200 and is higher with the connection structure, easy separation, make panel 200 can freely switch and aviation baffle 102's connected state, the position switch of panel 200 of being convenient for when having ensured panel 200 and being in the effect of keeping out the wind of second position.
Optionally, the first portion 301 is a magnetic strip and the second portion 302 is a magnetic metal strip. In this way, the magnetic strip is arranged on the first side 103 of the air deflector 102, the magnetic metal strip is arranged on the third side 201 of the panel 200, the air deflector 102 and the panel 200 are detachably connected through the magnetic strip and the magnetic metal strip, the connected air deflector 102 and the panel 200 are high in stability and easy to separate, and the panel 200 can be freely switched to be connected with the air deflector 102.
Optionally, the magnetic strip is provided with a protrusion, and the magnetic metal strip is provided with a groove corresponding to the protrusion. Like this, realize dismantling the circumstances of being connected through the absorption of magnetic stripe and magnetic metal strip between aviation baffle 102 and panel 200 under, protruding card on the magnetic stripe is gone into the recess that corresponds with the arch on the magnetic metal strip, makes magnetic stripe and magnetic metal strip stability after adsorbing the connection higher, has further improved the stability between aviation baffle 102 and the panel 200 after the connection, makes panel 200 can change along with aviation baffle 102's angle change, has improved panel 200's the effect of keeping out the wind.
Optionally, the protrusion extends along the length direction of the magnetic strip, and the groove extends along the length direction of the magnetic metal strip. Like this, make the length of bellied length the same with the length of magnetic stripe, the length of recess is the same with the length of magnetic metal strip, go into on the magnetic stripe protruding card with protruding recess that corresponds in, protruding area of contact with the recess is great, magnetic stripe is higher with the stability of being connected of magnetic metal strip, the stability between aviation baffle 102 and the panel 200 after further having improved the connection, make panel 200 can change along with aviation baffle 102's angle change, the effect of keeping out the wind of panel 200 has been improved.
Optionally, with the panel 200 in the second position, the air deflection plate 102 opens downwardly to an extreme position. In this way, when the panel 200 is in the second position, the third side 201 of the panel 200 is connected to the first side 103 of the air deflector 102, and at this time, the air deflector 102 is opened downward to the limit position, so that the stability of the air deflector 102 is high, which is beneficial for the contact connection between the third side 201 of the panel 200 and the first side 103 of the air deflector 102, and the stability between the connected air deflector 102 and the panel 200 is high.
It will be appreciated that the extreme position at which the air deflection plate 102 is open downwardly refers to the maximum position at which the air deflection plate 102 can open when the air conditioner is conditioned to blow air downwardly.
As shown in fig. 5-7, in some alternative embodiments, the panel 200 is at a predetermined angle relative to the air deflection plate 102 when the panel 200 is in the second position. Thus, under the condition that the panel 200 is located at the second position, the panel 200 is connected with the air deflector 102, a preset angle is formed between the connected panel 200 and the air deflector 102, airflow blown out along the air deflector 102 is blocked by the panel 200 and then can flow out more smoothly upwards along the inner wall of the panel 200, pressure loss of the airflow after changing the flow direction is small, the wind shielding effect of the panel 200 is guaranteed, meanwhile, the pressure loss of the airflow is reduced, and the wind outlet effect is improved.
As shown in fig. 6, the angle a is a predetermined angle between the panel 200 and the air guiding plate 102.
Optionally, in a case that the air guiding plate 102 is a planar structure, the predetermined angle is an angle between a plane where the panel 200 is located and a plane where the air guiding plate 102 is located. Thus, because the air deflector 102 is of a planar structure, the air outlet flow is blown out along the plane of the air deflector 102, the air outlet direction is the direction in which the plane of the air deflector 102 extends, a preset angle is formed between the plane of the panel 200 and the plane of the air deflector 102, the air flow blown out along the plane of the air deflector 102 can flow out along the inner wall of the panel 200 more smoothly after being blocked by the panel 200, the pressure loss after the air flow is changed into the flow direction is small, the air flow pressure loss is reduced while the wind shielding effect of the panel 200 is ensured, and the air outlet effect is improved.
Optionally, in the case that the air guiding plate 102 is of a cambered surface structure, the preset angle is an angle between a plane where the panel 200 is located and a tangent plane at a connection position of the air guiding plate 102 and the panel 200. Therefore, the air guide plate 102 is of an arc-shaped structure, air outlet airflow is blown out along the arc surface of the air guide plate 102, the air outlet direction is the direction in which the tangent plane at the joint of the air guide plate 102 and the panel 200 extends, a preset angle is formed between the plane where the panel 200 is located and the tangent plane at the joint of the air guide plate 102 and the panel 200, the airflow blown out along the arc surface of the air guide plate 102 can flow upwards along the inner wall of the panel 200 more smoothly after being blocked by the panel 200, pressure loss after the airflow is changed to flow direction is smaller, the wind shielding effect of the panel 200 is guaranteed, the pressure loss of the airflow is reduced, and the air outlet effect is improved.
Optionally, the preset angle is greater than or equal to 30 degrees and less than or equal to 60 degrees. In this way, when the preset angle is smaller than 30 degrees, the angle between the direction of the airflow blown out by the air deflector 102 and the inner plane of the panel 200 is small, the wind shielding effect of the panel 200 is not good, under the condition that the preset angle is larger than 60 degrees, the angle between the direction of the airflow blown out by the air deflector 102 and the inner side plane of the panel 200 is larger, the airflow tends to blow to the inner side plane of the panel 200 vertically, the pressure loss of the airflow after being blocked and changed by the panel 200 is larger, the air outlet effect is reduced, therefore, in the case that the preset angle is greater than or equal to 30 degrees and less than or equal to 60 degrees, the angle between the direction of the air flow blown out along the air deflector 102 and the plane inside the panel 200 is moderate, the air current can be by the better change flow direction that blocks of inboard plane of panel 200, prevents that the air current from directly blowing the user, and changes the air current pressure loss after the flow direction less, and the air-out effect is better.
Optionally, the preset angle is 45 degrees. Thus, the angle between the direction of the airflow blown out along the air deflector 102 and the inner side plane of the panel 200 is 45 degrees, and the airflow blown out along the air deflector 102 can be better blocked by the inner side plane of the panel 200 to change the flow direction, so that the direct blowing of the airflow to a user is prevented, the pressure loss of the airflow after the flow direction is changed is small, and the air outlet effect is further improved.
Optionally, when the panel 200 is in the second position, the panel 200 is a preset distance from the body 100. Thus, under the condition that the panel 200 is located at the second position, the panel 200 is connected with the air deflector 102 to form a whole body to block the air outlet of the air outlet 101, and a new air flow channel is formed between the inner side surface of the panel 200 and the body 100, so that a preset distance is reserved between the panel 200 and the body 100, the situation that the blocked and changed air flow flows out through the new air flow channel can be guaranteed, the original air outlet quantity of the air conditioner is guaranteed, and the refrigeration or heating efficiency of the air conditioner is guaranteed while the air outlet flow is prevented from directly blowing a user.
Optionally, the preset distance is a minimum distance between a plane of the panel 200 and the body 100 when the panel 200 is in the second position. Thus, when the panel 200 is in the second position, a new airflow channel is formed between the inner side surface of the panel 200 and the body 100, and the minimum distance between the plane of the panel 200 and the body 100 is the minimum flow area in the new airflow channel.
As shown in fig. 6, the distance L is a predetermined distance between the panel 200 and the body 100.
Optionally, the preset distance is greater than or equal to the width of the air outlet 101. Like this, owing to blockked the air current that changes the flow direction by panel 200 and flow out through new airflow channel, predetermine under the condition that the distance is more than or equal to the width of air outlet 101, the minimum flow area that forms new airflow channel between panel 200's medial surface and body 100 is more than or equal to the flow area of air outlet 101, has ensured the original air output of air conditioner, has ensured the refrigeration or the efficiency of heating of air conditioner when preventing that air-out air current from directly blowing the user.
It can be understood that, since the air outlet 101 of the air-conditioning hanging machine at the present stage is in a strip shape, the width of the air outlet 101 refers to the maximum distance in the longitudinal direction thereof.
Optionally, a plurality of diversion holes 400 are provided on the panel 200. Like this, under the condition that panel 200 is in the second position, panel 200 is connected with aviation baffle 102 and forms wholly and stops the air-out of air outlet 101, and the air current that is stopped can flow out through the diffluence hole 400 on panel 200, and the air current wind-induced feeling through the diffluence hole 400 diffusion is relatively weak, and the air current that the diffluence hole 400 flows out spreads to indoor fast, has improved the air-out effect.
Optionally, the plurality of diversion holes 400 are uniformly arranged on the panel 200. Thus, the airflow blocked by the panel 200 is uniformly diffused into the room through the shunting holes 400, and the air outlet effect is improved.
As shown in fig. 8-9, in some optional embodiments, the air conditioner further includes: the device 500 is driven. The driving device 500 is connected to the panel 200 for driving the panel 200 to switch positions. In this way, the driving device 500 can drive the panel 200 to switch between the first position and the second position, so that the panel 200 can be freely switched to be connected with the air guide plate 102, and the stability of the panel 200 during driving is improved.
Alternatively, the body 100 is provided with end caps 600 at both ends in the length direction thereof, and the driving device 500 is provided with two, one of which is disposed in the end cap 600 at one end of the body 100 and the other of which is disposed in the end cap 600 at the other end of the body 100. In this way, since the panel 200 has a rectangular plate-like structure, the driving devices 500 are respectively provided in the end caps 600 at both ends of the body 100 in the longitudinal direction and are respectively connected to both ends of the panel 200 in the longitudinal direction, and the panel 200 is simultaneously driven to switch between the first position and the second position by the two driving devices 500, so that the stability of the panel 200 during driving is further improved, and the panel 200 can be more accurately switched between the first position and the second position.
Alternatively, the driving device 500 includes: crank arm 510, link 520, and motor 530. One end of the crank arm 510 is connected to the end of the fourth side 202 of the panel 200; one end of the connecting rod 520 is rotatably connected to the other end of the crank arm 510, and the other end is fixedly connected to an output shaft of the motor 530. Thus, the motor 530 drives the connecting rod 520 to rotate, the rotating connecting rod 520 drives the crank arm 510 which is rotatably connected with the rotating connecting rod to move, the moving crank arm 510 drives the panel 200 to move, and the position is switched between the first position and the second position, so that the stability of the movement of the panel 200 is improved, and the panel 200 can be switched between the first position and the second position more accurately.
Optionally, the crank arm 510 includes a first end 511 and a second end 512, the link 520 includes a third end 521 and a fourth end 522, the first end 511 of the crank arm 510 is connected to the end where the fourth edge 202 of the panel 200 is located, the second end 512 is rotatably connected to the third end 521 of the link 520, and the fourth end 522 of the link 520 is fixedly connected to the output shaft of the motor 530. Therefore, the crank arm 510 and the connecting rod 520 can rotate relatively, when the motor 530 drives the connecting rod 520 to rotate, the connecting rod 520 can rotate relatively with the crank arm 510, and then the crank arm 510 is driven to move, so that the driving panel 200 can be switched between the first position and the second position.
Optionally, the second end 512 of the crank arm 510 is rotatably connected to the third end 521 of the connecting rod 520 through a bearing structure. Thus, the bearing structure is easy to obtain, and the connecting rod 520 and the crank arm 510 which are rotatably connected through the bearing structure can rotate relatively more smoothly, so that the driving panel 200 can be switched between the first position and the second position better.
Optionally, a mounting seat 540 is provided in the end cap 600, and the motor 530 is mounted in the end cap 600 through the mounting seat 540. Thus, the motor 530 is mounted on the end cap 600, so that the stability of the motor 530 is improved, the motor 530 drives the connecting rod 520 to rotate, the crank arm 510 is driven to drive the panel 200 to move, and the stability of the panel 200 in moving is further improved.
Optionally, an arm slot 550 is formed on a side wall of the end cap 600 facing the panel 200, and the crank arm 510 partially extends out of the arm slot 550 to be connected with the panel 200. Thus, when the panel 200 is driven to move by the crank arm 510, the arm slot 550 can limit the movement track of the crank arm 510, thereby improving the stability of the panel 200 during movement.
