The advantages of the present invention will be more clearly understood and appreciated by those skilled in the art from the following description of the hair feather removing device.
To facilitate the description of the actual structure and the corresponding functions of the device for removing hairiness in the present invention, please refer to fig. 1, which illustrates a device for removing hairiness in the present invention, comprising a frame 110, a fuel pipe 120 and a plurality of flame spray nozzles 130 arranged side by side. The fuel pipe 130 has a fuel inlet (not shown) and a plurality of fuel outlets (not shown). The number of the fuel outlets is the same as that of the flame spray heads 130, and each fuel outlet is connected with each flame spray head 130.
To facilitate understanding of the detailed structure of the frame 110, please refer to fig. 2, in which the frame 110 includes a base, and the moving member is connected to the base. The base comprises a first base plate 111 and a second base plate 112 which are oppositely arranged, and the first base plate 111 and the second base plate 112 are arranged at intervals and are connected through a connecting piece. More specifically, the first base plate 111 and the second base plate 112 are rectangular plates having the same shape and size, long sides of the rectangular plates are disposed parallel to a moving surface on which the rack 110 moves, and short sides of the rectangular plates are disposed perpendicular to the moving surface. The moving surface is a surface on which the rack 110 moves, and may be a floor or a table top of some equipment.
In one specific example, as shown in fig. 2, the connector includes a rod 113 and a first connection portion 114 and a second connection portion 115 connected to both ends of the rod 113, respectively. One side of the first connecting portion 114, which is away from the rod 113, is connected to one end of the first base plate 111, and one side of the second connecting portion 115, which is away from the rod 113, is connected to one end of the second base plate 112. In this specific example, the rod 113 is vertically connected with the first connecting portion 114 and the second connecting portion 115, for example, the rod 113 is disposed parallel to the moving surface, the first connecting portion 114 is disposed downward perpendicular to the moving surface along one side of the rod 113 and is connected to the first base plate 111, and in particular, may be fixed to one side of the first base plate 111 facing the second base plate 112, that is, the inner side of the first base plate 111. Also, a second connecting portion 115 is provided downward perpendicular to the moving surface along the other side of the rod 113, and is connected to the inside of the second base plate 112.
It will be understood that "inboard" herein refers to the side facing the interior of the housing and "outboard" refers to the side facing the exterior of the housing. For ease of explanation of orientation, the end of each base plate distal from the connection site of the connecting member is a head end and each fixed plate has a head end and a tail end, wherein "head end" refers to the end of each base plate proximal to the connection site of the connecting member and "tail end" refers to the end of each base plate proximal to the connection site of the connecting member.
In one specific example, the first base plate 111 is provided with base plate through holes 1110 penetrating through opposite side plate surfaces of the first base plate 111. Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the base plate through hole 1110 is used for the fuel pipe 120 to pass through to fix the fuel pipe 120. Further, the fuel tubes 120 passing through the base plate through holes 1110 have a first portion of the fuel tubes located inside the first base plate 111 and a second portion of the fuel tubes located outside the first base plate 112, and the first portion of the fuel tubes are fixedly connected to the second base plate 112, so that the fuel tubes 120 are fixed by the first base plate 111 and the second base plate 112.
It will be appreciated that the manner in which the first portion of the fuel tubes are fixedly attached to the second base plate 112 may vary. For example: one end of the first portion of the fuel tubes abuts and is secured to the second base plate 112 in a manner similar to gluing. For another example, the second base plate 112 may also be provided with through holes through which the first portion of the fuel tubes are inserted to be fixedly coupled to the second base plate 112. For example, the second base plate 112 is provided with a groove adapted to the end of the first fuel pipe, which is inserted into the groove to be fixedly connected to the second base plate 112.
Further, the frame 110 further includes a fixing plate 116 fixedly connected to the first connecting portion 113. One side plate surface of the fixing plate 116 faces the second connecting portion 115. Further, one end of the fixing plate 116 is connected to the first connecting portion 113, and the other end extends toward an end away from the first connecting portion 113 near the first base plate 111. Further, the fixing plate 116 is parallel to the first base plate 111. The fixed plate 116 may also be fixedly connected to the first base plate 111 by a support plate.
The fixing plate 116 is provided with a fixing plate through hole 1160 penetrating through two opposite side plate surfaces of the fixing plate 116. The fuel pipes 120 include a third portion of the fuel pipe disposed inside the fixed plate 116, on which the fuel inlet is disposed, and a fourth portion of the fuel pipe disposed outside the fixed plate 116, which is connected to the second portion of the fuel pipe.
In one specific example, the mover includes a plurality of wheels 117, and the plurality of wheels 117 are coupled to the base. Specifically, wheels 117 are connected to each of the first and second base plates 111 and 112, and the first and second base plates 111 and 112 can move together in the traveling direction of the wheels 117 when the wheels 117 travel. Further, the first base plate 111 is provided with wheels 117 at portions near the head end and near the tail end, and the second base plate 112 is provided with wheels 117 at portions near the head end and near the tail end.
More specifically, the wheel 117 is a directional wheel. The directional wheels can travel in a straight line when moving so that the frame 110 can move in a straight line. The directionally movable frame 110 also causes the flame spray heads thereon to move in a fixed direction. Because in application scenarios, where hair removal is usually required, the string usually extends in a certain fixed direction. In the specific operation process, the flame nozzle 130 can move along the direction of the rope belt, and the flame sprayed by the flame nozzle 130 skips the whole rope belt, so that the hairiness on the surface of the rope belt is fully removed.
In one specific example, the moving member in the frame 110 is connected to an electrically driven drive, which may be, for example, a motor. The motor is electrically connected to the moving member (e.g., wheel 117) to drive the moving member to move. On one hand, the electric driving member can control the moving speed of the frame 110 during the actual use process, so as to ensure that the hairiness removing device is as uniform as possible during the process of flaming and burning the rope. On the other hand, the electric driving element can also enable the frame 110 to move automatically, so that the hairiness removing device can be used without manpower in the actual use process, and the operation efficiency of the hairiness removing device is improved.
In one specific example, the fuel outlets are disposed on a portion of the fuel tubes 120 located inside the first base plate 110, and the flame spray head 130 is coupled thereto as shown in FIG. 1. Further, the flame spray 130 sprays flames in a direction toward the bottom of the housing 110. The flame spray 130 is disposed at the head ends of the first and second base plates 111 and 112, so that an operator can push the rod 113 near the tail end to move the frame 110 as a whole, and the flame spray 130 at the head end sprays flame toward the bottom of the frame 110.
In one particular example, the housing 110 further includes a stand 180. Further, the object placing table 180 is disposed between the first base plate 111 and the second base plate 112 and is fixedly connected to the first base plate 111 and the second base plate 112. The object placing table 180 is a rectangular plate, is arranged near the bottom of the first base plate 111 and the bottom of the second base plate 112, and is arranged between the first base plate 111 and the second base plate 112. The placement table 180 can be used to place external devices that need to move along with the rack 110, such as the fuel storage tank 200 shown in fig. 1, on the placement table 180.
Further, a fuel inlet of the fuel pipe 120 disposed inside the fixing plate 180 is connected to the fuel storage tank 200. The fuel in fuel storage tank 200 may be a fuel such as liquefied petroleum gas, natural gas, butane, or the like. It is understood that the fixing plate 160 may be disposed at a position corresponding to the outlet of the fuel storage tank 200.
In one specific example, the flame spray direction of each flame spray 130 is the same. The spraying directions of the flame spray heads 130 are the same, specifically, the flame spray heads 130 spray flames towards one direction at the same time to form a row of fixed flames, so as to ensure that the burnt positions of a row of ropes are more uniform as much as possible.
In one particular example, the spacing between each flame spray 130 is the same. The intervals between the flame nozzles 130 are the same, so that the flame nozzles 130 arranged side by side can spray a uniform flame belt as far as possible, and the uneven burning of the local rope belt can be avoided as far as possible in the process of removing the hairiness of the rope belt, so that the problem that the hairiness of the local rope belt is not completely removed or the local rope belt is burnt excessively is avoided.
In one specific example, the spacing between the flame spray nozzles 130 is 5mm to 30 mm. Specifically, the spacing between each flame spray 130 is 5mm, 10mm, 15mm, 20mm, 25mm, 30mm, or a range between any two of the above spacings. More preferably, the spacing between the flame spray nozzles 130 is 10 mm. Setting the spacing between the flame spray nozzles 130 to 10mm enables the formation of a line of flame strips that are as uniform and as flat as possible.
In one specific example, in the side-by-side flame spray heads 130, the distance between the flame spray head 130 at one end and the flame spray head 130 at the other end is 300mm to 350mm, and more preferably, the distance between the flame spray head 130 at one end and the flame spray head 130 at the other end is 320 mm. In the process of silk-screen rope belt printing, the width of the rope belt in the silk-screen hand table is about 320mm, the distance between the flame spray nozzles 130 at two ends is set, namely the effective distance is 300 mm-350 mm, and the sprayed flame can be ensured to fully act on the surface of the whole rope belt as far as possible.
In one specific example, the distance between the first base plate 111 and the second base plate 112 in the rack 110 is 350mm to 400 mm. For example, the distance between the first base plate 111 and the second base plate 112 is 350mm, 360mm, 370mm, 380mm, 390mm, 400mm, or a range therebetween.
In one specific example, the flame nozzle 130 is provided with electronic igniters (not shown), and the hairiness removing device further comprises a controller (not shown), wherein the controller is electrically connected with each electronic igniter. Through the controller, different electronic igniters can be selectively started, so that the hairiness removing device can be suitable for more application scenes.
In particular, the hairiness removing device is particularly suitable for the process of removing hairiness after silk screen printing of the rope belt. In the traditional silk-screen ribbon printing process, an operator is usually relied on operating a spray gun to spray flame to remove hairiness on the surface of the ribbon. The process of removing the hairiness by holding the flame spray gun by an operator has the following defects. On one hand, the process of removing hairiness by holding the flame spray gun by an operator can burn an area back and forth, which can cause uneven burning on the surface of the rope belt, easily cause partial rope belt to be heated excessively, and other rope belts still have residual hairiness. On the other hand, the process of removing the hairiness of the operator depends on the experience of the operator, and the inexperienced operator often has difficulty in sufficiently removing the hairiness on the surface of the rope. On the other hand, in order to remove the hairiness sufficiently, the operator inevitably adopts a method of prolonging the burning time, which not only consumes time and labor, but also increases the consumption of fuel.
The hairiness removing device of at least one embodiment described above has the following effects:
the hairiness removing device configured as above can be used as follows. In the process of removing the hairiness of the rope belt, the rack 110 can be placed above the rope belt to be subjected to hairiness removal, the flame nozzles 130 arranged on the rack 110 side by side form banded flames, the banded flames act on the surfaces of a plurality of strands of rope belts or a strand of wider rope belt, open flames pass through the surfaces of the rope belts, and instantaneous high temperature acts on the hairiness on the surfaces of the rope belts. Since the fibers of the hairiness are fine, they are melted or burned off at the moment when the flame passes, and thus, the removal of the hairiness is completed. In addition, an operator can push the frame 110 to move by means of the rod body 113, or can drive the frame 110 to move by an electric driving part connected with the moving part, the moving process is time-saving and labor-saving, the flame sprayed by the flame nozzle 130 can be enabled to fully burn the surface of the burning rope belt at a more uniform speed, and the hairiness removing efficiency is improved.
In the process of silk-screen printing of the rope belt, the rope belt with a certain width is flatly laid on a silk-screen printing table, and areas where the rope belt is not laid exist on two sides of the silk-screen printing table. The frame 110 comprises a first base plate 111 and a second base plate 112 which are oppositely arranged and wheels 117 which are respectively connected with the base plates, so that the frame 110 can move in the areas where the ropes are not laid on two sides of the silk screen platform of the ropes. In the moving process, a row of flame nozzles 130 at the front end of the frame 110 grabs the surface of the laid rope to burn the rope.
A plurality of flame shower nozzles 130 that set up side by side can form a list of banded flames, and the middle temperature of this list of banded flames is more even, is particularly suitable for the fag end that the silk screen printing in-process was laid out, has effectively overcome when manual operation the uneven problem of filoplume removal on the fag end.
By arranging the electric driving part and controlling the moving speed and the displacement of the rack 110 through the electric driving part, the burning time of the surface of the rope can be effectively controlled, the partial rope can be effectively prevented from being burnt excessively, and the yield of the silk screen printing of the rope can be improved.
Further, the fuel storage tank 200 and the power source may be directly disposed on the object table 180 in the rack 110, so that the fuel storage tank 200 and the power source may move together with the rack 110, and thus, a particularly long fuel pipe 120 and a wire or the like are not required, and the structure of the hair feather removing device may be simplified.
The technical features of the above embodiments can be arbitrarily combined, and for the sake of brevity, all possible combinations of the technical features in the above embodiments are not described, but should be considered as the scope of the present specification as long as there is no contradiction between the combinations of the technical features.
The above examples only represent some embodiments of the present invention, and the description thereof is more specific and detailed, but not to be construed as limiting the scope of the present invention. It should be noted that, for those skilled in the art, without departing from the spirit of the present invention, several variations and modifications can be made, which are within the scope of the present invention. Therefore, the protection scope of the present invention should be subject to the appended claims.
