figure 4 shows a schematic view of the wiper blade standing upright on a glass, taken along the line a-a as shown in figure 2;
fig. 5 is a partially enlarged view of the point B shown in fig. 2.
Detailed Description
For convenience of explanation of the structure of the wiper blade 100, in the present application, the direction of the window to be wiped by the wiper blade is downward, and the direction of the wind coming during the running of the vehicle is forward of the wiper blade and rearward of the wind going direction. Referring to fig. 4, during travel of the vehicle, wind is blown across the glass surface from left to right as indicated by the open arrows. The lower side of the figure is the lower side of the wiper blade, and the upper side of the figure is the upper side, the left side of the figure is the front side, and the right side of the figure is the rear side, correspondingly.
Referring to fig. 1 to 5, a wiper blade 100 according to an embodiment of the present application includes a carrier strip 1, a wiper strip 2, a connecting member 3, and a spoiler 5.
The carrier strip 1 is elongate and extends in the longitudinal direction. The bearing strip 1 has high rigidity in the front-back transverse direction and good elasticity in the up-down direction. For example, the carrier strip 1 includes two elastic steel strips 10, and the steel strips 10 are prefabricated from flat steel into a substantially arc shape with longitudinal ends bent downward. The rubber wiper strip 2 is assembled to the carrier strip 1. For example, the wiper strip 2 is installed between two steel bars 10. The middle part of the bearing strip 1 is provided with a connecting piece 3, and the bearing strips 1 at the longitudinal two ends of the connecting piece 3 are respectively provided with a turbulence strip 5. That is to say that the connecting piece 3 is situated between two spoiler strips 5 in the longitudinal direction.
The upper part of the wiper strip 2 made of rubber is mounted on the carrier strip 1, the wiper strip 2 having a wiper edge 20 located below the carrier strip 1. The wiping edge 20 is intended to act directly on the surface to be wiped, for example, in operation the wiping edge 20 contacts the surface 9 to be wiped, with a cleaning action being produced by wiping.
The connecting member 3 has a connecting portion 32 located above the carrier bar 1 for connecting a wiper arm (not shown), and first locking portions 30 are provided at both longitudinal ends of the connecting member 3. For example, a wiper drive is mounted on a vehicle, and a wiper arm is connected to the drive. When the driving device is operated, the driving device drives the wiper arm to swing back and forth, so that a wiper blade 100 connected to the wiper arm is driven by the wiper arm to move back and forth on the surface 9 to be wiped, and cleaning work is performed.
Each spoiler 5 has a second locking portion 50 and a spoiler surface 56, and the second locking portion 50 is engaged with the first locking portion 30 to fix the spoiler 5 to the connecting member 3.
Each spoiler strip 5 comprises two legs 52 spaced apart from each other, a longitudinal groove 54 open to the inside is provided on the inside of each leg 52, the longitudinal groove 54 extends in the longitudinal direction, and the carrier strip 1 can be inserted into the longitudinal groove 54 from one longitudinal end and mounted in the longitudinal groove 54. As shown in fig. 4, the outside of each bar 10 is mounted in a longitudinal groove 54. The spoiler surface 56 is provided as a continuous surface that gradually rises from the front edge 57 to the rear edge 58, so that the air flow exerts a force on the wiper blade towards the surface to be wiped during driving of the vehicle in which the wiper blade is used.
A stop portion 53 is arranged at one end of each spoiler strip 5 far away from the connecting member 3. The stopper portion 53 is integrally connected between the two legs 52. The stopper 53 prevents the wiper strip 2 from moving longitudinally away from the connecting member 3 without the need for additional end caps.
The second locking part 50 includes a projection projecting from an outer side of the leg 52, the connecting member 3 includes a housing, the first locking part 30 includes a projection projecting from an inner side of the housing, the spoiler 5 is longitudinally inserted into the housing, and the projection of the second locking part 50 is locked and fixed with the projection of the first locking part 30.
The projections of the second locking portions 50 may be one or more. For example, the second locking portions 50 include projections protruding from the outer sides of the legs 52 provided on the front and rear opposite sides of each spoiler 5, respectively. The first locking part 30 includes protrusions protruding from opposite inner sides of the housing corresponding to the protrusions of the second locking parts 50 at both sides, respectively.
At least one of the projections of the second locking portion 50 and the projections of the first locking portion 30 includes a guide surface 301, 501. The guiding surfaces 301 and 501 are inclined relative to the longitudinal direction, when the spoiler 5 is installed, the convex block of the second locking portion 50 and the convex block of the first locking portion 30 are guided by the guiding surfaces 301 and 501 to elastically deflect in the direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction and away from each other, and after the spoiler 5 passes over the guiding surfaces 301 and 501, the convex block of the second locking portion 50 and the convex block of the first locking portion 30 move back in the direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction to complete buckling.
Each spoiler strip 5 is formed by plastic through integral injection molding and is easy to manufacture. The installation of the turbulence strip 5 is completed in one step, an end cover is not required to be additionally arranged, and the installation step is simple.
Overall, the wiper blade 100 is simple in structure and low in cost.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, the scope of protection of the present application is defined by the claims.
