Wound treatment kit
Technical Field
The present application relates to a medical instrument, in particular to a wound treatment kit.
Background
In the current clinical dressing change process, the contaminated wound is washed by physiological saline and then is disinfected after being soaked in sterile gauze by iodophor or 75% alcohol. The existing method is to open a bag of normal saline and then wash the wound, then take sterile gauze, pour iodophor or 75% alcohol onto the sterile gauze, soak the gauze, and then use the gauze until the wound is disinfected, and the method is inconvenient for on-site operation. Firstly, various used materials need to be prepared in advance; and secondly, normal saline or alcohol lamps are poured on site, so that the spill is easily caused.

Detailed Description
The wound treatment kit of the present application is described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
The wound treatment kit of the present application, comprising: the containing space is formed by combining the upper layer plastic cloth and the lower layer plastic cloth.
The accommodating space is divided into four independent spaces; the four independent spaces include: a physiological saline subspace 11, a disinfectant subspace 12, a first sterile gauze subspace 13, a second sterile gauze subspace 14.
The upper layer plastic cloth and the lower layer plastic cloth are combined to be divided into a plurality of subspaces, and the partition parts between the subspaces can be opened under external pressure. This technique is well established and is commonly used in packaging bags for several medicaments that need to be mixed on site.
The physiological saline subspace 11 is used for containing physiological saline; the disinfectant subspace 12 is used for accommodating iodophors or medical disinfecting alcohol; the first sterile gauze subspace 13 and the second sterile gauze subspace 14 are respectively used for accommodating sterile gauze.
Wherein the saline subspace 11 is arranged adjacent to the first sterile gauze subspace 13; the sanitizer subspace 12 is disposed adjacent to a second sterile gauze subspace 14.
Notches 31 and 32 are formed at the outer edge of the accommodating space and close to the first sterile gauze subspace 13 and the second sterile gauze subspace 14 respectively, so that the first sterile gauze subspace 13 and the second sterile gauze subspace 14 can be torn conveniently to take out the sterile gauze.
The first end of the irrigation tube 40 is located in the saline subspace 11, the second end extends outside the receiving space; the second end of the flush tube 20 is removably fitted with a plug or cap. When the wound needs to be irrigated, the irrigation pipe is opened, and the physiological saline in the irrigation pipe is poured out by gravity, so that the wound can be irrigated. The irrigation tube 40 may be a rigid plastic tube.
The physiological saline subspace 11 is formed with a triangular first auxiliary space portion, the tip of which is directed toward the first sterile gauze subspace 13; the triangular first auxiliary space part makes the upper and lower plastic cloths pressed together easier to separate under the action of external force, forming a passage for physiological saline to enter the first sterile gauze subspace.
The sterilizing liquid subspace is formed with a second auxiliary space part in a triangular shape, and the tip end faces the second sterile gauze subspace. The triangular second auxiliary space portion makes the upper and lower plastic cloths pressed together easier to separate under the external force, forming a passage for the disinfectant (medical alcohol or iodophor) to enter the second aseptic gauze subspace.
The upper layer plastic cloth and the lower layer plastic cloth are respectively rectangular.
The physiological saline subspace 11, the disinfectant subspace 12, the first sterile gauze subspace 13 and the second sterile gauze subspace 14 are distributed in a shape like a Chinese character 'tian'.
The irrigation tubes 40 are located at the corners of the rectangular shape.
A spacer groove 51 is formed between the first sterile gauze subspace 13 and the second sterile gauze subspace 14 to prevent the second sterile gauze subspace 14 from being torn apart inadvertently when only the first sterile gauze subspace 13 is torn apart. The spacer groove 51 can effectively prevent this from occurring.
If the wound needs to be irrigated, the irrigation tube is opened, and the normal saline is poured on the wound. If the wound needs to be wiped, the first auxiliary space part is pressed by external force, so that the combined upper plastic cloth and lower plastic cloth are separated at the local position, and a passage for saline water to enter the first sterile gauze subspace is formed; saline enters the sterile gauze soaked in the saline; then tearing the first sterile gauze subspace from the incision, taking out the gauze soaked by the normal saline, and then wiping and cleaning the wound. When disinfection treatment is needed, the second auxiliary space part is pressed by external force, so that the upper layer plastic cloth and the lower layer plastic cloth which are combined together are separated at the local position to form a channel for disinfectant to enter the second sterile gauze subspace; the sterile gauze soaked in the disinfectant is taken out after tearing open the second sterile gauze subspace through the incision.
