Claims (10)

1. A flat mask, comprising: the mask comprises a mask body, ear hanging parts arranged on two sides of the mask body and a plastic nose clip arranged on the upper part of the mask body; the mask body is folded along the width direction to form a plurality of layers of folded parts, and the plurality of layers of folded parts extend to two ends along the length direction of the mask body; the folding part is sequentially provided with a plurality of folding layers along the width direction, and a folding line is respectively formed among the folding layers; welding zones are arranged at two side ends of the mask body, and each welding zone comprises a bridge-shaped welding zone arranged at two side ends of the mask body along the width direction and a folding layer welding zone attached to the bridge-shaped welding zone; the bridge-shaped welding area and the folding layer welding area enable each folding layer to be unfolded towards the upper side and the lower side of the mask body by taking the intersection point of the bridge-shaped welding area and the folding line as a supporting original point.

The flat mask according to claim 1, wherein said bridge-shaped welding areas are formed by at least one welding line along the width direction at both side ends of said mask body, said folding layer welding areas are isosceles triangle welding areas, and the bottom side of said isosceles triangle welding areas coincides with said welding line; the welding line and the isosceles triangle welding area are symmetrically arranged relative to the longitudinal central axis of the mask body, and the adjacent isosceles triangle welding area is horizontally symmetrically arranged relative to the fold line.
3. The mask according to claim 2, wherein said bridge-shaped welded regions are formed by at least one welding line along the width direction at the two ends of said mask body, said folded layer welded regions are arc welded regions, and the connecting line of the two ends of said arc welded regions coincides with said welding line; the welding line and the arc welding area are symmetrically arranged relative to the longitudinal central axis of the mask body, and the adjacent arc welding areas are horizontally symmetrically arranged relative to the fold line.

The flat mask according to claim 1, wherein the bridge-shaped welding zone is configured as a sawtooth edge portion, the sawtooth edge portion is configured to be attached to the folding layer welding zone, the sawtooth edge portion is configured to match with the folding layer welding zone in shape, and the sawtooth edge portion and the folding layer welding zone are configured to enable each folding layer to be unfolded towards the upper side and the lower side of the mask body by using an intersection point of the bottom of the sawtooth edge portion and the fold line as a support origin.

The flat mask according to claim 4, wherein the folding layer welding area is an isosceles triangle welding area, the sawtooth edge portion is a triangular sawtooth edge portion, and the waist of the isosceles triangle welding area coincides with one of the tooth shapes of the triangular sawtooth edge portion; the triangular sawtooth edge part and the isosceles triangle welding area are symmetrically arranged relative to the longitudinal central axis of the mask body, and the adjacent isosceles triangle welding areas are horizontally symmetrically arranged relative to the fold line;
or the folding layer welding area is an arc welding area, the sawtooth edge part is an arc sawtooth edge part, and an arc area of the arc welding area is superposed with one tooth form of the arc sawtooth edge part; the arc sawtooth edge part and the arc welding zone are symmetrically arranged relative to the longitudinal central axis of the mask body, and the adjacent arc welding zone is horizontally symmetrically arranged relative to the fold line.

The flat mask according to claim 3, wherein the welding lines are formed by arranging a plurality of rectangular welding points or circular welding points, and the plurality of rectangular welding points or the plurality of circular welding points are uniformly arranged; the contour of the isosceles triangle welding area or the arc welding area is formed by continuous welding lines or formed by arranging a plurality of rectangular welding points or circular welding points.

10. The flat mask according to claim 4 or 5, wherein the two sides of the mask body are respectively formed with a side arc portion, and the sawtooth edge portion is disposed along the arc edge of the side arc portion.
