Description

本实用新型涉及基本上无切削加工的金属机械产品,涉及一种滑轮,特别是涉及一种双幅板压制滑轮。
滑轮是供钢丝绳导向和平衡钢丝绳分支拉力用,其结构由轮幅、轮缘和轮壳组成。滑轮一般采用实体铸造或锻造,也有焊接而成。铸、锻造的滑轮加工切削余量大、耗材多,焊接滑轮虽加工余量少,但工艺复杂,焊接变形大,热应力难以消除。近年来,国内外采用热轧工艺轧制轮缘,轮幅与轮壳连接仍采用焊接方法。虽然这种工艺在节材和整体质量上作了改进,但根本上还没有解决滑轮槽磨损而引起滑轮整体的报废和不能满足钢丝绳拉力与滑轮绳槽中心线交角大于5度时的工作状况。这一直是国内外同行期待解决的问题。
这里提供一种改进了的实用新型的双幅板压制滑轮,这种滑轮可以满足钢丝绳拉力与滑轮绳槽中心交角在15度内的工作情况,绳槽磨损时可更换护绳环。这种滑轮工作范围大、维修方便、制造省材,还有效地延长了钢丝绳的使用寿命,是滑轮的升级换代产品。
下面结合附图对本滑轮的实用新型作详细说明。
说明书附图是实用新型双幅板压制滑轮的半剖视图。二片轮幅1,相对合拢用六至八个空心管材4插入轮幅上相应的减轻孔,采用液压胀管器(专利号87205452)胀管、铆接工艺将二片轮幅紧密连接为一体,轮壳2与轮幅翻口内孔过盈配合,用二个圆锥销7连接。护绳环3是两个半圆环卡套在轮缘的绳槽部位,用八个紧定螺钉5固定。轮幅上配装牛油嘴6供注油润滑。
本实用新型双幅板压制滑轮主要特点是:
1.重量轻、用材省,仅是铸钢滑轮成品的二分之一。
2.维修方便,待滑轮磨损量达一定程度时不必拆下滑轮,只须调换护绳环。
3.抗弯曲力大,是由于双幅板上压制了加强筋和轮幅孔口翻边大圆弧过渡,能承受钢丝绳斜拉。
4.使用寿命长,由于护绳环选用优质工程塑料MC尼龙,绳槽两侧面夹角2B≈55°,轮壳采用耐磨锌基合金材料制成,使整体滑轮使用寿命比一般延长二倍以上,钢丝绳的使用寿命也大大提高。
5.钢丝绳斜拉夹角由5度扩大到15度。
本实用新型双幅板压制滑轮曾制作过直径360毫米、轮壳内径100毫米的样品,采用16毫米钢丝绳进行加载运转耐磨寿命试验。测试结果证明,运转三万次护绳环和钢丝绳均无明显磨损,运转平稳无异常,安全可靠。
本实用新型双幅板压制滑轮特别适用港口机械、矿山机械、建筑机械等工作环境恶劣、滑轮位置在高空,调换不方便的场合。
本实用新型双幅板压制滑轮的工作直径从250到1800毫米,内孔尺寸可满足用户需要。

Claims (2)

1、双幅板压制滑轮是由轮幅、轮缘、轮壳组合而成的一种滑轮。其特征在于滑轮的轮幅、轮缘由二片薄钢板压制成形,相对而合,轮幅上有六至八个圆形减轻孔,孔内装有管套,用胀管铆接的方法将管套和二片轮幅连接,轮缘内侧绳槽处卡套二个半圆形工程塑料环件作护绳环,并用紧定螺钉将其与轮缘固定,轮幅中心圆孔经拉深翻孔与轮壳作过盈配合,并安插二个圆锥销固定,双轮幅翻孔圆弧和轮壳非配合处有一容腔,轮幅一侧有一螺纹孔和轮壳中部的孔可贯通。
2、权利要求1所述的滑轮,另外一个特征在于二个半圆形工程塑料护绳环采用MC尼龙。
