9. The label rewinding device as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that said driven rotating portion (20) comprises a second blade (22), said second blade (22) being arranged below said driven rotating shaft (21).

The label rewinding device according to claim 4, characterized in that said driven rotating portion (20) comprises a second blade (22), said first blade (32), said second blade (22) and said cover plate (33) are all circular, and said first blade (32), said second blade (22) and said cover plate (33) are all acrylic plates.
