The ear belt conveying and cutting device 500 is arranged on the rack 100 and located on one side of the mask conveying line 200 and used for clamping and cutting the ear belt. On one side of the silica gel sleeve conveying mechanism 700, a positioning seat 710 is arranged at an end portion of the silica gel sleeve conveying mechanism 700, a positioning cavity 711 is arranged in the positioning seat 710 and used for positioning the silica gel sleeve conveyed by the silica gel sleeve conveying mechanism 700, and a through hole 712 penetrating through two side walls formed by the positioning cavity 711 is arranged on the positioning seat 710. Further, the lifting seat 823 is close to one end of the positioning seat 710 and is provided with a guide plate 827, and the guide plate 827 is provided with a through hole for the hook needle to pass through. The inner side of the guide plate 827 is provided with a pneumatic telescopic piece 828, the telescopic end of the pneumatic telescopic piece 828 is provided with a guide slider 829, the guide slider 829 is provided with a guide hole 829a, the pneumatic telescopic piece 828 pushes the guide slider 829 to move downwards to the bottom end, and the guide hole 829a coincides with the axis of the through hole. Further, the ear band clamping mechanism 540 includes a connecting plate 541 and first and second ear band clamps 542 and 543. The connection plate 541 is disposed on the movable base of the linear module 530, and the first and second ear band clamps 542 and 543 are disposed at opposite ends of the connection plate 541. Further, referring to fig. 8 and 9, the embodiment of the welding apparatus 400 includes a second lifting mechanism 410, a welding upper mold 420, a third lifting mechanism 430, an ultrasonic welding machine 440, a welding lower mold 450, and a welding clamping rotation mechanism 460. The supporting seat 300 includes two mounting brackets 310 and a support plate 320, two of the mounting brackets 310 are oppositely disposed on the frame 100 and located at two sides of the mask conveying line 200, and the support plate 320 is connected to two of the top ends of the frame 100. The second lifting mechanism 410 is disposed on the carrier plate 320, the upper welding mold 420 is disposed at the bottom end of the second lifting mechanism 410, the third lifting mechanism 430 is disposed in the frame 100, the ultrasonic welding machine 440 is disposed on the third lifting mechanism 430, the lower welding mold 450 is disposed on the ultrasonic welding machine 440, and each mask positioning mold 210 is provided with a clearance hole for clearance of the lower welding mold 450. The welding clamping rotating mechanisms 460 are two in number and are oppositely arranged at two ends of the carrier plate 320; the two welding clamping and rotating mechanisms 460 respectively clamp the two ear belts, which are threaded with the silica gel sleeves by the ear belt threading mechanism, to the mask positioning die 210 between the welding upper die 420 and the welding lower die 450. In this implementation, after the ear strap welding is accomplished, the ear straps of both sides are held respectively to two welding centre gripping rotary mechanism 460 to with the both ends of ear strap towards the gauze mask in the gauze mask positioning die 210, second elevating system 410 drive welding upper die 420 moves down, third elevating system 430 drive welding lower die 450 rises, make welding lower die 450 and welding upper die 420 compress tightly the tip in the ear strap on the gauze mask, under the effect of ultrasonic fusion splicer 440, make the ear strap welding on the gauze mask.
Further, the fusion splicing clamping rotation mechanism 460 includes a third translation mechanism 461, a translation carrier plate 462, two sets of connecting guide posts 463, a supporting cylinder 464, a bottom plate 465 and two sets of rotating clamp assemblies 466. The third translation mechanism 461 is disposed on the carrier plate 320, and translation plates extending to two sides of the carrier plate 320 are disposed on the third translation mechanism 461. Two sets of the connection guide posts 463 are oppositely disposed at two ends of the translation plate of the third translation mechanism 461 and slidably pass through the translation plate. The movable carrier plate 462 is connected to the upper ends of the two connecting guide posts 463, the bottom plate 465 is connected to the bottom ends of the two connecting guide posts 463, the supporting cylinder 464 is disposed on the movable carrier plate 462, and the piston rod of the supporting cylinder 464 slides through the movable carrier plate 462 to be connected with the translation plate. The two rotating clamp assemblies 466 are oppositely arranged at two ends of the bottom plate 465. The two rotating clamp assemblies 466 clamp two ends of the ear belt with silica gel sleeves, and the third translation mechanism 461 drives the moving carrier plate 320 to translate, so that the ear belt is transferred to the corresponding mask. In this embodiment, the third translation mechanism 461 drives the two sets of rotating clamp assemblies 466 to move above the two ends of the ear belt, and the supporting cylinder 464 drives the bottom plate 463, so that the two sets of rotating clamp assemblies 466 can clamp the two ends of the ear belt; the third translation mechanism 461 moves the two sets of rotating clamp assemblies 466 to the upper side of the mask; and the end part of the ear strap clamped by the rotating clamp assembly 466 rotates 180 degrees, so that the end part of the ear strap is positioned above the welding position of the mask, and the bottom plate 465 is driven to move downwards by the supporting cylinder 464, so that the rotating clamp assembly 466 places the end part of the ear strap at the welding position of the mask.
Further, the rotating clamp assembly 466 comprises a rotating shaft 4660, a connecting block 4661, a pneumatic claw 4662, a gear 4663, a pushing cylinder 4664, a rack 4665, a connecting seat 4666, a limiting block 4667 and a limiting pin 4668. The rotating shaft 4660 penetrates through the bottom plate 465 and is rotatably connected with the bottom plate 465, the connecting block 4661 is arranged at the bottom end of the rotating shaft 4660, and the air claw 4662 is arranged at one end of the connecting block 4661 far away from the rotating shaft 4660. The gear 4663 is sleeved on the upper end of the rotating shaft 4660, the pushing cylinder 4664 is arranged on the bottom plate 465, and the rack 4665 is arranged on the pushing cylinder 4664 and meshed with the gear 4663. The limiting block 4667 is disposed on the top end of the rotating shaft 4660, and the distance between the two ends of the limiting block 4667 and the axis of the rotating shaft 4660 is not equal. The connecting seat 4666 is disposed on the bottom plate 465, and the two limiting pins 4668 are disposed on the upper end of the connecting seat 4666. The pushing cylinder 4664 pushes one end of the rack 4665 to rotate the rotating shaft 4660 by 180 degrees, and one end of the limiting block 4667 is always limited at the end of one limiting pin 4668. In this embodiment, when the air claw 4662 clamps the end of the ear strap and moves above the mask, the pushing cylinder 4664 pushes the rack 4665 to move, and the rack 4665 is engaged with the gear 4663 to push the air claw 4662 to turn over 180, so as to position the end of the ear strap to the welding position of the mask.
Further, the gas gripper 4662 comprises a parallel clamp, a first jaw, and a second jaw; the first clamping jaw with the inboard of second clamping jaw all is provided with the mounting groove, two clamping jaws of parallel clamp are demountable installation respectively in corresponding in the mounting groove. This embodiment, the position of adjustable first clamping jaw and second clamping jaw centre gripping consequently realizes the centre gripping and the welding that correspond different gauze masks.
Further, the mask conveying line 200 includes two sets of chain conveyors arranged oppositely; the mask positioning module 210 is connected to two chains of the chain conveyors, and the two chains of the chain conveyors drive the mask positioning module 210 to move circularly.
Further, referring to fig. 10, the mask positioning mold 210 includes a mold plate 211, a supporting vertical plate 212 and an elastic clip 213, wherein the mold plate 211 is provided with a positioning recess 214, and the supporting vertical plate 212 is disposed in the positioning recess 214 and extends upward to support the mask. The positioning concave part 214 is provided with two mounting grooves penetrating through the mold 211, the two mounting grooves are positioned at two sides of the supporting vertical plate 212, and the elastic clamp 213 is pivoted in each mounting groove and used for clamping the mask in the positioning concave part 214. The present embodiment is suitable for a foldable mask, such as KN95, and the mask is supported on the supporting vertical plate 212, and both sides of the mask extend to both ends of the positioning recess 214, and the mask is clamped by the elastic clip 213.
Further, referring to fig. 1, the rack 100 is further provided with a material taking manipulator 110 and a conveying line 120 for taking out the mask welded with the ear strap.
