During cooking, the steam in the cooking container 100 may eventually cool and condense into water droplets on the inner wall of the cooking container 100, the food material grid 121 or the supporting tray 230, and the water droplets may accumulate downward and mostly flow back to the supporting tray 230. The surface of the supporting tray 230 is set to be in a shape that the middle of the four circumferential directions of the surface is concave, so that water drops can be conveniently accumulated, and the water drops flow back into the steam generator 500 along the lifting rod 210 through the steam nozzle 231 arranged at the lowest position, so that the steam water is effectively guided, the water accumulation in the cooking container 100 is avoided, and all parts in the cooking container 100 are protected.

Claims (10)

1. An elevating cooking system, comprising:
a cooking container is provided, wherein the cooking container can contain one or more stackable food material grids;
a steam generator capable of generating steam and steaming the food materials in the cooking container;
the lifting cooking assembly is used for lifting food material grids in the cooking container and guiding steam from the steam generator into the cooking container;
a controller for controlling the steam generator and the lifting cooking assembly.
2. The lifting cooking system of claim 1, wherein the lifting cooking assembly comprises:
the bearing tray is used for bearing the food material grids;
the bearing tray is arranged on the lifting rod;
the lifting driving device is connected with the lifting driving device and drives the lifting rod to lift;
the support tray can be flush with the upper opening of the cooking container, so that the surface of a table top for mounting the cooking container, the upper opening of the cooking container and the support tray can be adjusted to be a plane.
3. The elevating cooking system of claim 2,
the bearing tray is provided with a steam nozzle;
a steam channel is arranged in the lifting rod;
steam can enter the cooking container from the steam nozzle through the steam passage.
4. Lifting cooking system according to claim 3, characterised in that the lifting cooking assembly is further provided with a connector tube communicating with the steam outlet of the steam generator at one end and with the steam channel at the other end, movably connected to the lifting bar.
5. The lifting cooking system of claim 1, further comprising a protective housing that encases at least the lifting cooking assembly.
6. The lifting cooking system of claim 2, wherein a position sensor is disposed within the cooking vessel, the position sensor being electrically connected to the controller, the position sensor being operable to control operation of the steam generator and/or limit a range of lifting of the lifting cooking assembly via the controller.
7. The lifting cooking system of claim 6, wherein the position sensor is disposed on the docking tube, and the lifting rod cooperates with the docking tube to activate the position sensor.
8. The lifting cooking system of claim 1, wherein the cooking vessel is further provided with a water collection box for collecting condensed water and a top cover for opening or closing the cooking vessel.
9. The lifting cooking system of claim 2, wherein the lifting drive means drives the lifting rod to move up and down by means of screw or screw transmission.
10. The lifting cooking system of claim 3, wherein the surface of the support tray is recessed peripherally and centrally, and the steam jet head is located at the lowest of the recesses in the surface of the support tray.
