18. The cover structure of a cooking appliance according to any one of claims 1 to 3, further comprising a cover body (12), wherein the face cover (11) and the steam valve (2) are respectively mounted on the cover body (12);
the steam valve (2) comprises a lower valve cover (25) provided with the steam inlet (22) and an upper valve cover (24) provided with the steam outlet (23), and the upper valve cover (24) and the lower valve cover (25) jointly enclose the valve cavity (21);
the valve upper cover (24) is detachably connected with the valve lower cover (25).
19. The cover structure of a cooking appliance according to claim 18, wherein the steam valve (2) is detachably connected to the cover body (12).
20. A cooking appliance comprising a lid structure of the cooking appliance of any one of claims 1-19.
21. The cooking appliance of claim 20, wherein the cooking appliance is a rice cooker.
