Fig. 11 is a perspective view of a locking member 32 according to an embodiment of the present invention. While the locking member 32 is shown in fig. 11 as being fixedly mounted at its lower end in the recess 21 of the housing 2, in the embodiment shown in fig. 11, the locking member 32 is a square locking post, it will be appreciated that the locking member 32 may have other shapes, such as a cylinder. In the process of retracting the drawbar 1 downward into the box body, the engaging portion 321 extends into the mounting groove 1121. The lock part 32 still is equipped with the lockhole 322, and the lockhole 322 can be followed and transversely run through whole lock part formation through-hole, also can be a trough-shaped, as long as can satisfy in the lockhole is gone into to the abundant card of spring bolt 3112, the shape of lockhole is unrestricted, can be similar with spring bolt 3112, also can be other shapes, as long as satisfy that spring bolt 3112 is stable in spring bolt 3112 downthehole can. Preferably, the hole of the latch 3112 is slightly larger than the outer contour of the latch 3112 to make the latch 3112 easier to move into the hole.
In the process that the pull rod 1 is condensed in the box body 2, namely in the process that the handle 11 is downwards embedded into the groove 21, the locking piece 32 firstly enters the handle 11 and is matched with the locking pin piece 311 of the locking pin device 31, the locking pin piece 311 is forced to backwards compress the resetting piece 312 to move, when the pull rod 1 continuously moves downwards and the locking pin piece 311 of the locking pin device 31 is aligned with the locking hole of the locking piece 32, the resetting piece 312 drives the locking pin piece 311 to extend into the locking hole of the locking piece 32, the mutual locking of the pull rod 1 and the box body 2 is realized, and therefore the pull rod 1 is prevented from extending out of the box body 2 and being damaged in the processes of carrying, consignment and the like.
When the draw bar 1 needs to be pulled out from the box body 2, the driving piece 33 is controlled by the pressing control piece 34 to drive the locking pin piece 311 of the locking pin device 31 to be separated from the locking hole of the locking piece 32, and the draw bar 1 is unlocked from the box body 2. Specifically, the control member 34 controls the first driving rod 331 of the driving member 33 to move leftward, so as to drive the latch member 311 to move leftward, compress the reset member 312 and withdraw from the locking hole 1122 of the latch member 32 for unlocking, and similarly, the control member 34 controls the second driving rod 332 of the driving member 33 to drive the latch member 311 on the other side to move rightward, compress the reset member 312 on the other side and withdraw from the locking hole 1122 of the latch member 32 on the other side for unlocking, so as to pull the drawbar 1 out of the case 2.
Referring back to fig. 3, in the embodiment shown in fig. 3, two latch mechanisms are provided on the handle 11, which are identical in structure and are respectively engaged with the first driving lever 331 and the second driving lever 332, that is, the first driving lever 331 drives the latch device 31 of one latch mechanism 3 on the left side in the figure to move leftward, the second driving lever 332 drives the latch device 31 of the other latch mechanism 3 on the right side in the figure to move rightward, and the two are operated simultaneously to lock the pull rod 1 in the box 2 more stably, it is understood that in other embodiments, a single latch mechanism or a plurality of latch mechanisms 3 may be provided.
Referring back to fig. 8, the first driving rod 331 and the second driving rod 332 are further provided with a driving groove 334, a side of the driving groove 334 on the first driving rod 331 away from the first telescopic rod 12 is defined as a force-bearing surface 3341, a side of the driving groove 334 on the second driving rod 332 away from the second telescopic rod 13 is defined as a force-bearing surface 3341, the guide post 3113 of the locking pin member 311 can extend out of the mounting groove 1121 and can be movably connected to the driving groove 334, when the first driving rod 331 moves to the left, when the force-bearing surface 3341 drives the latch member 311 to move leftward to retreat from the locking hole of the locking member 32 to withdraw the drawbar 1 from the housing 2, when the holding portion 342 of the control member 34 is pressed, the pushing portion 341 moves downward and drives the first driving rod 331 to move leftward, the force-bearing surface 3341 in the driving groove 334 moves leftward and drives the guiding post 3113 to move leftward, and the guiding post 3113 moves leftward to compress the reset member 312 and disengage from the locking hole of the locking member 32, so as to unlock the lock. The moving direction of the second driving rod 332 is opposite to the moving direction of the first driving rod 331, but the operation principle of the locking mechanism 3 controlled by the second driving rod 332 is the same as that of the locking mechanism 3 of the first driving rod 331, and the description thereof is omitted.
Fig. 9 is a perspective view of a guide plate 9 according to an embodiment of the present invention. Optionally, the locking mechanism 3 further includes a slot guide plate 35, and the slot guide plate 35 is fixedly installed at the opening of the installation slot 1121 and fixes the base 3111 of the locking pin device 31 in the installation slot 1121. In the embodiment shown in fig. 9, the slot guide plate 35 is mounted to the base 112 by screws. It is understood that the guide slot plate 35 may not be used, and the locking pin member 311 may be installed in the installation slot 1121 in other manners, for example, a guide rail may be installed in the installation slot 1121, a slider is installed on the base 3111 of the locking pin member 311, and the locking pin member 311 is installed in the guide rail of the installation slot 1121 through the slider and can slide left and right in the installation slot 1121.
In this embodiment, the guide groove plate 35 is provided with a guide groove 351 extending from the upper surface of the guide groove plate 35 to the lower surface of the guide groove plate 35, the guide groove 351 includes a guide groove 3511 and an engaging groove 3512, the width of the guide groove 3511 is slightly larger than the diameter of the guide post 3113 so as to facilitate the movement of the guide post 3113 in the guide groove 3511, and the guide groove 3511 provides a movement track for the guide post 3113 so that the guide post 3113 can be accurately locked into the lock hole. The width of the engaging groove 3512 is wider than that of the guide groove 3511 so as to facilitate the entry of the engaging portion 321 of the lock member 32, and after the lock member 32 is locked to the lock member 32, the upper end of the lock member 32 can be engaged with the engaging groove 3512 so as to stabilize the entire lock mechanism 3.
In this embodiment, the widths of the guide groove 3511 and the engaging groove 3512 of the guide groove plate 35 are smaller than the width of the base 3111 of the locking pin device 31, after the locking pin device 31 is installed in the installation groove 1121, the guide groove plate 35 can fix the locking pin device 31 in the installation groove 1121 up and down, that is, when the base 112 moves up and down, the guide groove plate 35 and the installation groove 1121 drive the locking pin device 31 to move up and down together, and the locking pin device 31 can move left and right along the guide groove 3511 in the installation groove 1121.
It should be noted that, although the draw bar 1 of the present invention is described in the above embodiments by taking the draw bar box as an example, it should be understood that the draw bar 1 of the present invention is not limited to be applied to the draw bar box, but can be applied to other devices requiring dragging movement, such as a sound box, a tool box, etc.
For example, in one embodiment, the pull rod 1 may be disposed on a sound box, and the sound box is equipped with the pull rod 1 of the present invention and the bottom thereof may be provided with a roller, for example, to drag the sound box to move through the pull rod. The first telescopic rod 12 and the second telescopic rod 13 of the pull rod 1 can be arranged on a box body or in the box body of a sound box and can extend out of or be condensed on the sound box, so that the handle has an extending position and a condensing position, the handle 11 of the pull rod 1 is provided with a lock pin device 31, the top of the sound box is provided with a lock piece 32, when the pull rod 1 extends out of the sound box, namely the handle 11 is in the extending position, the lock pin device 31 is separated from the lock piece 32, when the pull rod 1 is condensed behind the sound box, namely the handle 11 is in the condensing position, the lock pin device 32 is locked into the lock piece 32, so that the pull rod 1 is locked on the sound box.
For example, in another embodiment, the draw bar 1 may be disposed on a tool box, and the tool box is equipped with the draw bar 1 of the present invention and may be provided with a roller at the bottom, for example, to drag the tool box to move through the draw bar 1. The first telescopic rod 12 and the second telescopic rod 13 of the pull rod 1 can be arranged on or in a box body of a tool box and can be extended or contracted from the tool box so that the handle 11 has an extended position and a contracted position, the handle 11 of the pull rod 1 is provided with a lock pin device 31, the top of the tool box is provided with a locking piece 32, when the pull rod 1 extends out of the tool box, namely the handle 11 is in the extended position, the lock pin device 31 is separated from the locking piece 32, when the pull rod 11 is contracted in the tool box, namely the handle 11 is in the contracted position, the lock pin device 31 is locked into the locking piece 32, so that the pull rod 1 is locked on the tool box.

Claims (16)

1. A pull rod is characterized by comprising a first telescopic rod, a second telescopic rod and a handle, wherein two ends of the handle are respectively connected with the first telescopic rod and the second telescopic rod and are provided with a lock pin device of a locking mechanism, the lock pin device is matched with a locking piece of the locking mechanism, and the handle has an extending position and a condensing position according to different states of the first telescopic rod and the second telescopic rod;
when the handle is in the retracted position, the detent mechanism locks into the lock,
when the handle is in the extended position, the detent mechanism disengages the lockout member.
2. The drawbar of claim 1, wherein the detent mechanism further includes an actuating member, the detent arrangement includes a detent member and a reset member, the reset member engages the detent member and drives the detent member toward the detent member, and the actuating member engages the detent member and drives the detent member away from the detent member.
3. The drawbar of claim 2, wherein the locking mechanism further includes a control member disposed on the handle and cooperating with the drive member to drive the drive member in motion.
4. The pull rod of claim 3, wherein the handle includes a base and a cover, the cover cooperates with the base to form an accommodation space, the driving member is mounted in the accommodation space, wherein the base is provided with at least one mounting groove, and the reset member and the latch member are movably mounted in the mounting groove.
5. The drawbar of claim 4, wherein the latch member includes a locking tongue and a guide post, the guide post being mounted in the mounting slot and engaging the drive member, the locking tongue extending in a direction perpendicular to the guide post and engaging the locking member.
6. The pull rod of claim 5, wherein a locking hole is further formed in the bottom of the mounting groove, a clamping portion is arranged at the upper end of the locking piece, the clamping portion is matched with the locking hole and can movably extend into the locking hole, and a locking hole matched with the lock tongue is formed in the lower end or the side portion of the locking piece.
7. The drawbar according to claim 6, wherein the engaging portion is provided with a guide surface, and the locking tongue of the locking pin member is provided with an inclined surface that cooperates with the guide surface.
8. The drawbar of claim 5, wherein the locking mechanism further comprises a guide plate movably mounting the detent member in the mounting slot, wherein the guide plate is provided with a guide slot through which the guide post passes and is movable along the guide slot.
9. The pull rod of claim 5, wherein the driving member has at least one driving slot, the guide post is movably connected to the driving slot, and one of the side walls of the driving slot is used for pushing the guide post to move.
10. A drawbar according to claim 9, characterized in that the drive member is provided with at least one first drive surface and the control member is provided with at least one sliding surface which cooperates with the first drive surface.
11. The tie rod of claim 10 wherein said drive member includes a first drive rod and a second drive rod, and wherein said tie rod is provided with two of said detent arrangements, said first drive rod and said second drive rod respectively engaging said two detent arrangements and each providing one of said drive slots.
12. The pull bar of claim 11, wherein one end of the first drive rod engages the first telescoping rod and the other end of the first drive rod provides the first drive surface, and wherein one end of the second drive rod engages the second telescoping rod and the other end of the second drive rod provides the second drive surface.
13. The pull rod of claim 11, wherein the control member includes a holding portion and at least one pushing portion, an upper end of the pushing portion is fixedly connected with the holding portion, and a lower end of the pushing portion forms a sliding surface at least matching with the first driving surface; preferably, one of the pushing portions forms two sliding surfaces, and the two sliding surfaces are respectively matched with the driving surface of the first driving rod and the driving surface of the second driving rod.

The drawbar according to claim 13, wherein a first pushing portion and a second pushing portion are provided at the bottom of the grip portion, and an inclined sliding surface is provided at each of both ends of the first pushing portion and the second pushing portion and respectively engaged with the first driving surface of the first driving rod and the first driving surface of the second driving rod.
15. The drawbar of claim 13, wherein the first drive rod is further provided with a first opening, the second drive rod is further provided with a second opening, one second drive surface is further provided in each of the first opening and the second opening, the second drive surface in the first opening of the first drive rod and the first drive surface of the second drive rod engage the two sliding surfaces of one of the pusher portions, and the second drive surface in the second opening of the second drive rod and the first drive surface of the first drive rod engage the two sliding surfaces of the other pusher portion.
16. A draw-bar box, characterized in that it comprises a box body and a draw-bar according to any one of claims 1 to 15, and a locking mechanism, said box body being provided with said locking member, said first telescopic bar and said second telescopic bar being telescopically mounted on said box body.
