Description
Technical Field
The embodiment of the invention relates to a logistics transportation appliance, in particular to a foldable container.
Background
A novel turnover container is provided, the container has a series of specifications from large to small, meanwhile, the container generally has a base and four independent side walls, and the side walls can be folded relative to the base during recovery, so that the recovery cost is reduced. When in use, the two adjacent side walls can be mutually meshed after being erected. Usually, a lock catch is arranged on two opposite side walls, and a cavity is generally arranged on the rear rotating vertical side wall for installing the lock catch, so that when the side wall with the lock catch is vertical and meshed with the adjacent side wall, the two vertical side walls are completely fixed; at this time, the lock catches are buckled, and the four side walls are vertically fixed. However, since the locking element is mounted in the side wall, the strength of the locking element and the strength of the side wall are a spear, which reduces the strength of the side wall when the locking element is stronger. Through practical use feedback, the shock resistance of the lock catch structure is weak, and when the whole vehicle is transported, due to the jolt of a road and the inertia caused by acceleration and deceleration, adjacent containers are easy to impact and extrude with each other, so that the lock catch or the side wall is finally broken, the side wall is occluded and disengaged, internal goods are damaged, and extra loss is caused.
In addition, two adjacent side walls of the large container on the market are mostly connected in an interlocking way by adopting staggered T-shaped hanging tables in an interlocking way, and then are matched with a side wall lock catch arranged at the top of the container to prevent the rear upright side wall from rotating inwards to be separated from the T-shaped interlocking way, so that the upright side wall of the container is fixedly connected. Such as the patent: CN201110295392 proposes a locking method, in which a cavity device driving handle is provided on a side wall, the driving handle can rotate a certain angle, a tunnel communicating the cavity with the edge of the side wall is provided on the side wall, a lock catch is installed in the tunnel, and the lock catch is driven by the rotation of the driving handle to slide back and forth in the tunnel, thereby realizing the locking function. Similarly, although the method realizes the locking function of the side plates, when liquid is loaded in the container, the liquid inside the container flows back and surges in the transportation process, the impact force on the side wall heel lock is larger, and the side wall heel lock is more prone to fracture and failure. And after the assembly is finished, the driving handle and the side plate form a semi-closed cavity, so that the dirt is easily stored and is not easy to clean.
