Description

Dried product
Technical Field
The application relates to a drying product, and belongs to the field of drying agents.
Background
The control of moisture is closely related to the yield of the product. The drying agent is used for avoiding the generation of defective products caused by excessive moisture. A desiccant tablet is one of many desiccant products.
The drying sheet is also called as a drying agent sheet, is a square small sheet-shaped product and has the functions of drying and moisture absorption. However, the conventional drying sheets are separate and single structures, and do not have a connecting structure for connecting with the dried objects, which is not only disadvantageous to carry, store and use, but also difficult to fix the scattered drying sheets at a predetermined position of the industrial product accurately and in batches by using an automatic device.
The present application is hereby presented.
Disclosure of Invention
The technical problem that this application was solved is: a dry product is provided which is convenient to carry, store and use.
The technical scheme of the application is as follows:
a dry product comprising:
a linearly extended base band, and
each of the drying sheets is detachably adhered to the base belt through a double-sided film respectively, and the drying sheets are sequentially arranged along the length direction of the base belt.
In an alternative design, the adhesion between the double-sided film and the drying sheet is greater than the adhesion between the double-sided film and the base tape.
In an alternative embodiment, the base tape is a PET film.
In an alternative design, the drying sheets are spaced along the length of the base tape.
In an alternative design, the plurality of drying sheets are arranged equidistantly along the length of the base belt.
In an alternative design, the drying sheet has a thickness of 0.2-1.0 mm.
In an alternative design, the drying sheets include at least two shapes, and the drying sheets are regularly arranged along the length direction of the base tape.
In an alternative design, the multiple drying sheets are bonded to the same side of the base tape.
In an alternative design, the dry product further comprises a reel, the base strip being wound onto the reel.
In an alternative design, the drying sheet is made of a blended polymer plastic and a desiccant.
The application has at least the following beneficial effects:
1. this application passes through two-sided film with numerous dry piece and bonds on long baseband, has not only made things convenient for depositing and carrying of a plurality of dry pieces, can bond the dry piece that tears apart moreover and fix on the corresponding article that needs the drying, has promoted the convenience of use of dry piece.
2. The reel that this dry product still disposes makes this dry product can the sale and the use of rolling, and has further promoted the convenience that many dry sheets accomodate, carry.
3. The adhesive force of the double-sided film and the drying piece is larger than that of the double-sided film and the base band, the probability that the double-sided film is torn away along with the drying piece is improved, and the drying piece torn down each time has the capability of being adhered to a dried object under at least most conditions.
4. The drying sheets are arranged at equal intervals along the length direction of the base band, so that the automatic application of the drying product is facilitated.

In the description of the present specification and claims, the term "if determined" may generally be interpreted as "at the time of the determination …" or "in response to the determination …", depending on the context.
Embodiments of the present application will now be described with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Fig. 1 to 3 show an embodiment of the drying product of the present application, which includes a linear extending base tape 1 and a plurality of drying sheets 3 having a rectangular structure, each drying sheet 3 is detachably adhered to the base tape 1 by a double-sided adhesive sheet 2, and the drying sheets 3 are sequentially arranged along the length direction of the base tape 1.
The length of the base strip 1 is usually constant meters or even several hundreds of meters, and it should have a certain strength as a carrier for the drying sheet 3.
The drying sheet 3 is also called a drying agent sheet, and can be purchased in the market directly or prepared by a known process. One known process is: the method comprises the steps of taking high polymer plastic and a molecular sieve as raw materials, preparing a large primary drying sheet product through mixing, granulating, extruding and tape casting, and cutting the large primary drying sheet product into a small-area finished drying sheet product with a required size and a required shape by adopting a film cutting process. The polymer plastic is PP or PE, and the molecular sieve can be replaced by calcium oxide which is also used as a desiccant material.
As shown in fig. 1, the drying product of the present embodiment is provided with a reel 4 for easy storage and carrying of the product, and the base tape 1 to which the plurality of drying sheets 3 are adhered is wound spirally around the reel 4. This not only enables the dried product to be sold and used in rolls, but also facilitates storage and carrying.
In practical application, the drying sheets 3 on the base tape 1 can be manually torn off to be attached to the articles or the environment to be dried, and the drying sheets 3 on the dried product can be accurately attached to the batch products on the production line by means of an automatic mechanical device, such as a labeling machine.
After the drying sheet 3 is torn off from the base tape 1, the double-sided adhesive sheet 2 may be attached to the drying sheet 3, and may be torn off together with the drying sheet 3, or may be attached to the base tape 1, so that the torn-off drying sheet 3 may not be directly attached to an article to which a drying agent is to be applied. Therefore, the adhesive force between the double-sided adhesive sheet 2 and the drying sheet 3 is designed to be larger than that between the double-sided adhesive sheet 2 and the base tape 1, the probability that the double-sided adhesive sheet 2 is torn away along with the drying sheet 3 is improved, and the drying sheet torn off each time at least mostly has the capability of being adhered to a dried object.
The design of the difference between the adhesive strength of the double-sided adhesive sheet 2 and the drying sheet 3 and the base tape 1 can be achieved at least in the following two ways:
a. the amount of the adhesive on the front and back sides of the double-sided film 2 is set differently, or the components of the adhesive on the front and back sides of the double-sided film 2 are set differently, so that the adhesive force on the front and back sides of the double-sided film 2 is different.
b. The materials of the bonded objects on the front side and the back side of the double-sided film are arranged differently.
Obviously, the method a is complex and is not easy to implement. Therefore, in the present embodiment, the means b is adopted, and specifically, the PET film inferior in adhesion to the drying sheet 3 is adopted for the base tape 1.
In order to facilitate the processing and use of the dried product, the drying sheets 3 on the base tape 1 are arranged at a distance from each other, i.e. the drying sheets 3 are arranged at intervals along the length direction of the base tape 1.
Further, in order to facilitate the automatic application of the dry product, for example, "the drying sheets 3 on the dry product are precisely attached to the batch product on the production line by using a labeling machine" as described above, the present embodiment arranges the drying sheets 3 at equal intervals along the longitudinal direction of the base tape 1.
The drying sheet 3 should not be too thick or too thin to take account of moisture absorption capacity and convenience in production and use, and preferably has a thickness of 0.2 to 1.0 mm.
The drying sheet 3 may take various shapes such as a diamond shape, a circular shape, or even a cartoon shape or a letter shape, while remaining in a sheet shape as a whole. Moreover, each drying sheet 3 on the base band 1 can be regularly arranged in different shapes, such as round-square-triangle-round … …, which is very suitable for pasting the drying sheets on different specification articles regularly arranged on the production line or different parts of the same specification article by an automatic device.
The double-sided film 2 in this embodiment is a PE double-sided tape.
The base tape 1 has a certain width and a certain thickness, the width of the rectangular drying sheet 3 is extended in the same direction as the width of the base tape 1, and the width of the base tape is larger than the width of the drying sheet.
The drying sheets 3 can be respectively adhered to two sides (two sides of the thickness) of the base tape 1, and can also be adhered to the same side (one side of the thickness) of the base tape 1, and obviously, the drying sheets can be adhered to the same side of the base tape 1, so that the drying sheet product is more convenient to manufacture and use.
The above are exemplary embodiments of the present application only, and are not intended to limit the scope of the present application, which is defined by the appended claims.
