Abstract

本实用新型提出了一种多段立式泵的拆装用支 撑架，应用在空间狭小或有异味气体挥发的施工现 场。有一对可向上翻开带支脚的翻板，铰接在底座 上，以利于泵体提出或下落。翻板内圆弧与出水管外 径接触处有密封条，可防止异味气体挥发出来，改善 了操作环境，应用起来很方便。

Description

本实用新型涉及一种多段立式泵检修、安装用的工具。
在化工行业中，污水处理需要用到多段立式泵。检修、安装时，因受到现场空间的限制，需逐段将泵轴和出水管拆下或装上。以往的方法是在每段出水管的连接法兰下架垫铁，但由于污水异味大，损害操作人员的身体健康。本实用新型提出了一种既操作方便、又可防止异味挥发出来的拆装支架。
本实用新型由底座、翻板、支脚、橡胶密封条、合页组成。底座和翻板都是对分式的。翻板是两个半环圆形的钢板，用合页铰接在底座上，可向上翻开，4－6个支脚固定在两块翻板上。翻板向上翻开时可容许泵的出水管连接法兰通过，合上后，由两个半圆环形翻板合成的内孔与泵的出水管外径吻合，并且在翻板的内孔处镶有橡胶密封条，以阻止异味气体挥发出来。出水管法兰落在支脚上，有足够的空间进行拆卸或安装的操作。
现结合附图说明：
底座（1）为对分式，中间孔的孔径比出水管连接法兰的直径大，通过4个螺钉孔（6）固定在泵的安装处。半圆环形翻板（3）由合页（2）铰接在底座（1）上，可向上翻开。橡胶密封条（5）镶嵌在半圆环形翻板（3）的内圆弧处。

Claims (3)

1、一种立式泵拆装支撑架，由对分式底座、对分式半圆环形翻板、支脚组成，其特征在于：半圆环形翻板由合页铰接在底座上，并且可向上翻起。
2、根据权利要求1所述的立式泵拆装支撑架，其特征在于：半圆环形翻板的内圆弧处镶有橡胶密封条。
3、根据权利要求1或2所述的立式泵拆装支撑架，其特征在于：两块半圆环形翻板上固定4－6个支脚。
