As shown in fig. 1 to 2, in the present embodiment, the machine tool 100 is a water wheel type machine tool. The machine tool 100 includes a frame 1, a spindle support sleeve 2, a table spindle 3, a table 4, and an oil protective sleeve 5.
The frame 1 has a rectangular shape with two side plate portions 11 arranged in parallel and opposed to each other in the vertical direction.
The main shaft support sleeve 2 is inserted into the side plate 11 of the frame 1, and includes a cylindrical bearing seat 21 and an annular bearing cover 22. The bearing housing 21 is provided at one end of the bearing cover 22 near the center of the housing 1.
The workbench main shaft 3 is fixed in the bearing seat 21 in a penetrating manner along the horizontal direction, and a bearing 24 is installed between the workbench main shaft 3 and the bearing seat 21, so that the workbench main shaft 3 can rotate. One of the bearings 24 is provided at one end of the bearing housing 21 of the main shaft support housing near the bearing cap 22, and the bearing cap 22 is provided at the outer periphery of the bearing 24.
The table 4 is disposed between the side plate portions 11 at one end of the table main shaft 3 near the center of the frame 1. The end surface of the table 4 close to the table main shaft 3 is provided with a sealing convex portion 41 in an annular shape. The workbench 4 rotates along with the workbench spindle 3, and a plurality of clamps are distributed on the circumference of the workbench 4.
The bearing cap 22 is disposed in the seal projection 41, and an end surface of the bearing cap 22 close to the table 4 is spaced apart from the table 4. The bearing housing 21 is provided at an end of the bearing cover 22 remote from the table 4, and an axis thereof coincides with the rotational axis, and an end of the bearing housing 21 remote from the table 4 is fixed to the side plate portion 11.
The outer diameter of the bearing cap 22 is smaller than the inner diameter of the sealing protrusion 41, that is, the outer diameter of the spindle support sleeve 2 inserted into the sealing protrusion 31 is smaller than the inner diameter of the sealing protrusion 41. An annular framework oil seal 23 is further arranged between the inner wall of one end, away from the bearing seat 21, of the bearing cover 22 and the outer peripheral wall of the workbench main shaft 3.

One end of the first channel of the air inlet channel 211 penetrating to the outer peripheral surface of the bearing seat 21 is connected with an external air source.
An air outlet channel 42 is formed in the side wall, close to the air storage cavity 6, of the workbench 4, the air outlet channel 42 extends along the axial direction of the workbench 4 and is communicated with the air storage cavity 6 and the inner cavity of the workbench 4. When the workbench stops rotating, an external air source leads air into the air storage cavity 6 through the air inlet channel 211 and the air vent channel 221 on the main shaft support sleeve 2, and then the air enters the workbench 4 from the air storage channel 42 to clean the synchronous clamp.

As shown in fig. 5, the sealing convex portion 41 is provided with a dust ring mounting groove 411 and a sealing ring mounting groove 412, and the dust ring mounting groove 411 is located on a side away from the air storage chamber 6. The depth of the dust ring mounting groove 411 is greater than that of the seal ring mounting groove 412. Because the outer diameter of the bearing cap 22 is smaller than the inner diameter of the sealing convex part 41, a gap is formed between the outer wall of one end of the bearing cap 22 close to the end surface of the workbench and the inner wall of the sealing convex part 41, namely, the air passing channel 9 is formed, and the air passing channel 9 is communicated with the air storage cavity 6 and the sealing ring mounting groove 412.
A sealing ring 7 and a dust ring 8 are sequentially arranged between the sealing convex part 41 and the main shaft supporting sleeve 2 from the air storage cavity 6 to the outside. The seal ring 7 is disposed in the seal ring mounting groove 412, and the dust ring 8 is disposed in the dust ring mounting groove 411.
The dust ring 8 is made of wear-resistant material and comprises a lip edge 81 and a dust ring main body 83 which are annular, and the lip edge 81 is arranged at one end of the dust ring main body 83 far away from the air storage cavity 6. The inner diameter of the lip edge 81 gradually increases from the end surface far away from the gas storage cavity 6 to the direction close to the gas storage cavity 6, the outer diameter of the lip edge 81 gradually increases from the end surface far away from the gas storage cavity 6 to the direction close to the gas storage cavity 6, and the thickness of the lip edge 81 also gradually increases from the end surface far away from the gas storage cavity 6 to the direction close to the gas storage cavity 6. The outer edge of lip 81 with a smaller thickness abuts against the outer peripheral surface of bearing cover 22, i.e. the inner peripheral surface of the end of lip 81 remote from the air storage chamber is closely attached to the outer wall of bearing cover 22. Lip 81 has a clearance with the outer peripheral surface of bearing 22 except for the edge that abuts the outer peripheral surface of bearing cap 22. An annular gland 416 is further fixed on one end of the sealing convex part 41 far away from the air storage cavity 6, a sealing groove 414 extending along the axial direction of the sealing convex part 41 is further arranged on the end face of the dust seal installation groove 411 facing the dust seal 8, and an O-shaped ring 415, namely a sealing gasket, is arranged in the sealing groove 414. The first lip 71 and the second lip 72 are protruded in a direction approaching the dust seal 8, and the first lip 71 is inclined in a direction approaching the bearing cap 22, that is, the first lip 71 is protruded in a direction of the first chamfer 82; the second lip 72 is inclined in a direction approaching the inner wall of the packing installation groove 412, that is, the second lip 72 projects in a direction of the second chamfer 413.
The third lip 73 and the fourth lip 74 project in a direction toward the end surface of the table 4, the third lip 73 is inclined in a direction toward the bearing cap 22, that is, the third lip 73 projects in a direction toward the air passage 9, and the fourth lip 74 is inclined in a direction away from the bearing cap 22, that is, the fourth lip 74 projects toward the inner corner of the seal ring mounting groove 412.
When the air reservoir 6 is not inflated, i.e. the sealing ring 7 is not subjected to air pressure, the inner diameter of the sealing ring 7 is larger than the outer diameter of the bearing cap 22 inside the sealing protrusion 41, i.e. the inner diameter of the sealing ring 7 is larger than the outer diameter of the inner portion of the spindle support sleeve 2 inserted into the sealing protrusion 41.
The width of the dust ring 8 along the radial direction of the bearing cover 22 is greater than the depth of the seal ring mounting groove 411, so that the dust ring 8 protrudes out of the side wall of the seal ring mounting groove 412, the seal ring 7 is positioned in the seal ring mounting groove 412, the seal ring 7 is positioned between the end surface of the seal ring mounting groove 412 and the end surface of the dust ring 8, the inner diameter of the seal ring 7 is greater than the outer diameter of the inner part of the main shaft support sleeve 2 inserted into the sealing convex part 41, therefore, the workbench 4 can drive the seal ring 7 to rotate when rotating, friction between the seal ring 7 and the bearing cover 22 cannot occur, the thickness of the seal ring 7 is smaller than the distance between the end surface of the dust ring 8 and the side surface of the seal ring mounting groove 412, and a space is formed around the seal ring 7.
Therefore, when the gas storage chamber 6 is in an uninflated state, that is, when gas does not pass through the gas passage 9 to apply pressure to the seal ring 7, because one end of the lip edge of the dust ring 8 abuts against the bearing cap 22, the dust ring 8 seals between the sealing protrusion 41 and the spindle support sleeve 2, and the seal ring 7 cannot seal between the sealing protrusion 41 and the spindle support sleeve 2, that is, the seal between the dust ring 8 and the sealing protrusion 41 and the spindle support sleeve 2 is tighter than the seal between the seal ring 7 and the sealing protrusion 41 and the spindle support sleeve 2, thereby playing a role of dust prevention.
When the machine tool 100 is in operation, the table 4 is rotated and the dust ring 8 is used to prevent dust from entering the gas storage chamber 6. When the worktable 4 stops rotating, an external gas source inputs gas into the gas storage cavity 6 through the gas inlet channel 211 and the ventilation channel 221; under the action of the gas pressure, the seal ring 7 can be abutted against the end face of the dust seal ring 8, and at the same time, the third lip 73 and the fourth lip 74 respectively radially expand in the direction of the outer wall of the bearing cap 22 and the inner wall face of the seal ring mounting groove 412 and respectively abut against the outer wall of the bearing cap 22 and the inner wall face of the seal ring mounting groove 412 to form a seal between the main shaft support sleeve 2 and the seal convex portion 41, the first lip 71 radially expands inward, the first lip 71 is fitted into the first chamfer 82 to seal a gap between the dust seal ring 8 and the bearing cap 22, the second lip 72 radially expands outward, the second lip 72 is fitted into the second chamfer 413 to seal between the dust seal ring 8 and the seal convex portion 41, and the sealing effect is further improved. Because of the sealing ring 7, gas flows from the gas outlet channel 42 of the worktable 4 to each synchronous clamp of the worktable 4 for purging.
