The sleeping bag of any one of claims 2 to 4, wherein the detachable connection of the first side of the warming layer to the warming layer and the detachable connection of the second side of the warming layer to the sleeping bag body comprise a bayonet connection, a hook-and-loop connection, a ladder-and-loop connection, a hook-and-loop connection, a cord-and-loop connection, a button connection, a zipper connection, a magnetic connection, a snap connection or a magic tape connection;

or;

the first opening and the second opening are of a letter seal type overlapping covering structure, wherein the first side edge of the heat-preservation layer covers the first opening and the second side edge of the heat-preservation layer covers the second opening.
