A warm-keeping breathable sleeping bag comprises a sleeping bag body and is characterized in that an opening for perspiration and ventilation and/or sweat-absorbent towel replacement, and a warm-keeping layer and a breathable layer for covering the opening are arranged at the back of the sleeping bag body; wherein the warm-keeping layer is coated outside the breathable layer;
the warm-keeping layer and the breathable layer are respectively connected with the back of the sleeping bag body in an opening and closing mode, and the opening is opened and closed through opening or covering the warm-keeping layer and the breathable layer;
when the back needs to be ventilated, the heat-preservation layer is opened;
when the sweat-absorbing towel needs to be replaced, the warm-keeping layer and the breathable layer are respectively opened, and the opening is opened;
and when the warm keeping is needed, closing the warm keeping layer and the breathable layer.

the side edge of the warm-keeping layer is detachably connected with the sleeping bag body, and the side edge of the breathable layer is overlapped with the sleeping bag body;
or;
the side edge of the warm-keeping layer is overlapped with the sleeping bag body, and the side edge of the breathable layer is overlapped with the sleeping bag body.
5. The sleeping bag of claim 1, wherein the opening is located on the upper or lower side or left or right side of the sleeping bag body at the back position.
6. The sleeping bag of claim 5,
the sleeping bag body is of an integrated bag-shaped structure, and the opening is positioned between the neck position of the sleeping bag body and the lower end position of the sleeping bag body;
or:

the sleeping bag sleeves are all integrally arranged with the sleeping bag body;
