The cover-uncovering device for a coke quenching car as claimed in claim 1, further comprising a first sensing member (6) disposed on the travel path of the coke quenching car (10) for detecting the forward travel state of the coke quenching car (10) and a second sensing member (7) disposed on the travel path of the coke quenching car (10) for detecting the return travel state of the coke quenching car (10), wherein the first sensing member (6) and the second sensing member (7) are both in communication connection with the driving parts of the lifting assembly (2) and the grabbing assembly (3).
