When the wood polishing machine is used, electrical elements appearing in the wood polishing machine are externally connected with a power supply and a control switch, a first electric push rod 9 is fixedly connected with a fixed rod 6, the fixed rod 6 is fixedly connected with a rotating motor, the rotating motor is fixedly connected with a first rotating rod 19, the first rotating rod 19 is fixedly connected with a clamping rod 7, the clamping rod 7 is fixedly connected with a rubber block 5, when wood 8 is fixed, the wood 8 is placed between the rubber blocks 5, the first electric push rod 9 is started, the first electric push rod 9 is extended to push the fixed rod 6 to move towards the middle, the fixed rod 6 drives the clamping rod 7 to move towards the middle, the rubber block 5 moves along with the movement of the clamping rod 7, the wood 8 is fixed, when the wood 8 is polished, a first rotating motor 4 and a second rotating motor 15 are started, the first rotating motor 4 rotates to drive a second rotating rod 23 to rotate, a polishing rotating shaft 13 rotates along with the rotation of the second rotating rod 23, the second rotating motor 15 rotates to drive the rolling gear 14 to roll, the rolling gear 14 rolls on the first fixing plate 2 to drive the supporting rod 16 to move, the polishing rotating shaft 13 moves along with the movement of the supporting rod 16, the second electric push rod 11 is started, the second electric push rod 11 is shortened to drive the second fixing block 10 to descend, the second fixing block 10 drives the first electric push rod 9 to descend, the wood 8 descends along with the descent of the first electric push rod 9, the bottom of the wood 8 is attached to the polishing rotating shaft 13, the wood 8 is polished by the polishing rotating shaft 13 in the moving process, after the bottom of the wood 8 is polished, the third rotating motor 20 is started, the third rotating motor 20 rotates to drive the first rotating rod 19 to rotate, the first rotating rod 19 drives the clamping rod 7 to rotate, the wood 8 rotates along with the rotation of the clamping rod 7, the positions of the top and the bottom of the wood 8 are exchanged to polish the top of the wood 8, the exhaust fan 18 is started to suck the polished sawdust into the discharge pipe 24, and then the sawdust falls into the sawdust storage box 22 through the discharge pipe 24 to be collected.
The application has the advantages that:
1. the wood turning device is reasonable in structure, the rotating motor three rotates to drive the rotating rod one to rotate, the rotating rod drives the clamping rod to rotate, wood can rotate along with the rotation of the clamping rod, the wood can be turned over, and two sides of the wood can be conveniently polished;
2. this application is rational in infrastructure, and the saw-dust that will polish out through the air exhauster inhales the unloading pipe in, the rethread unloading pipe falls into the saw-dust receiver, is convenient for collect the saw-dust, avoids the saw-dust to fall on the ground, makes the dirty in disorder that operational environment becomes.
