Background
At present, most air knives in the market are formed by bending and welding metal plates or are assembled together by two machined aluminum plates, and a plurality of arranged air outlets are arranged on one plate. The air knife not only has a complex structure, but also has uneven air outlet.

Further, in some embodiments of the present application, a first chamber and a second chamber that are communicated are disposed inside the air knife body, the first chamber is further communicated with the air inlet, and the air outlet is disposed in the second chamber.
Further, in some embodiments of the present application, the first chamber and the second chamber are disposed along an extending direction of the air knife body, and the direction of the air outlet is perpendicular to the extending direction of the air knife body.

Some embodiments of the present application will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the air knife 100 is shown for removing water, dust, etc. by blowing air. The air knife 100 comprises an air knife body 10 and a sealing assembly 20, wherein an inner cavity is formed in the air knife body 10 to allow air to pass through, and the sealing assembly 20 is arranged at two ends of the air knife body 10 to seal the inner cavity of the air knife body 10.
The air knife body 10 is of an integrally formed structure, and can be cut according to the required length without welding and forming a plurality of plates. In one embodiment, the air knife body is formed by 10-bit aluminum extrusion. In one embodiment, the inner cavity of the air knife body 10 is annular, so that compressed air can rapidly circulate in the inner cavity.
The air knife body 10 is provided with an air inlet 11, the air inlet 11 is provided with an air pipe connector 111, and the air pipe connector 111 is used for being connected with external pneumatic equipment. The inside of air knife body 10 is equipped with the cavity of a plurality of intercommunications, and the cavity still communicates with air intake 11, and wherein the cavity that deviates from air intake 11 is equipped with air outlet 12. The compressed air from outside is introduced into the chamber of the air knife body 10 from the air inlet 11 through the air pipe joint 111, and is blown out from the air outlet 12 to perform operations such as water removal and dust removal.
Referring to fig. 2 and 3, in an embodiment, a first chamber 13 and a second chamber 14 are disposed inside the air knife body 10, the first chamber 13 is further communicated with the air inlet 11, and the air outlet 12 is disposed in the second chamber.
The first chamber 13 and the second chamber 14 are provided inside the air knife body 10 in the extending direction of the length of the air knife body 10. The direction of the air inlet 11 is perpendicular to the length direction of the air knife body 10, and the air outlet direction of the air outlet 12 is perpendicular to the length extending direction of the air knife body 10 and is arranged downwards. In one embodiment, the width of the outlet 12 is set to 0.2 mm.
In one embodiment, a protrusion 15 is disposed between the first chamber 13 and the second chamber 14, and an end of the protrusion 15 is obliquely bent from the first chamber 13 toward the second chamber 14 for introducing the compressed air from the first chamber 13 into the second chamber 14.
In an embodiment, the inner diameter of the first chamber 13 is larger than the inner diameter of the second chamber 14, that is, the space of the first chamber 13 is larger than the space of the second chamber 14, so as to ensure the pressure in the second chamber 14 to achieve uniform air outlet.
Referring to fig. 2, the sealing assembly 20 includes a sealing member 21 and a cover plate 22, the sealing member 21 is disposed at an end of the air knife body 10, and the cover plate 22 is connected to the air knife body 10 to fix the sealing member 21 at the end of the air knife body 10. It can be understood that the end of the air knife body 10, the sealing member 21 and the cover plate 22 are provided with corresponding through holes, and the sealing member 21 is fixed to the end of the air knife body 10 by fixing members passing through the through holes of the end of the air knife body 10, the sealing member 21 and the cover plate 22.
In one embodiment, the seal 21 is a rubber pad.
In one embodiment, the covering surface of the sealing member 21 is the same size as the cross-section of the air knife body 10, and the covering surface of the cover plate 22 is larger than the covering surface of the sealing member 21. The part of the cover plate 22 beyond the sealing member 21 is provided with a connecting hole 221 for fixing the air knife body 10 on a mobile device, and the air knife body 10 is driven to move by the mobile device.
Referring to fig. 3, in an embodiment, the air knife body 10 is further provided with a retaining groove 16, the retaining groove 16 and the air inlet 11 are disposed at two opposite sides of the air knife body 10, and the retaining groove 16 is used for fixing the position of the air knife body 10.
In one embodiment, the retaining slot 16 is a T-slot or dovetail slot.
When the air knife 100 is used, the air knife 100 is connected with mobile equipment, the air pipe joint 111 is connected with external pneumatic equipment, compressed air enters the first chamber 13 through the air inlet 11, flows from the first chamber 13 to the second chamber 14, is sprayed out from the air outlet 12, and is driven by the mobile equipment to blow off dust, residual water and other impurities on the equipment or products.
The air knife body 10 of the air knife 100 is of an integrated structure, welding or assembling is not needed, the structure is simple, pressure in the cavity of the air knife body 10 is guaranteed through the cavities provided with a plurality of communicating holes, so that the air outlet 12 is uniform in air outlet, and further the cleaning effect is improved.

Claims (10)
1. An air knife comprising:
an air knife body;
the air knife is characterized in that the air knife body is integrally formed, the air knife is provided with an air inlet and used for being connected with external pneumatic equipment, a plurality of communicated chambers are arranged inside the air knife body, the chambers are communicated with the air inlet, and the chambers departing from the air inlet are provided with air outlets and used for guiding out air;
the air knife further comprises a sealing component which is arranged on the air knife,
the sealing components are arranged at two ends of the air knife body to seal the inner cavity of the air knife body.
2. The air knife of claim 1, wherein the air knife body is provided therein with a first chamber and a second chamber which are communicated, the first chamber is further communicated with the air inlet, and the air outlet is provided in the second chamber.
3. The air knife of claim 2, wherein the first and second chambers are disposed along an extending direction of the air knife body, and the direction of the air outlet is perpendicular to the extending direction of the air knife body.
4. The air knife of claim 2, wherein the air knife body cavity is further provided with a protrusion, and the protrusion is located between the first chamber and the second chamber.
5. The air knife of claim 2, wherein the first chamber has an inner diameter greater than an inner diameter of the second chamber.
6. The air knife of claim 1 wherein the inner wall of the chamber is annular.
7. The air knife of claim 1, wherein the seal assembly includes a seal member disposed at an end of the air knife body and a cover plate coupled to the air knife body to secure the seal member to the end of the air knife body.
8. The air knife of claim 7, wherein a cover surface of the seal is the same size as a cross-section of the air knife body, and a cover surface of the cover plate is larger than a cover surface of the seal.
9. The air knife of claim 1, wherein a retaining groove is formed in a side of the air knife body facing away from the air inlet to fix the position of the air knife body.
10. The air knife of claim 9, wherein the retaining groove is a T-shaped groove or a dovetail groove.
