The main object of the utility model is to provide a cooking utensil to solve the complicated problem of pot courage turn-ups knot tooth technology among the correlation technique.
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a cooking appliance, comprising: a pan body; the cover body is covered on the pot body; the locking structure is arranged between the cover body and the pot body, the locking structure comprises a plurality of pot teeth arranged on the side wall of the pot body at intervals and a plurality of cover teeth arranged on the side wall of the cover body and matched with the pot teeth, the pot teeth are positioned below the pot opening, the pot teeth are arranged along the horizontal direction, and the cover teeth are arranged along the horizontal direction.
Use the technical scheme of the utility model, be provided with a plurality of pot teeth on the lateral wall of the pot body, be provided with a plurality of lid teeth on the lateral wall of lid. The pot body and the cover body can be buckled and bear pressure through the screwing of the pot teeth and the cover teeth. Meanwhile, the pot teeth are positioned below the pot mouth. The arrangement of the structure ensures that a certain distance is reserved between the pot teeth and the top surface of the pot body, thus being convenient for processing and forming the pot teeth. Above-mentioned a plurality of pot teeth and a plurality of lid tooth all set up along the horizontal direction, set up or spiral setting for the slope, the lid tooth exerts the power along the circumference direction of the pot body to pot tooth hardly for the lid tooth is difficult to along the circumference roll-off of the binding face of pot tooth and lid tooth, has guaranteed the security of user in the use. Meanwhile, compared with the flanging and tooth-buckling process of the pot liner in the related technology, the pot tooth processing does not need to cut off a large amount of materials to form spaced gaps so as to realize the matching of the pot body and the cover body, so that the process is simple, and the connection strength is higher. Therefore, the technical scheme of the utility model effectively solves the problem of complex process of flanging and buckling teeth of the pot liner in the related technology.
Further, a first distance D1 is arranged between the pot teeth and the top surface of the pot body, and the first distance D1 satisfies the following conditions: d1 is more than or equal to 5mm and less than or equal to 16mm, and/or a second distance D2 is reserved between the cover tooth and the bottom surface of the cover body, and the second distance D2 satisfies the following conditions: d2 is more than or equal to 3mm and less than or equal to 10 mm. The size of the first distance D1 makes the inner surface of the side wall of the pot body and the sealing ring have enough fitting height to meet the sealing requirement in the cooking process, and simultaneously makes the height of the cover body matched with the pot body reasonable. Above-mentioned first distance D1 can also be convenient for machine-shaping, avoids simultaneously because apart from the undersize between pot tooth and the pot body top surface, the condition that the pot mouth warp appears in the lead to course of working. The second distance D2 is sized to facilitate the machining of the cover teeth so that the bottom of the cover body does not deform significantly during the machining process. And meanwhile, the cover body has reasonable size in the height direction.
Further, the first distance D1 satisfies: d1 is more than or equal to 8mm and less than or equal to 9mm, and the second distance D2 satisfies the following condition: d2 is not less than 4.5mm and not more than 5.5 mm. The first distance D1 is sized to satisfy the sealing requirement of the cooking utensil and to make the cover reasonable in size. The second distance D2 is sized to facilitate the manufacture of the cover tooth structure and to allow the cover body to be of a reasonable size.
Furthermore, the cross sections of the pot tooth and the cover tooth are both trapezoidal or triangular. Wherein, pot tooth includes first inclined wall and the second inclined wall that is located first inclined wall below, and the first contained angle a1 between first inclined wall and the horizontal plane is greater than the second contained angle b1 between second inclined wall and the horizontal plane, and the lid tooth includes third inclined wall and the fourth inclined wall that is located the third inclined wall below, and third contained angle a2 between third inclined wall and the horizontal plane is less than the fourth contained angle b2 between fourth inclined wall and the horizontal plane. The second inclined wall and the third inclined wall are less inclined relative to the horizontal plane, so that the third inclined wall of the cover tooth can be effectively prevented from sliding out along the second inclined wall of the pot tooth, and the pressure bearing capacity of the cover tooth and the pot tooth is improved. Meanwhile, the first inclined wall and the fourth inclined wall are inclined relatively greatly relative to the horizontal plane, so that the bending moment borne by the first inclined wall and the fourth inclined wall is relatively small in the pressure bearing process, the first inclined wall and the fourth inclined wall are not easy to deform, and the pressure bearing capacity of the cover teeth and the pot teeth is further improved.
Further, the first included angle a1 and the second included angle b1 satisfy: a1 is more than or equal to 2 x b1, and the third included angle a2 and the fourth included angle b2 satisfy the following conditions: b2 is more than or equal to 2 × a 2. The pot teeth and the cover teeth are convenient to process due to the arrangement of the sizes, and meanwhile, the pot teeth and the cover teeth are not easy to deform.
Furthermore, the cross sections of the pot tooth and the cover tooth are both trapezoidal or triangular. The pot tooth comprises a first inclined wall and a second inclined wall positioned below the first inclined wall, a second included angle b1 between the second inclined wall and the horizontal plane meets the condition that b1 is more than or equal to 5 degrees and less than or equal to 30 degrees, the cover tooth comprises a third inclined wall and a fourth inclined wall positioned below the third inclined wall, and a third included angle a2 between the third inclined wall and the horizontal plane meets the condition that a2 is more than or equal to 5 degrees and less than or equal to 30 degrees. The size setting gives consideration to the economical efficiency and feasibility of processing and the pressure-bearing effect of the pot teeth and the cover teeth.
Further, the tooth height h1 of the pot tooth satisfies: h1 is more than or equal to 2mm and less than or equal to 5mm, and the tooth height h2 of the covered tooth meets the following requirements: h2 is more than or equal to 2mm and less than or equal to 5 mm. The size can ensure the locking effect of the pot teeth and the cover teeth, and can ensure the safety of the cooking utensil in an up-pressing state. The size can well reduce the processing cost and simultaneously ensure that the size of the cooking utensil is reasonable.
Furthermore, the cross sections of the pot tooth and the cover tooth are both trapezoidal. Wherein, the crest width e1 of the pot tooth satisfies: e1 is more than or equal to 2mm and less than or equal to 5mm, and the tooth bottom width d1 of the pot tooth meets the following requirements: d1 is more than or equal to 4mm and less than or equal to 10mm, and the crest width e2 of the cover tooth meets the following requirements: e2 is more than or equal to 2mm and less than or equal to 5mm, and the tooth bottom width d2 of the cover tooth meets the following requirements: d2 is more than or equal to 4mm and less than or equal to 10 mm. The size ensures the connection strength of the locking structure, so that the cooking utensil can meet the pressure bearing requirement in the pressure cooking process; meanwhile, the material waste and the excessive occupation of space caused by the large integral size of the cooker body assembly are avoided.
Furthermore, the pot teeth are arranged at equal intervals, and the cover teeth are arranged at equal intervals. The tooth width f2 of the cover tooth is smaller than the tooth width f1 of the pot tooth, or the tooth width f2 of the cover tooth is larger than the tooth width f1 of the pot tooth. The pot teeth and the cover teeth are arranged at equal intervals, so that the pot teeth and the cover teeth are easy to process, a user can easily align the cover body in the process of buckling the cover body, and the pot teeth and the cover teeth are convenient for the user to use. Meanwhile, after the pot body and the cover body are aligned, a certain fit clearance is formed between the adjacent pot teeth and the cover teeth, so that the pot teeth and the cover teeth cannot interfere with each other in the covering process.
Further, pot tooth and lid tooth clearance fit, the fit clearance c of pot tooth and lid tooth satisfies: c is more than or equal to 0.3mm and less than or equal to 1.5 mm. The fitting clearance c can satisfy the connection strength of the locking structure.
Further, the pan teeth are stamped and formed on the pan body, and/or the cover teeth are stamped and formed on the cover body. The punch forming has the advantages of high surface quality, simple process, low cost, high processing efficiency and the like, and the processed pot teeth and cover teeth have stable quality and good consistency.
Furthermore, the pot teeth protrude outwards from the outer surface of the pot body, and the cover teeth protrude inwards from the inner surface of the cover body. The arrangement makes the processing easier and simultaneously conforms to the use habit of the user.

Meanwhile, it should be understood that the sizes of the respective portions shown in the drawings are not drawn in an actual proportional relationship for the convenience of description. Techniques, methods, and apparatus known to those of ordinary skill in the relevant art may not be discussed in detail but are intended to be part of the specification where appropriate. In all examples shown and discussed herein, any particular value should be construed as merely illustrative, and not limiting. Thus, other examples of the exemplary embodiments may have different values. It should be noted that: like reference numbers and letters refer to like items in the following figures, and thus, once an item is defined in one figure, further discussion thereof is not required in subsequent figures.
As shown in fig. 1, 2 and 7, the cooking appliance of the present embodiment includes: pot 10, lid 20 and locking structure 30. The cover body 20 is covered on the pot body 10. The locking structure 30 is disposed between the cover 20 and the pot body 10, and the locking structure 30 includes a plurality of pot teeth 31 disposed on a sidewall of the pot body 10 at intervals and a plurality of cover teeth 32 disposed on a sidewall of the cover 20 and engaged with the plurality of pot teeth 31. The pot teeth 31 are positioned below the pot mouth. The pot teeth 31 are horizontally arranged, and the cover teeth 32 are horizontally arranged.
By applying the technical scheme of the embodiment, a plurality of pot teeth 31 are arranged on the side wall of the pot body 10, and a plurality of cover teeth 32 are arranged on the side wall of the cover body 20. The pot teeth 31 and the cover teeth 32 are screwed to realize the buckling and pressure bearing of the pot body 10 and the cover body 20. Meanwhile, the pot teeth 31 are positioned below the pot mouth. The arrangement of the structure enables a certain distance to be reserved between the pot teeth 31 and the top surface of the pot body 10, thus facilitating the processing and forming of the pot teeth 31 and the cover teeth 32. Above-mentioned a plurality of pot teeth 31 and a plurality of lid tooth 32 all set up along the horizontal direction, set up or spiral setting for the slope, when cooking utensil pushed up, lid tooth 32 hardly applys the power along the circumferential direction of pot body 10 to pot tooth 31 for lid tooth 32 is difficult to the circumference roll-off along the binding face of pot tooth 31 and lid tooth 32, has guaranteed the security of user in the use. Meanwhile, compared with the flanging and tooth-fastening process of the pot liner in the related art, the pot tooth 31 is processed without cutting off a large amount of materials to form spaced gaps so as to realize the matching of the pot body 10 and the cover body 20, so that the process is simple and the connection strength is high. Therefore, the technical scheme of the embodiment effectively solves the problem that the process of flanging and buckling the teeth of the pot liner in the related art is complex.
The pot teeth 31 and the cover teeth 32 are arranged along the horizontal direction, that is, each pot tooth 31 is arranged horizontally, and a plurality of pot teeth 31 are arranged on the pot body 10 along the same height; each of the cover teeth 32 is horizontally disposed, and a plurality of the cover teeth 32 are disposed along the same height on the cover body 20. In the using process, the pot teeth 31 and the cover teeth 32 are mutually attached to realize pressure bearing. When the cooking utensil is pressed upwards, the pot teeth 31 and the cover teeth 32 are arranged along the horizontal direction, and the cover teeth 32 hardly apply force to the pot teeth 31 along the circumferential direction of the pot body 10, so that the cover teeth 32 are not easy to slide out along the circumferential direction of the joint surface of the pot teeth 31 and the cover teeth 32.
As shown in fig. 7, a first distance D1 is provided between the pot teeth 31 and the top surface of the pot body 10, and the first distance D1 satisfies: d1 is more than or equal to 5mm and less than or equal to 16 mm. It should be noted that D1 is larger than 16mm, which makes the cover 20 engaged with the pot 10 to be too large in height. When D1 is less than 5mm, the joint height between the inner surface of the side wall of the pot body 10 and the sealing ring 50 is too small to meet the sealing requirement of the cooking utensil; meanwhile, in the processing process, the pot mouth can deform due to the fact that the distance between the pot teeth 31 and the top surface of the pot body 10 is too small. Thus, the first distance D1 is sized such that the cooking tooth 31 can satisfy the sealing requirement of the cooking utensil and the cover 20 is sized reasonably.
As shown in fig. 7, the cover teeth 32 and the bottom surface of the cover body 20 have a second distance D2 therebetween, and the second distance D2 satisfies: d2 is more than or equal to 3mm and less than or equal to 10 mm. The second distance D2 is sized to facilitate the machining of the cover teeth 32 so that the bottom of the cover body 20 does not deform significantly during the machining process. While also allowing the cover 20 to have a reasonable dimension in the height direction.
As shown in fig. 7, the first distance D1 satisfies: the D1 is more than or equal to 8mm and less than or equal to 9mm, and the first distance D1 enables the pot teeth 31 to meet the sealing requirement of the cooking utensil and enables the cover body 20 to be reasonable in size. The second distance D2 satisfies: the D2 is more than or equal to 4.5mm and less than or equal to 5.5mm, and the size of the second distance D2 enables the structure of the cover tooth 32 to be convenient to process, and the size of the cover body 20 to be reasonable.
In the present embodiment, the pot teeth 31 are stamped on the pot body 10, and the cover teeth 32 are stamped on the cover body 20. The punch forming has the advantages of high surface quality, simple process, low cost, high processing efficiency and the like, and the precision of the processed teeth is mainly ensured by the die, so that the processed pot teeth 31 and the processed cover teeth 32 have stable quality and good consistency.
Of course, other possible processing methods of the pot teeth and the cover teeth include rolling and the like, and the processing of the cover teeth and the pot teeth is within the protection scope of the present application.
In the present embodiment, the pot teeth 31 protrude outward from the outer surface of the pot body 10, and correspondingly, the cover teeth 32 protrude inward from the inner surface of the cover body 20, that is, the pot body 10 is provided with outer punching teeth, and the cover body 20 is provided with inner punching teeth. The above arrangement makes the processing easier and also conforms to the usage habit of the user (i.e. the cover 20 is covered above the pot body 10 and the side wall of the pot body 10 is located inside the side wall of the cover 20). In the embodiment not shown in the figures, the pot teeth may also be arranged to protrude inwards from the inner surface of the pot body, and correspondingly, the cover teeth are arranged to protrude outwards from the outer surface of the cover body.
As shown in fig. 3 to 7, in the present embodiment, both the pot teeth 31 and the lid teeth 32 have a trapezoidal cross section. Wherein, the pot teeth 31 comprise a first inclined wall 311 and a second inclined wall 312 positioned below the first inclined wall 311, and a first included angle a1 between the first inclined wall 311 and the horizontal plane is larger than a second included angle b1 between the second inclined wall 312 and the horizontal plane. The cap teeth 32 include a third inclined wall 321 and a fourth inclined wall 322 positioned below the third inclined wall 321, and a third included angle a2 between the third inclined wall 321 and the horizontal plane is smaller than a fourth included angle b2 between the fourth inclined wall 322 and the horizontal plane.
During pressure cooking, the lower surface of the pot tooth 31 engages with the upper surface of the cover tooth 32, i.e., the second inclined wall 312 and the third inclined wall 321. The second inclined wall 312 and the third inclined wall 321 have small inclination relative to the horizontal plane, so that the third inclined wall 321 of the cover tooth 32 can be effectively prevented from sliding out along the second inclined wall 312 of the pot tooth 31, and the pressure bearing capacity of the cover tooth 32 and the pot tooth 31 is improved. Meanwhile, the first inclined wall 311 and the fourth inclined wall 322 are inclined relatively greatly relative to the horizontal plane, so that the bending moment borne by the first inclined wall 311 and the fourth inclined wall 322 is relatively small in the pressure bearing process, the first inclined wall 311 and the fourth inclined wall 322 are not prone to deformation, and the pressure bearing capacity of the cover tooth 32 and the pot tooth 31 is further improved.
In the present embodiment, the pot tooth 31 and the lid tooth 32 are both trapezoidal in cross section. In other implementable modes of the present application, the cross sections of the pot teeth and the cover teeth can also be triangular, as long as the pressure-bearing requirements of the cooking utensil can be met and the matching between the pot teeth and the cover teeth is realized.
As shown in fig. 5 and 6, in order to better realize the bearing and ensure the bearing strength, a second included angle b1 between the second inclined wall 312 of the pot tooth 31 and the horizontal plane satisfies 5 ° ≦ b1 ≦ 30 °, and at the same time, a third included angle a2 between the third inclined wall 321 of the cover tooth 32 and the horizontal plane satisfies 5 ° ≦ a2 ≦ 30 °. The arrangement of the sizes is as horizontal as possible on the premise of ensuring the stamping inclination, the economical efficiency and the feasibility of processing and the pressure bearing effect of the pot teeth 31 and the cover teeth 32 are considered, and the pot teeth 31 and the cover teeth 32 are more attractive. It should be noted that, when the included angle is smaller than 5 °, the pot tooth and the cover tooth have a better pressure-bearing capacity, but have a high processing difficulty, are not easy to implement, and have a high cost. When the included angle is larger than 30 degrees, the pressure bearing capacity of the pot teeth and the cover teeth is weaker. Preferably, b 1-a 2-15 °.
As shown in fig. 5 and 6, the first included angle a1 and the second included angle b1 satisfy: a1 is more than or equal to 2 x b 1; the third included angle a2 and the fourth included angle b2 satisfy that: b2 is more than or equal to 2 × a 2. The arrangement of the sizes facilitates the processing of the pot teeth 31 and the cover teeth 32, and simultaneously ensures that the pot teeth 31 and the cover teeth 32 are not easy to deform. Preferably, a 1-2.8 × b1 and b 2-2.8 × a 2.
As shown in fig. 5 and 6, the height h1 of the pot teeth 31 satisfies: h1 is more than or equal to 2mm and less than or equal to 5mm, and the tooth height h2 of the cover tooth 32 meets the following requirements: h2 is more than or equal to 2mm and less than or equal to 5 mm. The above dimensions can ensure the locking effect of the pot teeth 31 and the cover teeth 32, and can ensure the safety of the cooking utensil in the pressed state. The size can well reduce the processing cost and simultaneously ensure that the size of the cooking utensil is reasonable. Preferably, h 1-h 2-3.5 mm.
The cross sections of the pot teeth 31 and the cover teeth 32 are trapezoidal. Wherein, the crest width e1 of the pot teeth 31 satisfies: e1 is more than or equal to 2mm and less than or equal to 5mm, and the tooth bottom width d1 of the pot tooth 31 meets the following requirements: d1 is more than or equal to 4mm and less than or equal to 10 mm; the crest width e2 of the cover tooth 32 satisfies: e2 is more than or equal to 2mm and less than or equal to 5mm, and the width d2 of the bottom of the cover tooth 32 meets the following requirements: d2 is more than or equal to 4mm and less than or equal to 10 mm. The above dimensions ensure the connection strength of the locking structure 30, so that the cooking appliance can meet the pressure bearing requirements in the pressure cooking process; meanwhile, the material waste and the excessive occupation of space caused by the large integral size of the cooker body assembly are avoided.
In the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 5 and 6, the crest width e1 of the pot tooth 31 is equal to the crest width e2 of the cover tooth 32, i.e., e1 ═ e2 ═ 3.5 mm; the root width d1 of the pot tooth 31 is equal to the root width d2 of the cover tooth 32, i.e., d1 is equal to d2 is equal to 7 mm. Thus, the tight fit between the pot teeth 31 and the cover teeth 32 can be ensured, and the connection strength of the locking structure 30 can be ensured. It should be noted that, when e1 and e2 are smaller than 2mm, and d1 and d2 are smaller than 4mm, the connection strength of the locking structure 30 cannot meet the pressure-bearing requirement of the cooking utensil during the pressure cooking process. Meanwhile, when e1 and e2 are greater than 5mm, and d1 and d2 are greater than 10mm, although the increase in size can further increase the coupling strength of the locking structure 30, the increase in size further increases the overall size of the cooking appliance, which may cause waste of materials on the one hand and occupy too much space on the other hand.
The pot teeth 31 are arranged at equal intervals, and the cover teeth 32 are arranged at equal intervals. The tooth width f2 of the cover tooth 32 is greater than the tooth width f1 of the pot tooth 31. The pot teeth 31 and the cover teeth 32 are arranged at equal intervals, so that the pot teeth are easy to process, the cover body 20 is easy to align when a user buckles, and the pot teeth and the cover teeth are convenient to use. As shown in fig. 2, 8, 9 and 10, in the present embodiment, in order to facilitate the engagement and alignment, there are 6 pot teeth 31 and cover teeth 32. In order to improve the bearing capacity and the use convenience: the pot teeth 31 should utilize the circumferential length of the pot body 10 as much as possible, and the cover teeth 32 should utilize the circumferential length of the cover body 20 as much as possible; meanwhile, when the pot body 10 and the cover body 20 are aligned (i.e., the cover teeth 32 are aligned with the space between two adjacent pot teeth 31, and correspondingly, the pot teeth 31 are aligned with the space between two adjacent cover teeth 32), a certain fit gap is also formed between the adjacent pot teeth 31 and the cover teeth 32, so that the pot teeth 31 and the cover teeth 32 do not interfere with each other in the covering process. The sum of the central angles corresponding to the widths of the 6 pot teeth 31 and the 6 cover teeth 32 should be close to 360 °. Preferably, the central angle corresponding to the tooth width f2 of the cover tooth 32 is 30 °, and the central angle corresponding to the tooth width f1 of the pot tooth 31 is 28 °.
Meanwhile, the tooth width f2 of the cover tooth can be smaller than the tooth width f1 of the pot tooth, and when 6 pot teeth and 6 cover teeth are provided, the central angle corresponding to f1 can be 30 degrees, and the central angle corresponding to f2 can be 28 degrees.
As shown in fig. 5 and 6, the pot teeth 31 and the cover teeth 32 are in clearance fit, and the fit clearance c between the pot teeth 31 and the cover teeth 32 satisfies: c is more than or equal to 0.3mm and less than or equal to 1.5 mm. The above-described fitting clearance c can satisfy the connection strength of the lock structure 30. When the fit clearance c is larger than 1.5mm, the lid 20 and the pot body 10 are not fit tightly enough, and the contact area between the pot teeth 31 and the lid teeth 32 may be reduced during pressure bearing, and the locking structure 30 cannot meet the pressure bearing requirement of the cooking appliance in the pressure cooking process. Preferably, c is 0.7 mm.
The pressure-bearing test was performed on the cooking utensils obtained in examples 1 to 6 and comparative examples 1 to 4, and the properties are shown in table 1.
