Chinese patent No. CN206297970U discloses a garbage classification recycling system, which comprises a garbage recycling bin, wherein the garbage recycling bin comprises a plurality of sub-bin bodies separated by vertical partition plates, and a top plate of the sub-bin body is provided with a first throwing door and a first opening and closing button; the front panel of the box body is a dumping door panel which can be opened and closed, a second throwing door and a second opening and closing button are arranged on the dumping door panel, and a voice broadcast device is also arranged on the dumping door panel; a primary and secondary garbage can is arranged in the sub-box body, the opening of the primary garbage can corresponds to the first throwing door, and the opening of the secondary garbage can corresponds to the second throwing door.
To the above-mentioned correlation technique, the inventor thinks to divide into the primary and secondary garbage bin setting with the garbage bin, needs sanitation workman to retrieve the rubbish in secondary garbage bin and the primary garbage bin respectively when retrieving rubbish, has increased the work load of sanitation workman when retrieving rubbish, brings the inconvenience for sanitation workman's work.

Through adopting above-mentioned technical scheme, when retrieving rubbish, the sanitationman opens the door plant to take out the garbage bin and carry out recovery work to rubbish, thereby accomplish the categorised recovery work to rubbish, the first opening of garbage bin and the setting that the second opening corresponds the first mouth of puting in of subbox respectively and puts in the mouth with the second, can reduce the installation quantity of garbage bin, and then reduced the garbage bin volume that the sanitationman needs to retrieve, be favorable to improving the convenience that the sanitationman retrieved rubbish.

Optionally, a handle is mounted on the side wall of the garbage can, which is far away from the front panel of the sub-box body.

The present application is described in further detail below with reference to figures 1-6.
The embodiment of the application discloses garbage classification and recovery system. Referring to fig. 1, a garbage sorting and recycling system includes a garbage recycling bin 1, and the garbage recycling bin 1 includes a plurality of sub-bins 2 partitioned by vertical partitions. In the present embodiment, the number of the sub-tanks 2 is set to four. The equal fixedly connected with in top of subbox 2 is the show board 3 of vertical setting, and every show board 3 corresponds shows different waste classification to reach the classified storage to rubbish. The top of the sub-box body 2 is arranged obliquely downwards towards the front side along the back side so as to be convenient for people to throw in garbage. A first throwing opening is formed in the top plate of the sub-box body 2, and a first throwing door 4 for opening and closing the throwing opening is hinged to the top of the sub-box body 2; the front panel of the sub-box body 2 is provided with a second throwing opening, and the front panel of the sub-box body 2 is hinged with a second throwing door 5 for opening and closing the second throwing opening. The setting of mouth is put in to the second, and children can put in rubbish together with next accompanying of head of a family, can effectively train children from little hands-on ability and rubbish classification consciousness.
Referring to fig. 2, a garbage can 6 is mounted inside the sub-box 2, a first opening 7 aligned with the first input opening is formed in the top of the garbage can 6, and a second opening 8 aligned with the second input opening is formed in one side, facing the front panel of the sub-box 2, of the garbage can 6. The first opening 7 and the second opening 8 of garbage bin 6 correspond the setting of first input mouth and the second input mouth of subbox 2 respectively, can reduce the installation quantity of garbage bin 6, and then reduced the garbage bin 6 volume that the sanitationman needs to retrieve, are favorable to improving the convenience that the sanitationman retrieved rubbish.
Further, in order to improve the convenience of the sanitation worker for moving the garbage can 6, the bottom of the garbage can 6 is provided with the roller 9, and the side wall of the garbage can 6 far away from the front of the ion box body 2 is fixedly provided with the handle 10. When the garbage is recycled, the sanitation worker can pull the handle 10 to drive the garbage can 6 to move, so that the garbage can 6 is moved out of the sub-box body 2, and the garbage is recycled.
Referring to fig. 3, the sub-tank 2 is opened at a rear side thereof for a sanitation worker to access the garbage can 6. The back side of the sub-box 2 is provided with a door panel 11 for opening and closing the opening. One side of the door panel 11 in the vertical direction is a hinge side 111, and the other side of the door panel 11 in the vertical direction is a connection side 112. The hinged side 111 of the door panel 11 is rotatably connected to a side wall of the sub-box 2 by a rotating shaft 12. Specifically, the rotating shaft 12 is vertically disposed, and a side wall of the rotating shaft 12 is fixedly connected to a side wall of the hinge side 111 of the door panel 11 through a connecting plate. A slot 14 is formed on one side wall of the sub-box 2, and the rotating shaft 12 is in inserted fit with the slot 14. The top and the bottom of the plug are respectively provided with a sleeve 13, and two ends of the rotating shaft 12 are respectively plugged with the two sleeves 13 and are in running fit with each other. So that the door panel 11 can be rotated in a vertical direction and open and close the opening of the sub-tank 2.
Referring to fig. 4 and 5, the connecting side 112 of the door panel 11 is fixedly connected with a clamping block 16, a clamping groove 17 is formed in one side wall of the sub-box 2 away from the hinged side 111 of the door panel 11 and faces one side of the inside of the sub-box 2, a groove wall of the clamping groove 17 penetrates through one side of the sub-box 2 away from the front panel and is arranged in an opening, and the clamping block 16 is in clamping fit with the clamping groove 17. Therefore, when the door panel 11 is closed, the door panel 11 can be fixed through the clamping cooperation of the clamping block 16 and the clamping groove 17.
Referring to fig. 5, in order to improve the stability of the clamping fit between the clamping block 16 and the clamping groove 17, a sliding groove 20 is formed at the bottom of the clamping groove 17, a locking block 18 is slidably fitted in the sliding groove 20, and a return spring 19 is arranged in the sliding groove 20. One end of the return spring 19 is fixedly connected with the bottom of the sliding groove 20, the other end of the return spring 19 is fixedly connected with one end of the locking block 18 facing the bottom of the sliding groove 20, and the elastic direction of the return spring 19 is the same as the moving direction of the locking block 18. When the return spring 19 is in a natural state, the locking block 18 is partially positioned in the sliding groove 20, and the other part of the locking block 18 extends out of the sliding groove 20. The bottom of the clamping block 16 is provided with a locking groove 21 which can be in inserting fit with the locking block 18, when the clamping block 16 is in clamping fit with the clamping groove 17, the locking groove 21 is aligned with and communicated with the sliding groove 20, so that the locking block 18 can be properly inserted into the locking groove 21, and the clamping block 16 is prevented from being separated from the clamping groove 17.
Further, the side wall of the locking block 18 is fixedly connected with a fixing rod 23, the groove wall of the sliding groove 20 penetrates through the back side of the sub-box body 2 to be provided with a groove 22, the length direction of the groove 22 is the same as the moving direction of the locking block 18, and the fixing rod 23 is in sliding fit with the groove 22. One end of the fixing rod 23, which is far away from the locking block 18, extends out of the side wall of the sub-box body 2, so that when a sanitation worker needs to open the door panel 11, the fixing rod 23 can be pushed to drive the locking block 18 to move towards the sliding groove 20 and be separated from the locking groove 21, and the clamping relation between the clamping block 16 and the clamping groove 17 is removed, so that the door panel 11 is opened.
Referring to fig. 3, in order to facilitate the sanitationman to open the door panel 11, a door handle 24 is installed on an outer sidewall of the door panel 11.
Referring to fig. 5, in order to facilitate the sanitation worker to close the door panel 11, a guide slope 25 is provided to a side of the latch block 18 facing the back side of the sub-tank 2, and the guide slope 25 is provided to be inclined downward along the top of the latch block 18 toward the bottom of the latch block 18. When the door panel 11 is closed, the clamping block 16 is fixed towards the clamping groove 17, the side wall of the clamping block 16 extrudes the guide inclined surface 25 of the locking block 18 at the moment, so that the locking block 18 moves towards the sliding groove 20 and extrudes the return spring 19, when the locking groove 21 is aligned with and communicated with the sliding groove 20, the locking block 18 rapidly slides towards the direction in the locking groove 21 under the elastic action of the return spring 19 and is inserted into the locking groove 21, and the door panel 11 is closed.
Referring to fig. 3, a torsion spring 15 is disposed inside the sleeve 13, and the torsion spring 15 is sleeved on the rotating shaft 12. One end of the torsion spring 15 is fixedly connected with the inner side wall of the sleeve 13, the other end of the torsion spring 15 is fixedly connected with the side wall of the rotating shaft 12, and when the torsion spring 15 is in a natural state, the door panel 11 is in an open state. When the sanitation worker needs to open the door plate 11, as long as promote the dead lever 23 and drive in the slider immigration spout 20 and break away from the locking groove 21, under the torsion effect of torsional spring 15 this moment, the door plate 11 can be opened automatically to save the sanitation worker and open the step of door plate 11, be favorable to improving the convenience that sanitation worker retrieved rubbish.
The implementation principle of the garbage classification and recovery system in the embodiment of the application is as follows:
when sanitation workers need to recover garbage, the locking block 18 can be driven to move towards the sliding groove 20 and be separated from the locking groove 21 through pushing the fixing rod 23, at the moment, the door plate 11 is automatically opened under the action of the torsion spring 15, the sanitation workers can pull the handle 10 to drive the garbage can 6 to move out of the sub-box body 2, the garbage in the garbage can 6 is recovered, the work of manually opening the door plate 11 by the sanitation workers is omitted, and the convenience of recovering the garbage by the sanitation workers is improved.
