The printer according to claim 2, wherein the number of the positioning bosses is two, and the two positioning bosses are respectively positioned at two sides of the paper passing channel; the first hinge shaft is close to the paper feeding side of the lower working part, the positioning bosses extend from the paper feeding side to the paper discharging side, and the second end of the first overturning support is limited by the two positioning bosses.

The printer of claim 3 wherein said lower working portion has a surface which is partially recessed to form a lower concave surface, said locating projections being formed on either side of said lower concave surface, said lower concave surface being progressively raised adjacent said paper exit side to form a transition ramp which is tangential to said roll surface of said first roll member.

The printer according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the first turning support comprises a frame body and two pivot frames, the two pivot frames are mounted on the frame body, hinge holes are formed on the pivot frames, both ends of the third roller body are mounted in the hinge holes, and a first elastic member is arranged between the pivot frames and the frame body.

The printer according to claim 5, wherein four support columns are disposed on the frame body, each of the pivot frames has two side lugs, the side lugs of the pivot frame are respectively mounted on the ends of the respective support columns through screws, the side lugs have moving gaps on the screws, and the first elastic member is a coil spring, is sleeved on the support columns, and respectively abuts against and presses between the frame body and the pivot frame.
7. A printer according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein a second roll-over support is movably provided on the upper working portion, the first roll-over and the print head being provided on the second roll-over support.

The printer as claimed in claim 7, wherein a drive motor, a first drive shaft, and a second drive shaft are provided in the lower working portion, the first roller is mounted on the first drive shaft, the second roller is mounted on the second drive shaft, a first drive gear is further mounted on the first drive shaft, a second drive gear is further mounted on the second drive shaft, and the first drive gear and the second drive gear are driven by the drive motor.

The printer as claimed in claim 8, wherein a first tape spool, a second tape spool are provided on said second reversing frame, and a third driving gear is provided on said first tape spool; when the lower working part and the upper working part are buckled, the third driving gear is directly or indirectly in transmission connection with the first driving gear.

The printer of claim 9, wherein the first tape spool comprises a first split spool and a second split spool, the second tape spool comprises a third split spool and a fourth split spool, the first split spool is coaxially opposite the second split spool, and the third split spool is coaxially opposite the fourth split spool; the third driving gear is installed on the first sub-shaft, an axial movable gap is formed among the second sub-shaft, the fourth sub-shaft and the second overturning support, a second elastic piece is arranged between the third sub-shaft and the second overturning support, and a third elastic piece is arranged between the fourth sub-shaft and the second overturning support.
11. The printer of claim 8, wherein a position sensing element is provided on said lower working portion, said position sensing element facing said first flip frame.
12. The printer of claim 8, wherein a space corresponding to the first turning frame is provided at a paper feeding side of the second turning frame, a second guide slope is provided at a lower portion of the second turning frame, a first guide slope is provided at a back portion of the first turning frame, and a tape passing path is formed between the first guide slope and the second guide slope.
13. The printer of claim 7, wherein said second flip frame is movably mounted to said upper working portion by a second pivot.
14. The printer according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein a chute is provided on a paper feeding side of the lower working portion, a first carriage and a second carriage are movably provided in the chute, the first carriage is opposed to the second carriage, a first rack is provided on the first carriage, a second rack is provided on the second carriage, a transition gear is further provided on the paper feeding side of the lower working portion, the first rack and the second rack are engaged with both sides of the transition gear, respectively, and a fourth elastic member is provided between the lower working portion and the first carriage and/or the second carriage.
