Abstract

本实用新型涉及一种电热管水管，通过在水管外 壁上放置一个或多个励磁线圈，在管腔内固定与励磁 线圈相对应的铁磁体，利用整流器、高频发生器等产 生交变磁力线并形成涡流，最后达到电磁感应加热的 目的。本实用新型结构简单，加热效果好，由于发热 体与市电不接触，故使用安全。可直接用在电热(开) 水器上，取代现有的电阻丝、电热管等加热方式。

Description

本实用新型涉及一种加热设备，特别是一种电加热的水管。
目前的电加热设备，都是通过电热元件发热而直接给水加温的。如市场上出售的电热水器、电热水壶、电热杯等，就是通过在腔体内的电热管、电阻管等发热而加热。这种方式由于发热体与市电直接接触，存在着漏电的危险，安全性能很难保障。另外，电阻丝或电热管的热惯性大，很难准确控温。
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种安全、高效的可加热水管。
本实用新型的目的是通过在水管管外壁放置一个或多个励磁线圈、利用电磁感应实现加热的。

下面结合附图和实施例对本实用新型作进一步说明。
电磁感应加热是把交流电通过整流器、高频发生器，将产生的高频电流输送到励磁线圈，使其产生交变的磁力线并通过铁磁体，产生感应电流——涡流，涡流通过铁磁体本身的电阻产生热量。
在水管（1）的外壁放置一个或多个励磁线圈（2），水管腔内与励磁线圈相对应的位置上固定有铁磁体（3）。励磁线圈产生的交变磁力线通过铁磁体，产生感应电流——涡流，涡流通过铁磁体本身的电阻产生热量，管腔内的水流经铁磁体，热量得以传导给水，使水温升高，实现加热目的。
本实用新型也可有另一个实施例，即水管本身为铁磁体（如铁管），管壁外放置一个或多个励磁线圈，管腔内不再另设铁磁体。这样也可产生电磁感应效果，实现加热目的。
本实用新型结构简单，发热体与市电不接触，使用安全，加热效果良好，可直接用于电热（开）水器上，取代现有电阻丝、电热管等加热方式。

Claims (2)

1、一种电加热水管，主要由水管管体组成，其特征在于靠近管外壁放置一个或多个励磁线圈。
2、根据权利要求1所述的电加热水管，其特征在于水管管腔内与管壁外励磁线圈相对应的位置上固定有铁磁体。
