Abstract
本实用新型给出的是一种密封机柜门的山形密
封条，端面形如“山”字形，它有顶部2，在顶部2上有
一个凸条1，中间有个孔3，底部6两侧各有一个台阶
4，台阶4与顶部之间有一个凹槽5，材料选用PVC
与丁腈胶合成。具有阻燃、无污染、抗老化、耐臭氧、
弹性适中、密封牢固可靠、加工工艺简便、无节头、价
格低等特点。
Description
本实用新型给出的是一种用于机柜门牢靠密封装置山形密封条。
现有技术，其材料采用橡胶或海棉，它的结构是条状，端面呈长方形，中间开有2－3个圆孔。其主要缺陷是加工时有节头，并且在使用过程中有变形，密封性能受影响。
本实用新型的目的针对上述存在的问题，提出一种密封性能好，加工方便，成本低的密封机柜门的山形密封条。
本实用新型的技术解决方案：结构如附图所示。端面外形呈“山”字形，中间带孔3，顶部2上有一个呈锥形的凸条1，凸条高2.5mm，宽为1.5mm，底部6左、右二侧各有台阶4，左、右台阶4与顶部之间各有凹槽5。中间孔3可呈异形孔，山形密封条材料可用PVC与丁青胶合成。
附图1是本实用新型的端面结构示意图。图中的1是凸条，2是顶部，3是孔，4是台阶，5是凹槽，6是底部。
本实用新型具有如下特点，使用时直接与机柜门框结构相结合安装牢固，防脱性能好，端面的中心的孔可增加橡塑密封条的弹性，节省材料，加工时无节头，凸条1可有效消除机柜门制作过程中的变形空隙，降低了机柜门制作工艺要求，提高工效。材料选用PVC与丁青胶合成，具有阻燃、无污染、抗老化，耐臭氧、弹性适中等特点。成本较低。
Claims (2)
1、密封机柜门的山形密封条，其特征是端面外形呈“山”字形，中间带孔3，顶部2上有一个呈锥形的凸条1，凸条高2.5mm，宽为1.5mm，底部6左、右二侧各有台阶4，左、右台阶4与顶部之间各有凹槽5。
2、根据权利要求1所述的密封机柜门的山形密封条，其特征是中间孔3可呈异形孔，山型密封条材料可用PVC与丁青胶合成。
