Background
Manholes are open structures for personnel to enter and exit equipment for installation, maintenance and safety inspection, and are widely used in pressure vessels such as tanks. In a traditional manhole, a short section or a connecting pipe is generally connected to the outer part of a container, a flange is connected to the outer end of the container, and a manhole cover is fastened with the flange through bolts or clamps to achieve the opening and sealing functions. Therefore, high pressure generated inside the container is borne by the bolts or the clamps, the manhole device is heavy, the disassembly and assembly procedures are complicated during opening and closing, and the workability is reduced. To this end, we provide an inward opening self-tightening quick-opening manhole device and system to solve the above problems.
Disclosure of Invention
The embodiment of the invention aims to provide an inward opening type self-tightening quick-opening manhole device and system, which have the advantages of simplifying the structure, reducing the weight and reducing the disassembly and assembly procedures on the premise of ensuring the sealing property and the safety of the manhole.

The studs only play a pre-tightening role, the borne load is very small, and the requirement can be met without arranging a plurality of studs. When the opening device is opened, the nuts at the position 2 are unscrewed, the inward opening can be realized, and the operation steps are simple and convenient. The hand hole formed on the outer cover facilitates manual operation of the inner plate during opening and closing, and the arrangement of the support plate enhances the stability of the outer cover and plays a certain positioning role; the guide plate on the outer side of the inner plate plays a good role in guiding when the inner plate is opened and closed, and the centering performance of the inner plate and the connecting pipe is improved; the arrangement of the handles I and II and the protective sleeves facilitates the entry of maintenance personnel. In addition, the inner plate is opened inwards, and the space utilization rate is improved. Therefore, the embodiment of the invention can ensure good sealing performance under high internal pressure without a large number of studs for fastening, thereby really reducing the weight of the equipment, reducing the size of the equipment and simplifying the opening and closing operation steps.

Referring to fig. 1, a cross-sectional view of an internally-open self-tightening quick-opening manhole device according to an embodiment of the present invention is shown. As shown in fig. 1, the internally-opened self-tightening quick-opening manhole device is connected to a container through a nipple 3. The inner plate 5 is positioned in the container, the outer cover 1 is respectively positioned at the outer sides of the connecting pipes 3, and the sealing gaskets 4 positioned between the connecting pipes 3 and the inner plate 5 are tightly pressed through the studs 13 and the nuts 14; the outer cover 1 is provided with a hand hole and 2 bolt unthreaded holes, and the inner side of the outer cover is connected with a support plate 11; a handle I.2 is fixed on the outer wall of the connecting pipe 3; the manhole inner plate 5 is provided with 2 threaded holes, the outer side of the manhole inner plate is fixed with handles II and 12 and a guide plate 10, and the inner side of the manhole inner plate is connected with the rocker arm assembly.
