The structure of the first side plate 3, the protective edge 13, the first connecting element 5 embedded in the first side plate 3 and the second connecting element 6 embedded in the protective edge 13 is substantially the same as the structure of the first side plate 2, the protective edge 12, the first connecting element 5 embedded in the first side plate 2 and the second connecting element 6 embedded in the protective edge 12, and will not be described in detail herein.
More particularly, as shown in fig. 8, 18, and 19, the inner box 100 further includes: a plurality of piece 7 that resets, piece 7 that resets connect first base 1 and at least one first curb plate. According to actual requirements, only one first side plate is provided with the resetting piece 7, and a plurality of first side plates can also be provided with the resetting pieces 7.
Further, as shown in fig. 7, 11, 13, and 20, the first side plate 2 has a pair of bending portions 23, the bending portions 23 are bent and extended from the edge of the first side plate 2 in the length direction toward the first side plate 3, the bending portions 23 have engaging portions 202, the engaging portions 202 are a plurality of bosses facing the inner case 2020, an engaging groove is formed between two adjacent bosses, and the bosses are arranged along the height direction of the inner case 20. Similarly, the engaging portion 302 is a plurality of bosses facing the outside of the inner case 20, and an insertion groove is formed between two adjacent bosses, and the bosses are arranged along the height direction of the inner case 20. The boss of the engaging portion 302 is inserted into the insertion groove of the engaging portion 202, and the boss of the engaging portion 202 is inserted into the insertion groove of the engaging portion 302, thereby achieving the engaging fixation of the first side plates 2 and 3. When folded, the first side panel 3 may be folded downwards first, with the first side panel 3 being located between the two protective edges 13. The first side panels 2 are folded downwards, wherein one of the first side panels 2 is located above the other first side panel 2 after being folded. The first side plate 3 is folded first and then the first side plate 2 is folded, and the engaging portion 202 does not interfere with the engaging portion 303.
As shown in fig. 2 and 20, the first cover 4 has a first cover body 41, and a first cold storage member 42 provided on the first cover body 441. In some embodiments, the first connecting member 5 may not be used on the first side plate 2, and the second connecting member may not be correspondingly used on the first base 1. The first side plate 2 is directly hinged with the first base 1.
In addition, the first connecting piece 5 may not be used on the first side plate 3, and the second connecting piece may not be correspondingly used on the first base 1. The first side plate 3 is directly hinged with the first base 1.
It will be appreciated that the inner box may have other configurations, and that another embodiment of the inner box of the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings.
As shown in fig. 21, 22, 26, and 27, the inner case 9100 includes an inner case 920 having a first opening 930, a first cover 94 covering the first opening 930, and a first cold accumulating member 942 provided in the inner case 100. The inner box 920 has a first base 1 and two pairs of opposite first side plates 92, 93 foldable with respect to the first base 91. The first side plate 92 and the first side plate 93 are each hinged to the first base 91 by a hinge, and the hinge operatively covers a gap between the corresponding first side plate and the first base 91. As shown in fig. 25, the first side plate 92 is hinged to the first base 91 by a hinge 95, and the first side plate 93 is hinged to the first base 91 by a hinge 95. The first side plate 92 and the first side plate 93 are provided at both longitudinal ends thereof with engaging portions 9202 and 9302, respectively. When the first side plates are erected with respect to the first base 91, the hinges 95 are straightened to cover the abutting regions of the first side plates 92 and the first base 91, the hinges 96 are straightened to cover the abutting regions of the first side plates 93 and the first base 91, the first side plates 92 and 93 are engaged with each other by the engaging portions 9202 and 9302 to form an internal volume of the inner box 100 together with the first base 91, and the first cover 94 can cover the first opening 930 of the inner box 100. When each of the first side plates 92, 93 and the first cover 94 is folded with respect to the first base 91, the hinge 95 and the hinge 96 are bent, so that the inner case 920 has a reduced volume and can be conveniently stored and transported. It should be understood that the connection between the first side plates 92 and 93 is not limited to the above described snap-fit arrangement, as long as they are capable of enclosing an interior space in an end-to-end relationship with each other.
According to the above, due to the hinge, the first side plates 92 and 93 are hinged to the first base 91 through the hinge 95 and the hinge 96, so that the first side plate 92, the first side plate 93 and the first base 91 are foldable and can be conveniently stored and transported, the occupied space is reduced during transportation, storage and insulation boxes, and the transportation and storage cost is reduced. And the articulated elements cover the gap between the corresponding first side plate and the first base 91, so that the energy loss of the articulated part of the inner box body 920 is reduced, and the overall heat insulation effect of the inner box body 20 is improved.
The two first side plates 92 are hinged to the first base 91 through hinges 95, and a structure in which one first side plate 92 is connected to another through a hinge 95 is taken as an example. The hinge 95 includes: first installation department 951, second installation department 952 and connecting plate 953, first installation department 951 links to each other with first curb plate 92, and second installation department 952 links to each other with first base 91, and first installation department 951 and second installation department 952 set up both sides about connecting plate 953, and connecting plate 953 covers the clearance between first curb plate 92 and the first base 91.
Further, as shown in fig. 21, 22, 26 and 27, the connection plate 953 has a first mounting plate 9531 connected to the first mounting portion 951, a second mounting plate 532 connected to the second mounting portion 952, and a flexible plate 9533 connected to the first mounting plate 9531 and the second mounting plate 9532, and the first mounting plate 9531 and the second mounting plate 9532 are provided on upper and lower sides of the flexible plate 9533. It will be appreciated that the thicknesses of the flexible plate 9533, the second mounting plate 9532 and the first mounting plate 9531 may also be the same. The flexible sheet 9533 may be a plastic, silicone or steel sheet. The flexible plate 9533, the second mounting plate 9532 and the first mounting plate 9531 may be a unitary member of the same material, or the second mounting plate 532 and the first mounting plate 531 may be of different materials than the flexible plate 9533, and the flexible plate 9533 may be joined to the second mounting plate 9532 and the first mounting plate 9531.
Further, as shown in fig. 24, 26 and 27, the first mounting portion 951 has a plurality of first engagement pins 9511 engaged with the corresponding first side plates 92. The first engagement pins 9511 are aligned along the length of the first side plate 92.

And a flexible sheet 953 covers at least a portion of the first extension sheet 922 and extends from a lower edge of the first extension sheet 922 to a first bead 912 corresponding to the first extension sheet 922.
Further, interior box 920 is EPS, EPP expanded materials generally, and in order to guarantee the heat preservation effect, interior box 920 keeps at certain thickness, in order not to change the volume size in interior box 920, lets the thickness of interior box 920 have certain guarantee again, lets the articulated elements imbed on interior box 920. That is, at least a portion of the first mounting plate 9531 and a top portion of the flexible plate 9533 are embedded in a side of the first extension portion facing the inside of the inner case 920, and at least a portion of the second mounting plate 9532 and a bottom portion of the flexible member are embedded in a side of the first bead 912 facing the inside of the inner case 20. And the hinge 95 is inside the inner case 920 to maintain the structural integrity of the outer surface of the inner case 920. It is understood that the hinge 95 may be provided at an outer surface of the inner case 920.
As shown in fig. 21, 22, 23, 26 and 27, each of the first extension plates 922 is provided at an outer side thereof with a first recess 9221 having a first opening 930 directed outward and downward. The first edge protector 912 has a first protrusion 9121, and the first protrusion 9121 is embedded in the first groove 9221 of the corresponding first extension plate 922 and abuts against the wall surface of the first groove 9221. Wherein the flexible board 533 covers the lower edge 9220 of the first extending board 922 facing the inner side of the inner box 20, and the flexible board 9533 also covers the upper edge 9120 of the first protecting edge 912 facing the inner side of the inner box 920, so that the gap between the lower edge 9220 and the upper edge 9120 is covered by the flexible board 9533, and the cold in the inner box 920 cannot flow out from between the lower edge 220 and the upper edge 120, so that the cold in the inner box 20 is not easy to run off even though the first side board 2 and the first base 11 are not an integral piece.
Further, as shown in fig. 21, 22, 24, 26 and 27, the first extension plate 22 is provided so as to open a through hole 222 in the first extension plate 22. The area between the lower bottom surface of the second extension plate 932 and the receiving portion 9110 is shielded by the second mounting plate 9632 and the flexible plate 9633, and cold is prevented from leaking between the lower bottom surface of the second extension plate 932 and the receiving portion 9110. And the second installation part 962 extends downwards to shield part of the gap, so that the heat preservation effect of the inner box 100 is better.
Further, as shown in fig. 21, 22, 26 and 27, a second groove 9321 having a first opening 930 facing outward and downward is provided on an outer side of each second extension plate 932, and the second protective edge 913 is inserted into the corresponding second groove 9321 and abuts against a wall surface of the second groove 9321. The second protective rim 913 extends upward to shield the area between the lower bottom surface of the second extension plate 32 and the receiving portion 9110. The second extension plate 932 is disposed to facilitate forming a second through hole on the second extension plate 9932. The first inserting bolt 9611 is inserted into the second through hole to penetrate the second extending plate 932, and the hook at the end of the first inserting bolt 9611 hooks the second extending plate 932, so that the first inserting bolt 9611 and the first side plate 93 have a large number of positioning and fixing areas, and the first inserting bolt 611 is stably connected with the first side plate 93 despite the good toughness and poor rigidity of the first side plate 93. The second protective edge 913 abuts against a wall surface of the second groove 9321, that is, the second protective edge 913 abuts against a side surface of the second extension plate 932 facing the outside of the inner case 920, and the second protective edge 913 shields the second through hole to prevent the cold leakage from the second through hole, and also protects the first insert pin 9611. And when first curb plate 93 is vertical, through the structure that second safe edge 913 and the wall of second recess 9321 held against for the thickness that second safe edge 913 and second extension 932 combined together is the same with the first curb plate body 931 thickness of second basically, lets the thickness of inner box 920 lateral wall obtain the guarantee, has better heat insulating ability. And the first mounting plate 9631 extends upward beyond the height of the first embedding peg 9611.
Further, as shown in fig. 21, 22, 26, and 27, the first safe edge 912 has a height higher than that of the second safe edge 913.
As shown in fig. 26 and 27, the first side panel 93 is operatively folded inwardly of the inner case 920 and, when folded, abuts the first bottom panel 911. The first side panel 92 is operatively folded inwardly of the inner carton 920 and positioned above the first side panel 93. That is, when folding, the first side plate 93 is folded and put down, and then the first side plate 92 is folded and put down. Since the height of the first protective edge 912 is higher than that of the second protective edge 913, the first side plate 92 can be directly placed on the first side plate 93 after being folded, and cannot be interfered by the first side plate 3 and cannot be folded.
Further, as shown in fig. 21, 25, 26 and 27, the first side plate 2 has a pair of bending portions 923, the bending portions 923 are bent and extended from the edge of the first side plate 92 in the length direction toward the first side plate 3, an engaging portion 9202 is provided on the bending portions 923, the engaging portion 9202 is a plurality of bosses facing the inside of the inner box 920, an embedded groove is formed between two adjacent bosses, and the bosses are arranged along the height direction of the inner box 920. Similarly, the engaging portion 9302 is a plurality of bosses facing the outside of the inner case 920, an insertion groove is formed between two adjacent bosses, and the bosses are arranged along the height direction of the inner case 920. The boss of the engaging portion 9302 is inserted into the insertion groove of the engaging portion 9202, and the boss of the engaging portion 9202 is inserted into the insertion groove of the engaging portion 9302, thereby achieving the engaging fixation of the first side plates 2 and 3. When folded, the first side plate 93 may be folded downward first, and the first side plate 93 falls down away from the receiving portion 9110 and is located between the two second protecting edges 913. After the first side plate 92 is folded, the two bending portions 923 are respectively abutted to the tops of the two second protecting edges 913. The first side plate 92 is covered on the first side plate 93. And a first cover 94 is operatively disposed over the first side panel 92, with a pair of opposing edges of the first cover 94 overlapping the top of the first bead 912.
In addition, as shown in fig. 21, 25, 26, and 27, the first cover 94 has a first cover body 941, and a first cold accumulation member 942 provided on the first cover body 941. The first cold accumulating member 942 may be a cold accumulating plate filled with a cold accumulating agent therein. The side of the first cover 94 facing the inside of the inner case 920 has a hook 9420 for hooking the first cold accumulation member 942, and after the first side plates 92 and 93 are folded, the hook 9420 is operatively engaged in the first groove 9221. Thereby the volume of the folded totem incubator is smaller. The top of first curb plate 92 and first curb plate 93 all has arch 9201, and first lid body 941 inboard is equipped with recess 9411, and when first curb plate 92 and first curb plate 93 stood, first lid 94 covered first curb plate 92 and first curb plate 93 top, and the recess 9411 of first lid body 941 is inserted to the arch 9201 of first curb plate 92 and first curb plate 93, lets box 920 in first lid body 94 lid closes. For the first cover 94 to cover more tightly, there are hook bodies 9410 on the first cover body 941 that hook the protrusions 9201 of the first side plate 93. When the first side plate 92 and the first side plate 93 stand upright, that is, when the incubator is actually used.
Further, as shown in fig. 26 and 27, after the two first side plates 92 are folded, the two first side plates 92 are not overlapped, that is, the total height of the two first side plates 2 is less than or equal to the length of one first side plate 93. After the two first side plates 93 are folded, the two first side plates 93 are not overlapped, that is, the total height of the two first side plates 93 is less than or equal to the length of one first side plate 93.
As shown in fig. 21 and 26, the first side plate 92 is a long first side plate having a long length, and the first side plate 93 is a short first side plate having a short length. It will be appreciated that the first side plate 93 may be a long first side plate of a longer length and the first side plate 92 may be a short first side plate of a shorter length.
In addition, the material of the hinges 95 and 96 is different from the material of the first side plate and the first base 91. The hinge 95 and the hinge 96 may be plastic, silicone, etc., and the first side plate and the first base 91 may be EPS, EPP foam.
In an embodiment, the hinge 5 may also be a structure of the hinge 96 to hinge the first side plate 92 and the first base 91, that is, the structure of the hinge 95 to hinge the first side plate 92 and the first base 91 and the structure of the hinge 96 to hinge the first side plate 93 and the first base 91 may be used alternatively or cooperatively with each other, which is not limited to the above examples.

Claims (23)

1. An insulation can is characterized by comprising an inner box and an outer box for accommodating the inner box; the inner box having an inner box body with a first opening, a first cover operable to cover the first opening, the inner box body having a first base and two pairs of opposing first side panels foldably connected to the first base; the outer case has an outer case body with a second opening and a second cover operable to cover the second opening, the outer case body having a second base and two pairs of opposing second side panels foldably connected to the second base.
2. The incubator of claim 1, wherein one of the second side panels opposes one of the first side panels; and the second side plate covers the butt joint area of the first side plate and the first base.
3. The incubator of claim 2, wherein the first base is higher in height than the second base.
4. The incubator of claim 3, wherein at least one of the second side panels covers the butt areas of two adjacent first side panels.
5. The incubator of claim 4, wherein each of the first side panels of a pair of opposing first side panels has a bend that is bent toward an adjacent first side panel; each first side plate in the other pair of opposite first side plates is provided with an occlusion part occluded with the adjacent bending part; and the second side plate opposite to the first side plate with the meshing part covers the meshing part and at least part of the bent part.
6. The incubator of claim 1, wherein each of the first side panels and the first base are hinged by a first hinge, and each of the first hinges is operable to cover a gap between the corresponding first side panel and the first base.
7. The incubator of claim 6, wherein each of the first hinges comprises:
the first mounting parts are connected with the corresponding first side plates;
the second mounting part is connected with the first base; and the number of the first and second groups,
a connecting plate, the first and second mounts disposed on the connecting plate, and the connecting plate operably covers a gap between the corresponding first side plate and the first base.
8. The incubator of claim 7, wherein a pair of the first side plates have first side plate bodies, and first extension plates extending downwardly from a bottom side of each of the first side plate bodies;
the first base is provided with a first bottom plate and a pair of opposite first protecting edges extending upwards from a pair of opposite edges of the first bottom plate, one first protecting edge corresponds to one first extending plate, and each first extending plate is operatively buckled with the corresponding first protecting edge;
each first extending plate is connected with one first mounting part, and each first protective edge is connected with one second mounting part; and the connecting plate extends towards the length direction of the first side plate, covers at least part of the first extending plate and extends from the lower edge of the first extending plate to the first protective edge corresponding to the first extending plate.
9. The incubator of claim 8, wherein each of the first extension plates is provided at an outer side thereof with a first recess opened outwardly and downwardly; the first protecting edge is provided with a first protruding part which is embedded into the first groove of the corresponding first extending plate and is propped against the wall surface of the first groove; the connecting plate covers the lower edge of one side of the first extending plate facing the inner box body, and the connecting plate also covers the upper edge of one side of the first protective edge facing the inner box body.
10. The incubator of claim 9, wherein the other pair of first side panels has a first side panel body, and a second extension panel extending downwardly from a bottom side of the first side panel body;
the first base is also provided with a pair of opposite second protecting edges extending upwards from the other pair of opposite edges of the first bottom plate, one second protecting edge corresponds to one second extending plate, and each second extending plate is operatively buckled with the corresponding second protecting edge;
each second extension plate is connected with one first mounting part; and the connecting plate coats one side of the second extending plate facing the first bottom plate, the lower corner end of the second extending plate facing the inner box body and one side of the second extending plate facing the first bottom plate, and a second mounting part connected with the connecting plate is connected with the first bottom plate.
11. The incubator of claim 10, wherein each of the second extension panels is provided with an inner second recess outwardly and downwardly opening; the second protective edge is embedded into the corresponding second groove and is abutted against the wall surface of the second groove.
12. The incubator of claim 1, wherein the inner box further comprises: the bottom of each first side plate is embedded with at least one first connecting piece, two opposite sides of each first base are embedded with at least one second connecting piece, and the first connecting pieces are respectively hinged with the second connecting pieces; the first base is provided with a first bottom plate and two pairs of opposite first protective edges extending upwards from two pairs of opposite edges of the first bottom plate, and parts of the second connecting pieces are respectively embedded in the protective edges; when the side plates are erected relative to the base, a section extending downwards from the top edge of the protective edge and a section extending upwards from the bottom edge of the corresponding side plate are overlapped.
13. The incubator of claim 12 wherein each of the first side panels comprises: the first connecting piece is at least partially embedded in the first extending part;
when each first side plate is erected relative to the first base, the first protective edge is overlapped with the corresponding first extending part.
14. The incubator of claim 13, wherein each second connector has a second inlay at least partially embedded in the corresponding first bead and a first hinge portion connected to the second inlay, the first hinge portion being disposed on a side of the corresponding first bead facing the interior of the inner case;
the first extending parts are provided with a plurality of first extending parts, and at least two adjacent first extending parts are mutually separated to form a spacing area; the first connecting piece is provided with a first embedding part at least partially embedded in the first extending part and a first hinge shaft connected with the first embedding part, and the first hinge shaft is arranged in the spacing area;
wherein, the first hinge shaft is rotatably connected with the first hinge part in a sliding way.
15. The incubator of claim 14, wherein the first panel is removably attached to the first hinge.
16. The incubator of claim 14, wherein the first inlay portion at least partially abuts against a side of the first extension portion facing the spacer, and a fixing recess is formed on a side of the first inlay portion abutting against the first extension portion facing the spacer;
the top of the first hinge part is provided with a hook body clamped into the fixed concave part.
17. The incubator of claim 16, wherein the inner box further comprises: the plurality of reset pieces are connected with the first base and the at least one first side plate.
18. The incubator of claim 12, wherein each first connector is injection molded with its corresponding first side plate;
and/or each second connecting piece and the first base are formed in an injection molding mode.
19. The incubator of claim 1, wherein at least one of the first side panels further comprises a handle;
the handle is provided with an extending hook body which is extended and embedded into the first side plate where the handle is located.
20. The incubator of claim 1, wherein the inner cabinet has a first cold storage member therein; and/or one side of the first cover facing the inner box body is provided with a first cold accumulation part.
21. The incubator of claim 1, wherein the second cover is hingedly connected to the top of either of the second side panels.
22. The incubator of claim 1, wherein the outer box has a second cold storage member therein; and/or one side of the second cover facing the inside of the outer box body is provided with a second cold accumulation part.
23. The incubator of claim 22, wherein when a second cold storage member is disposed within the outer enclosure, the second cold storage member is disposed on at least one of the second side plates; and/or the second cold accumulation member is disposed on the second mount.
