9. The dirt and dust separating apparatus of claim 8, wherein the side of the dirt cup wire guide bracket (d6) facing the inner wall of the dirt collection chamber (d4) is provided with an outer ring retaining groove (d612) adapted to receive the second bracket sealing ring (d 609).
